the food was very tasty. However, the boss is really very unfriendly and very disrespectful. We had reserved a table for 9 people. Part of the group was already inside. When we walked in, we wanted to get past the line to join the rest of the group who were already there. We were then shouted at by the boss, which is not an exaggeration, to wait in line. We then explained that part of the group was already there. He then just continued to shout at us that we had to wait in line and that he didn't care. There was no response to the request not to yell at us. So our friend, who was 8 months pregnant, had to wait outside in the cold for 15 minutes. There was no apology or anything. Our table was in the other room of the restaurant. His screams were heard all the way there. For that reason alone I wouldn't go there again because of such behavior. The portions have become a lot smaller and the prices are way too expensive.

Is there still a “real” Italian in Saarland? Yes, here! Best pizza at reasonable prices. The journey is worth it :-)

Super nice service and good food

I have been a guest at this restaurant for several years. I can't say anything negative so far. Mistakes happen and people treat me politely. Service is always attentive and friendly, you can also have a good chat if there is time. Employees there for years. Since the renovation after the fire damage, it has become much nicer and the ambience is also more modern. And the espresso after the meal, I have to recommend it to everyone.

The food is quite good, but overpriced...it's unacceptable that you are spoken to several times in French in a restaurant in Germany. And if you mention this politely, you will no longer be noticed....they can be lucky to have the French as a customer. Many Germans don't go there anymore

Food was delicious. The service was nice. Atmosphere was ok too. Unfortunately the meal took quite a long time. It probably has to do with the fact that La Famiglia also has a delivery service. Highly recommended.

We waited over 2 hours for our food. This happens when more reservations are accepted than can be handled or when the boss can't get enough. Then the regular question is whether everything is OK. Never again!!!

The Pizzeria Toscana in Roden is a top place to eat. The restaurant impresses you both from the inside and from the family atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and make the evening simply unforgettable. The food is very good and, above all, very large portions. Everything is freshly prepared.
