Unfortunately, there was more cheese on my Frutti Di Mare pizza than seafood, and the base was partly undercooked! Serving a pizza with almost 80% analogue cheese topping for 14.50 euros is not right! The service was tried hard, but no professional staff! Unfortunately very disappointed! Price-performance ratio is not right! It's a shame, I remembered this pizzeria better. I don't want to be called by you!!!!

A very good restaurant, the fact that the restaurant is full when you come sets the tone! very friendly! The dishes are excellent, the octopus was tender, just delicious... Great cuisine! As for the waiters, always smiling... mention for our young waitress who made the effort to speak French with us, adorable thanks again to her! We will come back with great pleasure.

Plat demander pas disponible (encornets) j'ai pris des lasagnes où plutôt du gruyère fondu avec un peu de lasagnes et sauce tomate goût raviolis en boîte....ma femme a pris des spaghettis sauce tomate aux crevettes, pas terribles non plus, bref a éviter.

I have been there several times as a customer. So far the food has been good. I was also warmly welcomed. Unfortunately, no criticism is allowed, then the waiter speaks without periods or commas and doesn't let anyone else have a say. It was about a pepper cream sauce that was too spicy. The waiter attacked me as to whether I even knew the difference between pepper cream sauce and champion cream sauce. Very rude behavior without wanting to give in. I should stop screaming, I was told when I wanted to speak. We weren't the only ones with complaints about the sauce. At the next table we heard the same situation. So if you want to eat there... don't complain. That will no longer happen to us at the Portofino in Überherrn. Fortunately, there are other places.

TO FLEE arriving at 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. no one came to take our order waiting 2 hours. When the dishes arrived we asked for bread and cheese but they had extra. Great, I don’t recommend this restaurant

Ich war zum Mittagessen dort, und habe Rigatoni Bolognese für 11,50 Euro bestellt.Auf der Speisekarte war allerdings kein Lambrusko zu finden.Ich habe dann nachgefragt, ob sie denn Lambrusko im Angebot hätten...Ja sie hätten welchen habe ich ein kleines Gläschen (0,25) bestellt.Bei der Rechnung kam dann der "AHA-Effekt" ...Gesamtpreis 19 Euro. Dieses Lokal berechnet für Lambrusko 0,1l 4 Euro , 0,25l 7,50 Euro und für 0,5l 13 Euro.Auf meine Nachfrage wie sich der Preis ergibt war die Antwort: Aufstehen und das Lokal verlassen!!!! Mein Fazit Wucherpreise und nie mehr hingehen.

Great restaurant, great service, wonderful ambience. What couldn't be topped, however, was the food! We were there with our family (unbooked) and were warmly welcomed. From the starter to the fresh fish as the main course and finally the delicious dessert, everything was perfect!!! The service is always attentive, left nothing to be desired and filleted the fish for us at the table, we had a good time and enjoyed the beautiful Italian music in the background. A big THANK YOU to the restaurant for the lovely evening. We will be back!!!!

Bin mit einer Reisegruppe dort gewesen. Obwohl es draußen sehr kühl war, hat man uns auf der Terrasse platziert. Der Service verlief schleppend und trotz telefonischer Vorbestellung dauerte es eine Stunde, bis die ersten Bestellungen am Tisch waren. Dann wurden Gerichte serviert die nicht bestellt waren und als sich dann eine Kundin darüber beschwerte, hat der Kellner, wohl Sohn des Hauses, die Dame aufgefordert, das Lokal zu verlassen. Als die Gruppe dann aufbrechen musste, nach ca. 2,5 Stunden, hatten die letzten Gäste noch kein Essen. Der junge Kellner / Sohn hat wahrscheinlich noch nie etwas von Stressbewältigung gehört. Auf meine Nachfrage, wie in ihrem Restaurant die Verpflegung des Fahrers geregelt, im Normalfall übernimmt das das Restaurant, wurde er sehr unangenehm und argumentierte, sein Laden wäre auch ohne uns ausgebucht gewesen. Die einhellige Meinung der Gruppe: nie mehr wieder.

Rude towards customers who have complaints. Way too expensive for the quality that is served. We had 3x Combinazione at the table, two in casserole dishes, one in a soup plate (portion significantly smaller than the one in the casserole dish). In addition, one combination only consisted of spaghetti, the other only had tortellini and a few rigatoni and not a single spaghetti, the third had spaghetti and a piece of lasagna. I don't understand that as a combination if it only contains one type of pasta. The fact that you can't pay at the table is unbelievable. We were there with a tour group and it quickly became clear that the restaurant was completely overwhelmed. Then you simply can't accept so many guests at the same time. There was a pungent and unpleasant smell in the toilet area as soon as you entered the hallway to the toilets. But the toilets themselves were clean. We will eat there once and never again.

The only good thing is the ambience. Unfortunately the online prices are not correct. Service is worse than the food. Which really can't be topped.

Inadequate reception, arrogant waiter. After ordering an appetizer, they did not put the condiments, i.e. oil, salt and pepper, on the table. Next came the drinks, a bottle of water with petrol. I received a blue glass bottle that had already been opened. You know that there is no control over the truth when it is a water that has just been opened or filled with leftovers from other tables or those bought in the cheap supermarket. But the receipt says Acqua Sanpellegrino but it wasn't in the bottle. So I have a lot of doubts. Then when the appetizer was ready, I was given a salad with the dressing that I didn't order. I ordered Salti in Gusto with Gorgonzola and baked potatoes with rosemary. Instead, the sauce arrives in my mouth with very little sauce and without the rosemary potatoes, but rather the fried ones. I called the waiter and he loudly accused me of ordering these. But the table next to me heard my order perfectly as I asked for the same dish that one of them had. When I saw the waiter's reaction, which was extremely rude, both I and the table next to me felt insulted. So we both asked for the bill and when I went to pay they wanted to let me pay for the gorgonzola in my mouth. I complained politely, but the waiters always responded rudely. So I refused to pay and said I'm waiting for the police. While I was calling her, the waiter came to the table and brought me the correct bill without the gorgonzola jumping into my mouth. I would also like to post the receipt if I can paste it here... But I will never set foot there again. I highly recommend doing the same and if I may say, go in front of Trevi Restaurant, perfect.

Just fine. Was there for dinner for the first time. From the service to the dessert, everything was perfect.

Very tasty, recommended restaurant

We, and a couple we were friends with, were served in a friendly and courteous manner on Sunday lunchtime. The young, attentive and friendly service staff made it clear that we were welcome and that we should feel comfortable. I made the right decision with the deliciously crunchy house salad with fish fillets. My friends were happy about their large portion of pasta, and my wife only wants the next pizza here in the future. Everything top and recommended.

After 25 minutes of waiting, we left the location because we weren't served. We were offered a place, then no one came. There were still plenty of free tables and the waitresses were chatting as we left. We then had a lovely evening opposite in Trevi. We ate very well there and received friendly service. We don't go to Portofino anymore.

We arrived at 12:30 p.m., we were served at 2:15 p.m. No apologies for the wait, we asked for the children's menu as a priority and also refused. There were not many of us at that time, the big tables had already been served. No discount made for all the waiting, with no kindness. The worst part, when we receive the dishes, the meat is not cooked enough (veal is still very pink inside and almost cold), fries are not cooked (hard inside), there is an error in the pizzas and the children's menu. We came regularly but now it's over, the waiting time was very, very excessive, we are very disappointed with the restaurant now.

On pouvait même pas s'asseoir correctement, les chaises étaient bloquées par les marches d'accès à la terrasse où nous aurions dû être installés Reçu l'inverse de ce que nous demandions, avec frites, reçu des pâtes, sans sauce, reçu avec sauce. Et le fils qui nous dit '' ici c'est moi le patron '' ! 🤨 À deux doigts d'en venir aux mains. Perso à éviter.

Decent meal but service much too fast (there were no other people there except us). We didn't even have time to have an aperitif as the meal was already there. At the end the waitress came to tell us if you want a coffee, it's now because the cash register is going to close even though we had just finished our plate and it was barely 10 p.m. on a Saturday evening. We really felt that the staff just wanted to go home.

Leider an Weihnachten nicht zu empfehlen. Es wurden nur Menüs angeboten, was ja jein Problem ist, wenn man bei Reservierung darauf hingewiesen wird. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Dann gegenüber uns völlig unflexibel. Von 14 Personen wollten 2 kein Menü. Leider nicht bei uns nicht möglich, bei anderen Gästen schon. Göste 2. Klasse? Essen leiden nur lauwarm, bei allen Gängen! Ausser Schokosouffle. Dies war gefroren. Schade. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen!!!

Sehr gutes Essen, Preise ok. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, freundlich und auch Kinderfreundlich. Lediglich etwas chaotisch wenn mehr betrieb ist bei der Servicekraft aber niemand ist perfekt.

Essen war super, fand den Tisch nur etwas klein für die Anzahl der Personen.

Très déçue ce soir... On m'a servi mon entrée et mon plat en même temps.. (jamais vu ça dans un resto...) Mon compagnon n'a pas reçu le plat commandé. Quand on l'a signalé à la serveuse, elle est partie se renseigner en cuisine !!! Elle est revenue, a reconnu que c'est elle qui a fait l'erreur, mais n'a pas proposé une autre alternative !!! De plus, la serveuse ne comprenait pas grand chose.. En fin de repas, alors que nous buvions notre café, ça a râlé (très fort) en cuisine.. Sympa pour les clients !!! D'où ma mauvaise note pour l'ambiance.. Pour le prix, il y a des efforts à faire. Bref, je suis vraiment déçue, et pas sûre d'y retourner de sitôt.

Nous étions 6 pers, sans réservation et nous étions pressé pour aller au Bowling ensuite. Ils ont bougé les tables pour en faire une de 6. Et le service était rapide et efficace👍. Nous étions à l'H en plus c'était bon. Merci 😉

Haben hier an einem Samstag Abend gegessen. Essen war gut, das Personal war stets bemüht. Kellner hat uns gleich am Eingang,, mit,, Du"angesprochen, das fanden wir nicht passent. Überschwengliche freundlichkeit kam uns entgegen. Der Nachtich kam verspätet. An der Aufmerksamkeit sollte gearbeitet werde. Wir wurden freundlich gefragt ob wir an die Kasse zum Zahlen kommen würden. Das hätte ich anders erwartet. Da wir gefühlt die einzigsten waren, die das tun sollten. Trotz allem mö hte ich ihnen für das gute Essen danken. Wir werden leider nicht wieder kommen.

Most of the food we had was really tasty, just the veggie pasta could have been seasoned a little bit better. The meat dishes were really nice, especially the parmigiana schnitzel. The service was outstanding and they tried very hard to make our evening perfect. Shared the mixed antipasti plate for starters and also had some desserts. Everything can be recommended, just a very nice location for a cozy evening with good food and drinks for a very reasonable price. :)

Die Pizzen Nudeln und Salat waren alle ok. Leider wurde bei 6 Bestellungen eine Pizza vergessen. Alle waren mit dem Essen fertig da kam erst die vergessene Pizza. Sehr ärgerlich.Deshalb für den Service nur 3 Sterne.

Très déçu, par le plat pas mauvais, mais sans plus .vivre très très long pour nous , obligé de nous manifester pour avoir la suite après le plat d'entrée. Et avons dût assister à une dispute entre , le serveur, le patron et le cuisinier, pas top de vivre ça lors d'une sortie au restaurant.

We just travelled Germany for the last 4 weeks, love Italian food and had plenty. Portofino's pizza was surely the best pizza we had on our trip to Munich, Salzburg, Leipzig, Berlin and Hamburg. And close to sensational. Fantastic and attentive service too. Loved it. And surely will recommend the place to anyone who likes to listen.

J'adorais ce restaurant mais il a changé de propriétaire. A notre arrivée on nous refuse la terrasse parce que nous sommes nombreux que ça fait trop de travail de nous servir sur la terrasse. Ensuite nous commandons, c'est très long avant que nos plats arrivent alors qu'il n'y a vraiment pas grand monde. Et enfin la cuisine n'est pas faite avec des produits de qualité. Je commande personnellement une combinazione, il y a bien les pâtes, vraiment pas bcp de sauce et énormément de fromage fondu gras et de piètre qualité. Ce n'était pas bon et pas digeste du tout et pourtant je ne suis pas difficile. Je n'ai pas mangé grand chose et surtout ce n'est pas donné!! Je n'y retournerai plus...

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in kurzer Zeit bei Portofino und werden es wieder tun. Sehr leckeres Essen, super netter Kellner und einfach rundum toll. Eine Empfehlung von uns.

Essen soweit okay, wer großen Hunger hat etwas kleine Portionen, Pizza geht glaube ich nicht mehr dünner, wer's mag ist hier richtig. Hatten vorher gefragt ob wir unseren kleinen Chihuahua auf die Außenterasse mitbringen dürfen, war bei der Servicekraft am Telefon okay, anschließend beim Chef war der kleine Kerl trotz Sehr guter Manieren nicht willkommen. Die 3 Sterne gibt's für die Servicekraft.

Wirklich nur zu empfehlen sind durch Zufall drauf gestoßen. Hatten keine Reservierung sind herzlich aufgenommen. Essen war super lecker perfekt gewürzt. Das Service sehr zuvorkommend . Da dessert war der Hingucker mega leckeres. Alles im einem sehr empfehlenswert.
