⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4.5 out of 5 stars) A truly lovely and cozy restaurant with lots of charm and a pleasant atmosphere! You feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The service is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and with a good dose of humor – you can tell that the people who work here enjoy their jobs. The food was absolutely fantastic: the salad was fresh and crisp, the pizza had excellent toppings and tasted amazing. The meat dishes were also very well done. One small drawback was that the restaurant was a bit chilly – apparently, it wasn't heated. Overall, a great restaurant that I would gladly recommend – with delicious food, friendly service, and an atmosphere where you feel completely at ease.

We have been guests at Restaurant Trevi for over 20 years. We feel at home here after what is often a long work week; we are among friends. Over the years, we have always enjoyed the various dishes, which are always beautifully presented and always delicious. The wine and beverage selection is excellent. Very disappointing, worse and worse, more than mediocre service, no organization, we ask for dishes and we receive the opposite of what we asked for, I will no longer recommend this restaurant and what's more, it is extremely expensive despite impeccable cleanliness.

High praise for the food selection last weekend: in addition to the well-known dishes and wines, chanterelle mushrooms, lamb's lettuce, scallops, veal chops, and monkfish were offered. It's beyond question that these dishes and drinks come at a price in this setting. Unfortunately, the service is completely disproportionate. Completely uncoordinated, with no dedicated table service staff. The potato side dish was only served upon request (and then billed separately at the cash register), and the side salad was served after the main course! We would have liked to eat more and even have dessert, but this was simply not possible due to the lack of service. Furthermore, I believe a certain level of etiquette and basic hygiene are essential in restaurants of this price range. The worn menus do not fit in with this setting. Due to the poor service and a very specific, and in my opinion disgusting, observation, it was clear to me that this would be my last visit to this restaurant. I hope the owner can return the restaurant to its former glory.

To flee... I went to this restaurant several times when I was young and had a great experience, so I decided to take my family, on 02.08.2025 when we arrived a waiter showed us a table in the distance, he barely said hello to us, after sitting down we waited 10 minutes before he came to us, making us understand that he did not speak French with an annoyed air. So we ordered the drinks making ourselves understood as best we could. He brought the aperitif back to the table, blowing and throwing the cards on another table. So we paid for the drinks and left without eating, because his behavior was really unacceptable with us, but also towards the other families who were in the restaurant.

I ordered two meals: one creamed schnitzel and one pork tenderloin tips! Instead of the pork tenderloin, I got a rump steak that was rare! My order would have cost €30 with a €35 tip, but instead I paid €49, and that's not even including the tip! I called at 5:20 PM and was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes. The driver arrived at 6:20 PM! It's really sad what's become of this restaurant!

Our favorite restaurant in Überherrn. It's not cheap, but the staff and food are perfect. Many thanks to the amazing team, we love you.

We waited an hour and a half before receiving our meals. The service was also disorganized: the dishes presented weren't the ones ordered. The staff were unfocused and bordered on rude. The value for money was limited. We won't be returning.

We waited over two hours for three very average dishes, without ever being informed of the delay or receiving an apology. The service was cold, inaccurate, and unprofessional, particularly from a portly waiter with blank eyes, clearly overwhelmed by the situation. At the end of the meal, I politely asked for a gesture of goodwill (20%) to compensate for the completely abnormal wait. Their reaction was absurdly aggressive: the staff began to insinuate that I wanted to leave without paying (which was false), threatened to call the police, and the same waiter physically grabbed my hand twice, attempting to intimidate me in front of everyone. Such behavior is unacceptable, even dangerous. There was no respect for the customer, no error handling, and an attitude bordering on threatening. I strongly advise against this restaurant while these types of individuals are working there. It's clear they urgently need to rethink their approach.

The Provençal lamb ribs were a sight to behold. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere and service were perhaps a little too formal for my taste, but that's just me, a bit crude.

We shared 2 dinners at this establishment. As for the service, we waited almost an hour the first time on the terrace and 40 minutes in the dining room. The servers seemed stressed and ran around the restaurant, which was very unpleasant when we were seated to enjoy a good time. Besides the somewhat disappointing service, we ate well there. There is something for all tastes and all prices. The portions are more than generous and the quality of the food is always exceptional. If you don't mind the wait, you will have a great discovery.

We went there on July 13th, we waited 45 minutes before a waiter deigned to come and take our order for the aperitif (we had to call him). Afterwards we had to call another waiter so that someone would finally come and take our order for the dishes. We were brought a pizza even though we had ordered pasta. And the two waiters who went to light a cigarette while several were still waiting to be served... To finish, absolutely no one ever came to offer us dessert. Congratulations to the chef because despite the catastrophic service we still ate well.

The restaurant is loud, and there are flies everywhere. There were olive stones on the floor. The lemon slice in the Coke was moldy, and the owner said it was mint. I've never heard of mint leaves being put in Coke. The owner was very arrogant. We wouldn't eat there again. Who knows why there are so many flies there!!!!

We were there today, first of all we weren't greeted, then we asked if they did takeaway, he answered yes but not in a friendly way, we asked how long it would take instead of offering us something, nothing!! Then we ordered something, the food was so oversalted, the whole bowl was dirty and burnt on the bottom. So we won't be coming again, that was the first and last time. Really unfriendly, but everyone we met was!!?

A huge thank you to this restaurant for the delicious food! But above all, a huge thank you for the honesty and friendliness of the staff: I forgot my wallet when I left and didn't notice it until the next day. To my great surprise, it was found – and not a single cent was missing! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We ate well. The wait time for the appetizer and main course was decent. 30 minutes after asking for the dessert menu, we asked for the bill and ate our dessert at the nearby ice cream parlor.

It tasted very good. Service was also good. We've had other experiences in the past. We will definitely go back. 👍🏻

I love this restaurant, the staff is friendly. I eat there regularly, it's always good, and the dishes are generous. I can only recommend it.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the service has gotten very bad. You're lucky if the fries are served before you've eaten half the meat. Portions have gotten smaller, and no one asks if everything's okay or if you'd like another drink. But as you can see, things are COMPLETELY different with French guests! The service there is just fine. It's not acceptable... I feel bad for the 100 euros I paid.

We love going to the Trevi restaurant. The service is always excellent; you receive a warm welcome and enjoy a wonderful atmosphere. We deducted one star because the portions have gotten smaller—at least, that's how we felt. But we'll be back anyway.

The tortellini alla panna are a joke for the price and the sauce was like water and the bowl was almost empty

The food tastes very good, there is a lot of choice for vegetarians too. Even on public holidays, there is always something for vegetarians on the menu. Completely satisfied. Free parking nearby or at the restaurant. We'd love to come. LG Karina

if you don't speak German don't go there disastrous welcome you ask for a dish they serve you another, but they charge you full price after discussion they give you an invoice a piece of paper supposedly saying that the billing paper is broken, excessive price

Waited two hours for food that was apparently forgotten. This can happen, the question is how you deal with it. There was nothing except an apology. Elsewhere you can at least get a drink or something similar on the house. In Trevi you don't need that. That was our last visit there.

The food is quite good, but overpriced...it's unacceptable that you are spoken to several times in French in a restaurant in Germany. And if you mention this politely, you will no longer be noticed....they can be lucky to have the French as a customer. Many Germans don't go there anymore

The food is good. At Christmas the selection is limited and significantly overpriced. And little Italian. There is no main course for less than €30. The service is chaotic. The waiters serve the tables in a confused manner, food and drinks go across the room and don't often reach the right table. A second drink, an espresso, etc. does not arrive. An espresso 5.50? Merry Christmas!

We had to change tables at the boss's request, we received the aperitif at the same time as the meal, we had to ask for napkins, we didn't receive any bread, the fish was overcooked, we told the boss, he told us, I'm offering you the 'aperitif which in the end was on the bill we tell him he throws the tp and the card ticket on the restaurant table to avoid

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. We went here for dinner for the first time on Saturday. The restaurant is well attended and the inside is really nicely decorated and cozy. It was really busy and the waiters and the whole atmosphere seemed rushed. After a while our drink order was taken. After a while the drinks were brought to us and then we could order our food. It took a long time for our food to arrive and the worst thing was - the side dishes weren't brought. When we asked a few times, we were told that these were still coming. After everyone was finished, they still weren't there. When one of four side dishes found our table, we didn't want it anymore. To eat - ordered steak with herb butter, brought with sauce. Salad with fish completely tasteless plus dressing on the bottle. Schnitzel with soft breading like from the supermarket. Regarding the service: the lady who served us turned away from us as we left. So much for that. All in all: too much waiting, more appearance than reality. Response to the restaurant's response: either they're confusing me or they're making something up. We only asked for the WiFi password several times in your restaurant - what felt like 100 times. My parents, my husband and my child were there. An impossible and untrue statement.

The decor is modern and at the same time very inviting, the service was courteous, we were even asked after the starter whether we wanted to wait or whether the chef should prepare the main course straight away. For starters: we had Vitello Tonnato and Salmon Carpatchio. The main course was grilled sole. A real culinary delight! This was filleted at the table by the waiter and served on the plates along with the spaghetti. My husband chose the tagliatelle with crab, who was also highly satisfied. I found the menu on the bedside table really well stocked, my choice fell on the pineapple, I enjoyed every bite! All in all, really courteous staff, a great restaurant with a conscience. Now only some guests should know how to behave, or eat better at the sausage stand instead of in an exclusive, upper-priced restaurant. We would love to come back!

1 hour to simply have the restaurant menu. It was so cold in the restaurant that I had to keep my coat on. After an hour and 30 minutes still nothing to eat. The service is deplorable. The kitchen is meh... In short, avoid it. The restaurant is no longer what it used to be…

Generally well attended. The food tasted very good. In my opinion, the portion could have been a little larger. The service can be improved. We waited almost half an hour for another glass of fizz. After asking for the third time, it was actually delivered.

What happened here? We were here with 5 girls and we were ignored almost the whole evening...so the service was subpar. From the beginning we had to call or even go to the counter to be able to order anything. How do you ensure that NO second drink order is taken during a 4-hour visit...despite empty glasses. Very, very unfortunate. Before, I always liked coming here, especially because not only the food but also the service was great. With good service, you can sometimes overlook mistakes when ordering food... which happened here too... but here too, questions were dismissed. Oh well....

Waited 15 minutes for menues, food was partley cold, service was extremely unpleasant. Cocktails were really bad, waited 15 minutes to pay, and when finally went up to the bar to pay, we were told we cannot pay by card - it was obviously not true, the tone of the waitress was telling. It was cold, as the door was kept open during the evening. An experience I would not recommand!

Schnitzel Parmigiana (3 portions) really terrible. Breading comes off, sauce has no taste. Croquettes and fries as a side dish are placed on the table 10 minutes before the meat, so they were cold when the meat finally arrived. Service poor.

We sat outside in a larger group. Antipasti was ordered, which was presented very nicely. Then the various main courses, which everyone enjoyed. Pizza, pasta and meat, everything was well placed on the plate. The only thing was that it was late in the evening that we had to wait to order drinks. But to be fair, there was a lot going on. Some things may be a little higher in price, but you also get something very nice for it.

We went here for dinner for the first time with our friends from the USA. What can I say, it was super tasty, for me the best Spaghetti Pomodoro in the area. 🫶 Pizza and lasagne were also great. So... "service" is a foreign word here. They were put in the farthest corner and still didn't have a card after 20 minutes. Waiters argued loudly in front of the guests. Are out backwards again. Have never experienced anything like this. What a shame! Would give 0 stars if I could. Friends who were there and recommended the store to us were also shocked. It doesn't work at all!! 😬👎🏼

Too much waiting time..... 1 hour to eat 1 cold dish while I was alone. The good point is the magnificent terrace. When the weather is nice it's armored...and therefore it's too much too long.

25 € for an Argentinian sole, not even able to cook it blue, frozen fries, supermarket bread, a saltimbocca with a wine sauce that goes up all afternoon, no sage, not even rolled...the glasses and chipped dishes, €69 for two while eating nothing. If I could have given no stars, and we're not even talking about the aggressive waiter and the one who pushes the plate of salad at you while you're eating on it to put on the other dish when the aperitif isn't even finished. Go opposite.

Was taken by friends, but the waiting time, prices for "what" you get are just NOT right! My fish plate was tasteless, despite 84 euros for two people, the kitchen was clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. I was there at 6:30 p.m. and didn't get my main dish until 9:15 p.m., but actually just wanted to GET AWAY from there! For me...NEVER AGAIN!! It's seriously "overrated" and is NOT worth the money!

It was a not so convincing evening. Unfortunately😒. This time nothing worked. Neither in terms of service nor in terms of food. PASTA overcooked. Meat as big as the tomato slice and the mozzarella. Demanding so much for that is not justified, not even at the moment. A pity. It had been much better.

Ambience good, food tasted good but portions too small for the price. Waiting times on Saturday evenings are extreme, but the staff is still friendly and tries to cope with the rush and the limited staffing levels. The Trevi Special dessert was the highlight of the evening - all components were great (panna cotta, ice cream, pickled pineapple and tiramisu).

The service is very friendly and accommodating. The ambience has a special, elegant flair and you immediately feel at home. The dishes are typically Italian and taste great. There are also a few little touches from the kitchen. I would like to come here more often. In contrast to some of the other reviews here that criticize the portion sizes and poor service, I am very satisfied. The prices correspond very well to the quality of the food. Of course, there may be people who can't handle this and prefer to put a ready-made lasagna from Lidl in the microwave instead. However, you should then refrain from complaining about it publicly. How you can then come up with the idea that the ambience and service should only be worth one star, but you were still served and you obviously didn't leave the restaurant without eating something, makes such a rating even more so become more dubious and negligible.

We had a great time in this very pleasant restaurant, where we eat very well, an excellent red wine, the food is very good. The servers are very pleasant, the service is a little long, but we are there to have a good time, so calm. Nette Pizzeria im Herzen von Überherrn. Das Essen wurde ansprechend serviert und war schmackhaft. Die Portionen zumindest bei den Ravioli war relativ klein. Der Service war freundlich, hätte jedoch etwas aufmerksamer sein können. Parkplätze sind leider Mangelware, ein paar Meter weiter findet man jedoch z.B. am alten Bahnhof oder Richtung Kirche ausreichend Möglichkeiten.

Da es hauptsächlich ums Essen geht, nur 2 Sterne für den wirklich freundlichen Service und das schöne Ambiente. Das Essen war nicht so gut. Von meiner Nudelsauce blieb nur eine ölige Pampe auf dem Teller (bei anderen Nudelgerichten auch) Bei Fischgerichten waren unter anderem Calamari zum Teil nicht ganz aufgetaut. Nicht essbar und Wasser auf dem Teller. Wir waren mit mehr als 10 Personen dort. Sorry, aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte zumindest an diesem Mittag nicht. Vll hatte der Koch einen schlechten Tag.
