Wenn wir aus dem Stuttgarter Raum extra nach Zwickau fahren um u. a. hier zu essen… das sagt doch schon einiges. Essen und Service hervorragend.

Wir sind wieder gekommen. Und es ist genauso wie letztes Mal. Super lecker, freundliche Bedienung, günstiger Preis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich bin über die letzten Jahre immer wieder mal da und in letzter Zeit sogar regelmäßig. Das Personal ist einfach grandios und das Essen immer lecker. Auch die Flexibilität begrüße ich sehr. Wenn man mal schön sitzt oder einige Minuten zu früh ist, kann man durchaus Glück haben und einen Wein genießen. Fühlt sich klassisch italienisch an. Einfach insgesamt immer einen Besuch wert.

Essen war gut, aber,hatte spargel und da müsste man den Teller unbedingt vorher warm machen ,den essen war gleich kalt

Neues Lieblingsrestaurant in Zwickau! Das Restaurant hat mich vor allem durch seine moderne und hochwertige Einrichtung als auch durch das freundliche Personal und exzellenten Service überzeugt. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und das Essen auch sehr lecker da die Nudeln wirklich hausgemacht sind! Also definitiv eine Empfehlung☺️

Durch einen Gutschein hat es uns in dieses Restaurant geführt. Gleich vorab muss man sagen zum Glück hatten wir den genannten Gutschein. Unser Tisch war auf 19:30 reserviert, welcher auch zu dieser Zeit verfügbar war. Gemütlich war dieser jedoch nicht da wir direkt am Eingang gesessen haben. Getränke waren innerhalb weniger Minuten da, meiner Meinung nach der einzige plus Punkt. Das Essen war ebenso schnell verfügbar, da kann sich jedes Schnellrestaurant eine Scheibe von abschneiden, dementsprechend war aber auch die Qualität. Wir hatten Steinpilz und Rinderstreifen Pasta….jedes fertig Gericht hat mehr Würze als das was wir da aufgetischt bekommen haben. Alles in allem haben wir mit bezahlen die Räumlichkeit um 20 Uhr wieder verlassen. Für die möchtegern Schickeria von Zwickau ein „Place to be“, jeder der wirklich gute Küche möchte ist hier leider falsch.

Wir waren gestern Abend mit 4 Personen dort essen. Die Speisen sind ja lecker, da gibt's nix zu meckern. Mal abgesehen von den Portionsgrößen für Nudelgerichte, die könnten für den Preis größer sein. Aber der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich .Während am Nachbartisch der Wein aus der Flasche regelmäßig nachgefüllt wurde, hat mein leeres Bierglas niemand interessiert. Nach einer halben Stunde wurde auf meine Nachfrage neu geliefert. Danach das selbe Spiel. Es trinkt halt nicht jeder Wein. Das Restaurant war auch nicht voll. Es waren einige Tische leer. Also war das Personal nicht ausgelastet oder gar überfordert.

Sehr leckeres Essen, unkomplizierte Bestellung, auch gerade bei Sonderwünschen, freundlicher zuvorkommender Service 😊👍 danke, immer wieder gern.

Ich war schon mehrmals in diesem italienischen Restaurant und komme immer wieder gerne zurück. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Besonders gut gefallen mir die Pasta und die Pizza. Auch die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Man fühlt sich dort sofort wohl. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich kann dieses Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Sehr hübsches italienisches Restaurant für alle Pasta-Liebhaber. Die Auswahl des Essens ist sehr vielfältig, es gibt neben Standart-Gerichten wie Bolognese auch hauseigene Variationen mit bspw. Pesto und Parmesan, Gnocchi werden auch angeboten. Das ganze gibt es zu moderaten, durchschnittlichen Preisen, die vergleichsweise zur gehobenen Klasse gehören. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das Ambiente mit schönem italienischen Flair sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Bei größeren Gruppen und zu späteren Zeiten ist evtl eine Reservierung angebracht.

Wir waren gestern zum ersten Mal dort Mal dort. Absolute Empfehlung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Netter Empfang, toller Service, Essen Spitze! Immer wieder gerne 👍.

Gute Lage, Essen ist qualitativ gut, Portionen ausreichend, leider etwas teuer

Wir lieben italienische Küche und wollten den Silvesterabend mit einem genüsslichen Abendessen einläuten. Tisch wurde vorher bestellt. Die Karte klang verführerisch, das Essen leider nicht.... Die Teller waren sehr überschaubar und matt, obwohl alle Gerichter über 20€ kosteten. Selbst die Beilagen waren winzig, Hunger hätten wir nicht haben dürfen. Schade, ich habe sonst sehr gute Erfahrung mit diesem Restaurant. Werde es trotzdem weiter versuchen, das Personal ist sehr nett, Lob dafür!

Bei der Reservierung wurde uns zugesichert, dass glutenfreies Essen kein Problem wäre und man glutenfreie Nudeln servieren kann. Leider kam es anders. Als wir glutenfreie Nudeln bestellen wollten, waren die plötzlich aus. Die Kellnerin, die wohl von glutenfreiem Essen noch nie was gehört hatte, meinte man kann andere glutenfreie Alternativen servieren. Nachdem wir mehrmals darauf hingewiesen haben, dass das Essen glutenfrei sein muss, wurde uns dann etwas gebracht was wir nicht so bestellt hatten wie mit der Kellnerin besprochen. Ende von dem Abend war, dass das Lokal mit Übelkeit und Bauchschmerzen verlassen wurde. Traurig, dass man als Gast nicht ernst genommen wird. Leider ist das Lokal für Menschen mit Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten nicht zu empfehlen und auch die Allergiker-Speisekarte ist ein Witz.

Vorspeisenvariation Gebratener Lachs mit Brokkoli und Kartoffeln Crodino (alkoholfreier Aperitif) Wir hatten Weihnachtsfeier mit ca. 15 Personen um 19:30 Uhr. Es ging alles sehr schnell und war sehr lecker, wobei ich eben nichts weiter zu Nudel- oder Pizzagerichten sagen kann, aber zumindest sahen sie lecker aus.

Ein gemütliches Restaurant im Herzen von Zwickau. Angenehme Atmosphäre und freundlicher Service. Alles war köstlich und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben uns mehr erhofft... die Portionsgrößen sind sehr unterschiedlich. Meine gefüllten Teigtaschen waren lauwarm, ob die Nudeln wirklich selbst gemacht sind ... ich sage mal vorsichtig nein. Alle Speisen sehr wenig gewürzt. Einzig die Pizza sah gut aus und hat wohl auch geschmeckt.

Ambiente sehr edel & modern, Kellner sehr gutaussehend und edel gekleidet, getränke kamen schnell und essen wurde auch schnell aufgenommen. So einen leckeren Rotwein der so fein auf der Zunge perlt hatte ich noch nie getrunken. Absolute Spitzenklasse. Die Pizza war ebenfalls sehr lecker, hatte die Pizza mit Thunfisch & süssen Zwiebeln & Rucula. 10/10. kann diesen Italiener nur empfehlen. Einfach Weltklasse..

Wir mussten über eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten. Der Service war unfreundlich, die Gäste fühlten sich ignoriert und übergangen. Das Erlebnis war sehr unangenehm, und wahrscheinlich wird es für uns kein nächstes Mal geben 😕

We went to Valentino for the first time yesterday and unfortunately, we weren't impressed. The tuna steak was more like swordfish, and the tagliatelle salmon was rather average. The acoustics were so bad that it was almost impossible to have a conversation. We won't be coming back.

Reservations are important here, but the overall impression is still good 👍🏻

We were generally satisfied with the service and the ambiance. We sat in the conservatory, which is quite alright, as long as you're not sitting directly under the air conditioning. The staff were friendly and not too pushy, even if some of them were rather assertive. The food's value for money could be improved. The portions were sometimes quite small, so you almost left hungrier than when you arrived. 😬 However, the quality of the food was quite good. So all in all, it was okay.

A fantastic Italian restaurant. The staff takes excellent care of the guests from the moment they arrive until they leave. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is tastefully decorated. Other restaurants could take a leaf out of their book when it comes to the way the waiters are dressed and managed by one person.

Simply a perfect evening! There were four of us (girls out) at Valentino, and we had a truly wonderful evening. The food was delicious, the drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was very cozy. The staff was friendly and attentive – everything was just perfect! 🍝🍹💃

Nice Italian restaurant in the center of Zwickau. Excellent food, including a fantastic pizza. The kitchen is open late at 21:30 (a rarity in these parts). Average prices. Free parking is available just steps from the restaurant. Fast and attentive service. Nice location.

The food was fresh, perfectly prepared, and incredibly delicious. The tiramisu, in particular, was simply divine – so creamy and flavorful that you'd want to order a second helping right away! 😍 The value for money is also top-notch – you really get quality for your money here. A large Italian restaurant on the edge of Zwickau's main market square. It also has a large winter garden and an outdoor area for the summer. You'll be seated. The pizza I ordered was excellent, and the wait was short.

We ordered the pizzas and then picked them up. What can I say? It's perfectly fine that they weren't hot or warm anymore. We even drove a bit. The taste, however, wasn't that special. I've had much, much better food. It also felt a bit like a mass-produced meal.

The food is delicious, especially the Pizza Tirol. You're seated right at the entrance, even if you come alone. The staff is okay.

A very nice restaurant in the heart of Zwickau. The food was exceptionally good. You can sit inside or outside. We were there on a Tuesday evening, and the restaurant was completely full by the end. I think that speaks volumes. Reservations are definitely a good idea.

I was there on Monday with my sister-in-law. I work for an Italian restaurant, so I wanted to see how the Valentino restaurant prepares the anti-pasta starter for €18.30. I was very, very disappointed. I uploaded a picture of other Italian restaurants so I could compare. These plates are so small for €18.30? That's actually for 2 people? Burnt, spotted peppers, then a slice of cheese just slapped on, tasteless! And it doesn't look aesthetically pleasing either! My sister-in-law had spaghetti Bolognese, did you forget the salt and pepper? You couldn't taste any spices, nothing at all. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant! The new owner doesn't seem to have a clue when it comes to food.

The service on the terrace is abysmal. It still has the vibe of an exotic post-reunification restaurant, but it's effectively one of thousands with a VIP attitude. Bye!

The best Italian restaurant in Zwickau! It's always a pleasure to eat at Valentino. Everything is fantastic!

We had a mixed appetizer platter and pizza, along with a bottle of Lugana. It was very good, and we especially liked the fact that they now offer a bowl of slightly spicy pepperoni with oil. Special thanks to Francesco for the excellent service.

The food was good. But we asked three times that we wanted the bill and waited at least half an hour. Yes, it was busy, but that's not acceptable. In the meantime, our drinks were empty, and no one even thought to ask if we wanted anything else.

We ate here on Saturday evening and luckily had a reservation. Since it was a warm summer evening, we sat on the cozy terrace. I found it very pleasant despite the tables being full; the service was very friendly, and we didn't have to wait long. The food (homemade pasta) was delicious and plentiful. We will definitely come here again. Thank you to the restaurant for a lovely evening!

Great Italian restaurant in Zwickau! I wouldn't have expected it.

First of all, I had fond memories of the restaurant from when we ate there a while ago. I had a salad that was abysmal for over fourteen euros. A very small, carelessly prepared portion, the pepperoni was missing, there were two slices of peeled cucumber on the edge of the plate, hidden under radicchio and cubes of iceberg lettuce with brown cut edges, two mini tomatoes, four thin slices of ham, and about five strips of mozzarella (the ham and mozzarella were very tasty). The dressing was bland, if there was any at all; I did find a hair... Conclusion: such a shame. The service was friendly and my guests' pizzas were excellent, but KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF THE SALAD. Unfortunately, I was so perplexed that I didn't take a photo of my "salad."

The pizza was good overall. But there are better Italian restaurants in Zwickau. The servers were friendly, and the value for money was excellent. We paid just over €80 for 8 people.

We went to Valentino for lunch today. After a very warm welcome, we were seated in the conservatory. We received very friendly service throughout, and the food (we opted for pizza) was delicious. All in all, a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend Valentino!

A first-class Italian restaurant; we've eaten here more than once. Service is attentive, friendly, and elegant. Food is very good and fresh. The ambiance is elegant, romantic, and authentic. Reservations are recommended.

Very good food. Starter came after 30 minutes and meal for 12 people after 1 1/2 hours. Unfortunately, the waiter rarely came to clear things up or order drinks.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. I love how nice and incredibly good the waiters and waitresses are. The food is just amazing and the atmosphere there is fantastic.

Today (Tuesday) there were 4 of us in the restaurant with a reservation. The place we were assigned was very nice and we were greeted very friendly. The cards were issued quickly and orders were accepted within a reasonable time frame. There was nothing to complain about in terms of starters and drinks. The pasta for the main course was also very tasty, but the portion could have been a little larger for me personally. The pizza had a wonderful base and plenty of toppings, but there was no seasoning and the taste was very bland. The service left a lot to be desired after the main course was served. Empty glasses were ignored and no questions were asked about whether everything was OK or whether we might want to order something else. We then decided to ask for the bill and treat ourselves to a drink and a dessert at another restaurant. It's a shame: it started off strong and slowed down just as much. I definitely won't come a second time.

In and of itself it was a very nice evening with my partner. We had reserved in advance and it turned out to be a smart decision too. The restaurant was well attended in the evening and this is easy to understand based on the service and the ambience. We shared the goat cheese as a starter, which was excellent! For the main course we chose the tagliatelle with pesto and burrata and the Quattro Formaggi pizza. The pasta was okay and a little too al dente, but the taste wasn't anything special. Unfortunately, the pizza left us quite dissatisfied as it left a lot to be desired in terms of taste as it had hardly any seasoning. The wine we chose with it was a well-chosen Lambrusco. This one was a poem. Overall it was a lovely evening, but we don't think we will dine there again.

We were guests at Valentino with the company. The store was full to capacity and we were concerned that service would take forever. Far from it! Within 10 minutes of ordering, each of the 20 colleagues had their glass in their hand. Ordering food was just as easy. Around 30 minutes later everyone had their dish in front of them. Now the most important thing: it was delicious! My lasagna was great and everyone else was happy too.

I can recommend it without reservation. The staff is very friendly, careful and quick. The food was excellent, we didn't wait very long. The waiter always had a little joke on his lips. In short - very good, we'll be back.

The service definitely needs improvement. We'd been seated for 20 minutes before we got our menus. After another 20 minutes, our drink orders were finally taken. After more than an hour, we finally received our food. Empty glasses were ignored. People preferred to chat at the counter. It's a shame, because the food was delicious.

That was a trip to Italy...simply wonderful. Despite the fact that I'm not a fan of pasta and pizza, I was totally thrilled. Very friendly, committed staff. The food was excellent... I haven't had such delicious pasta in a long time (homemade) 👌 you couldn't complain about the Vitello Tonnato either. It has to be said that it is a very busy restaurant and a fopa can happen from time to time. Otherwise, top quality all around 👍 the Valentino is a MUST next time you visit Zwickau. Here, guests are king and get their money's worth 100%. Highly recommended before a visit to the historically cultural Gewandhaus. Be sure to make a reservation...otherwise you won't have a chance of this culinary delight.

A great restaurant, the food was top

We chose Valentino for our first evening in Zwickau. Our early reservation for the outdoor area proved to be a good idea; the store was buzzing even during the week. No idea why! In any case, the kitchen didn't convince us at all. As is often the case, I initially only chose a starter (Vitello Tonnato) to see what would go well afterwards. Rarely have I been so disappointed with this classic starter of Italian cuisine. The veal was overcooked and completely dry and the compact sauce tasted more like a cheap mayo than tuna. I skipped a main course and later got a bratwurst in a roll at the public viewing. In addition, the hectic atmosphere did not invite you to linger. Our neatly dressed waiter was very friendly and did his best. My loved one had the Calabria pizza with supposedly hot sliced ​​salami, peppers and slightly overlaid mushrooms, the edge was dry instead of fluffy and the middle wasn't quite baked through, the taste was okay so far. It's a shame, that wasn't even a decent average for us.

You won't find anything negative here, friendly staff, clean, the atmosphere is very appealing and the food is really very good. The price/performance ratio is right here. We would love to come back.

This was our first time at Valentino. The bruschetta was really not good. Dry white bread with unripe Tomatoes, barely seasoned and a leaf of basil on the whole bruschetta. Pretty loveless. Unfortunately the main course was totally over salted.

Very nice restaurant. With outdoor area in summer. Service was top. Very nice and always at the table at pleasant intervals. Which I personally thought was great. The dishes were first class prepared and the starter was great. I can highly recommend it. Price performance definitely fits. Thanks for the hospitality and the great food!

2 stars for the ambience. The food was tasteless, we looked for the gorgonzola...Instead there was pasta with thickened cream without salt and pepper! My friend had salmon noodles, the salmon was totally crumbly and the noodles were swimming in garlic oil, which wasn't on the menu. Since not everyone likes garlic, that's really a no go! My salmon was okay, but I'm still hungry because it wasn't a full portion despite the 3 courses I had... I almost broke my tooth when it came to dessert and the tiramisu was so full of cocoa that I was afraid to inhale. The service this time was terrible. We were sometimes ignored even though there was hardly anything going on. We're actually used to that. It's a shame but we won't be coming back.

I can agree with one or two of the previous speakers. Unfortunately no longer recommended. There is no comparison to El Vino anymore. Now to the details: there were four of us. One of the four meals was tasty. The other three were anything but what you imagined. My companion chose the pasta with salmon. The salmon looked torn apart. Not pieces but like an explosion. This was topped by the tagliatelle pasta. These tasted extremely garlicky, which was because the noodles were swimming in garlic oil. It's just a shame that there was no mention of garlic in the menu. What about allergy sufferers and what can happen? We continued with tagliatelle with turkey breast and Gorgonzola sauce. This sauce didn't even have a hint of gorgonzola flavor. Just a cream sauce and unseasoned. The next dish was a small piece of salmon fillet with usually spaghetti. However, upon request, these were changed to spaghetti with aioli. Costs five euros extra. But the original spaghetti that was actually there and that was included in the normal price... wasn't on the plate. You basically paid for the meal with spaghetti plus extra for the aioli spaghetti... But there was only the extra spaghetti. The only thing that tasted good was a dish with spinach and tomato sauce in a kind of Maultaschen. We're not even talking about the desserts. Or since when does original Creme Brullé taste like lemon? Also, since when do you get what feels like 500 grams of cocoa sprinkled on tiramisu so that you have to worry about not being able to breathe because of all the powder? Nobody was interested in the fact that we sat there for 20 minutes with empty drinks... And the place was far from full Conclusion: We're definitely not going there again. It's a shame, especially because it used to be so beautiful there. Our evening with friends was a total failure. We could have gone to a fast food restaurant... It would have tasted better and been a lot cheaper. Because the place has very high prices... But that's all...

Good Italian restaurant. Modern decor and good selection of dishes. The pizza was great and all the other dishes looked great too. Prices are absolutely fine. Friday and Saturday can get a bit hectic due to the large crowds. Reservation is definitely recommended

When I'm in Zwickau, about 4-5 times a year, I always have to stop at Valentino. The food tastes very good and there is always plenty.

Everything at its finest. Pizza was ready very quickly. Fresh ingredients. Staff very friendly. Always my pleasure. Highly recommended.
