Difficult, simply difficult. I've ordered there many times, and the food always arrived after a wait of over an hour, so they stopped ordering food there. When I order food, I want to use the delivery time for personal use and not have to cook because the food arrives much too late with soggy cardboard. Yesterday, after a successful day, we were looking forward to our table with 20 people. It was difficult from the start. If the restaurant is completely full, they should stop the delivery and pickup service. Then the quality suffers, and this is what happened to our group: the wait was too long, even for drinks. We had to wait an hour for everyone to have something to toast. The food took forever, and we weren't asked for additional drinks. After complaining about sand in the salad, and they even found a stone in the salad, they handled it incorrectly instead of being customer- and future-oriented. Rude and rude. They offered us a drink on the house, and we could have ordered something else instead, but because the wait was already so long for the first dishes, the offer was declined. The salads were canceled, but with much fuss. I paid for my salad because I had already eaten seafood. A lot of it was left over because the mood was at rock bottom afterward and everyone had been served. Bottom line: I won't be ordering from there again, whether for business or pleasure. Go somewhere else and spend your money there. More than disappointed.

After having been caught waiting over three hours for food at least three times in the past, sometimes even getting the wrong thing, I hadn't given up hope, as the pizza is really good. Yesterday, we went there with almost 20 people after making a reservation at 7 p.m. After I (and a few others) still didn't have our drinks (a simple Coke) after more than half an hour, we were told that they were out of glasses and that would take a while. After ONE HOUR, I got my Coke. The food finally arrived at 8:50 p.m. (mind you, we'd been there since 7 p.m.) with the comment, "Half an hour's wait wouldn't be long." All the salads weren't washed properly and were full of sand! They even fished a stone out of one of them, which they also gave to the waiter. We were then assured that the salads would be canceled. When we paid, we noticed that only three of about six salads had been canceled. After endless discussion, the remaining reservations were canceled. But not without commenting that we didn't need to reserve a table. We won't, don't worry! Customer orientation equals zero.

The pizza is super delicious, but the service is a disaster. It's happened to me many times: I had to wait over two hours or more for my order, only to be delivered the wrong food. Furthermore, the staff is completely overwhelmed because they're taking far too many orders while the entire restaurant is busy. Even when we ate in, we had to wait over an hour and a half for our food, and even the drinks sometimes didn't arrive for an hour. On top of that, the salad wasn't washed and was completely sandy. Instead of apologizing and offering compensation, the service staff were unfriendly and rude. It's a shame about the delicious pizza, but that was probably the last time we'll be there. Suggestion for improvement: Either take fewer reservations at the store itself on weekends or stop the delivery service, because neither seems to be working!

The pizza is truly delicious. Unfortunately, this time the order was misplaced and the salad was forgotten, but a new pizza was promptly delivered. Friendly staff. The team simply calls it Little Italy.

Definitely a recommendation from me. Over the years, I've repeatedly followed Little Italy's success in the competition for the best pizza in Saarland, and now I've finally been there. And it was worth it. The pizza is truly excellent, the menu is well-read and offers slightly different combinations than the usual salami/ham/mushroom stuff. I had a pizza with pepperoni sausage, spicy Italian salami (which was actually quite spicy), and grilled eggplant, which is usually only available as a standalone pizza topping. What can I say? Really good crust, you can tell the dough went into making it with a lot of effort, well-topped, and huge. I'm a big eater, but I couldn't finish the large one that day. The rest was packed up and tasted good cold the next day, although the "Doggie Bag" wasn't so great. The service was also really nice, and the pizza was ready very quickly, even though the place was buzzing. I will definitely come here more often!

It's a wonderful place to eat in the restaurant and also order it to be taken home. I often pick up my order myself, as it's still hot then; when ordering and having it delivered, the food is often lukewarm. The staff is very friendly.

A truly lovely restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. We've eaten there several times and celebrated my son's 18th birthday there. We were even allowed to bring our own cake.

In my opinion, there are two excellent places for pizza in Püttlingen: Speicher and Little Italy. Beyond that, there's nothing else for miles around. This place serves authentic, traditional Italian pizza. The dough is perfect, thin, and crispy, just as it should be. The tomato sauce is fruity, and the mozzarella, I assume burrata, is also delicious. They always say there's no accounting for taste. I don't believe that; you either have taste or you don't. If you don't like the food here, you've probably never been to Italy. The many attentive service staff round out the visit. Before I waste my money on some random delivery service and ruin my taste buds, I'd rather treat myself here regularly.

Once again, I waited more than three hours, was repeatedly put off on the phone, and in the end, there was still no food. Never again.

My steak was very raw instead of medium, making it inedible. I was then served a regular Coke instead of a Coke Zero, even though I don't prefer sugary drinks. My colleague couldn't enjoy his meal either because of this mix-up. Otherwise, the food was very tasty, but I wish it had been better prepared.

While the pizzas are really good, the meat/schnitzel dishes are a joke. Not breaded, even though it says so. Two really small pieces of pork loin, and that for almost 20 euros. A real joke.

Bad delivery experience I've been waiting for my order for almost three hours. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident; it happens frequently here. As delicious as the food may be, this delivery service is simply unacceptable. I have to request a new time each time and hope that the delivery will arrive soon. It's really frustrating. I understand that delays can occur, but regularly exceeding the delivery time by three hours is simply too much. If this service doesn't improve soon, I'll have to order elsewhere.

We ordered four meals there today and paid online, but unfortunately we had to wait over three hours for them! When we called again after two hours, we were told it was on its way! Another hour later, it still hadn't arrived, and we were told again on the phone that the driver was on the way! Sorry, but there wasn't even an apology, let alone a statement that it had been forgotten! Sorry, but on a Sunday evening, when everyone has to go to bed at some point, it's really disgusting! We always enjoy being guests and have been for a long time, but this is simply not acceptable!

A friend's tip led me to this Italian restaurant in Püttlingen! 😃 The ambiance is somewhat unusual; there's an Al Capone Lounge and some scenes from the movie "The Godfather." There's also a large winter garden. From my seat, I could watch the pizza chefs at work around the wood-fired oven. The restaurant has been honored three times with the "Best Pizza in Saarland" award. My Pizza Diabolo was truly amazing and not for the faint of heart. The "small" pizza measures 35 cm, and my large one had a diameter of 40 cm! The ingredients were excellent, and my special requests were accommodated. I would especially like to mention the lasagna, which is the best I've ever eaten. The homemade pasta sheets were very thin, and instead of béchamel sauce, they added a little cream to the Bolognese sauce. I'll keep the thin plates coming. I made mine extra thick. The very friendly waitress even bought me a Bitterino! 😊 The restaurant offers excellent value for money and is worth a long detour. Since the restaurant is no longer an insider tip, we recommend making a table reservation. 🍕😋😋😋😋🍕

An absolute insider tip for pizza lovers. Here you can get some of the best pizza in Saarland. The prices are also very reasonable. I'll be back soon. As someone of Italian descent, this is where my heart melts.

As an Italian, it's not easy for me to rate a pizzeria – I'm quite demanding in that regard. But at Little Italy, I have to say: The pizza is really good! The crust is nice and thin, just as it should be, and the flavor is impressive. It's hard to find anything better in the area. The restaurant also offers appetizers and main courses. However, if I see "Carbonara with cream" on the menu, I'm immediately out. The prices are reasonable, and the service is consistently pleasant and friendly. This is currently my favorite pizza place in the area!

We already knew "Little Italy" from Saarlouis and were sad when it closed. Yesterday, my husband and I made the trip from France to Püttlingen – and we don't regret it one bit! The welcome was very warm – the staff is extremely friendly and always with a smile. The restaurant itself is very cozy and busy, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a rustic pizza, along with two large shandy (shandy) radlers, a coffee, and a tiramisu. The pizzas were simply outstanding – the dough was perfect and the ingredients were of the highest quality. The tiramisu was also delicious and freshly prepared. The prices are absolutely fair and reasonable for the quality you get. We travel to Italy often and are well-versed in Italian cuisine – and we can honestly say: This pizzeria is exceptionally good! We will definitely be back and will happily recommend "Little Italy" in Püttlingen!

We had a voucher and were there last weekend, in what is supposed to be the best pizzeria in Saarland... What can I say... Not in life... Meat isn't their passion... My partner had a pizza (I can't say anything about that) and I had a schnitzel parmigiana... The schnitzel wasn't even 3mm thick at its thickest point, was dry and tough... The sausage slices on my bread are thicker... Since my girlfriend knows the gentleman from the service, I didn't want to say anything at first and I tormented the window down.... But in the end I had to answer no when I asked if everything was OK... Then I showed the gentleman from the service a piece of my schnitzel and he himself said that it wasn't OK and he would let me know in the kitchen... I don't know whether he actually said the word.. My girlfriend got a Ramazzotti on the house and I didn't want anything because I was fully served that evening... I only give the two stars because the service was super nice was... I would have to give minus stars for my schnitzel...

The pizza at Little Italy was the best pizza I've had at a pizzeria in a long time. The service was also very friendly and accommodating. Only the tiramisu still had a little room for improvement in terms of taste. We will definitely come back.

We spent a very nice evening in Little Italy. The atmosphere is very rustic. The pizza was great. Personally, I didn't think the dessert was that good, but this was resolved charmingly on the spot. It's not always so obvious, but it really is 👍. The pizza was great and special requests were no problem at all. The service was also really very friendly. 🫶

Simply delicious pizza...🍕 If you eat in a restaurant, be sure to reserve a table, even if there are only two of you. With delivery services you have to like long waiting times, 1.5 hours is the rule... I can also cook there myself. But otherwise recommended.

Possibly the best pizza you can eat outside of Italy. Always very happy with the quality and taste. The only thing I have to complain about is that I often got the wrong pizza delivered. Therefore, a point is deducted from the service, although this has nothing to do with the on-site service staff, who are always very nice and attentive.

The food was ordered at 6 p.m. and didn't arrive until 7:20 p.m. Although we were called beforehand and told that it would take longer, it was still very long. The schnitzel was unbreaded, the fries were limp and partly cold, the sauce was too watery and there were far too few mushrooms in the sauce. The pizza was far too limp and sometimes cold and tasteless, i.e. not enough tomato sauce. There was too little salt in the Riga tonis and the spaggethi marinara and in general in every dish. Very disappointing for an order of 120 euros. No more orders here.

Fries for the little one came later with my salad. Normally four stars would be appropriate for the food. Unfortunately not because of the following: we have been ordering there regularly for about three years and have them delivered. Typically amounts of around €35 ​​two to three times a month. My wife also orders there once a quarter for her seminars for 4-6 people. Last week we wanted to order again and they simply said we would no longer deliver to your location. That was the end of the matter. You shouldn't treat regular customers like that.

We've been regular customers for years, but this is really the last time we've ordered here. This time the first delivery was completely wrong. That wasn't a problem at all - it was delivered quickly. The cup with the salad dressing was then only half full. And the salad itself is getting smaller and worse - and at a hefty price of 14 EUR - an absolute joke... Bitter aftertaste from our last order: The garlic on the pizza, which was specifically ordered, was completely forgotten, but is now charged EUR 0.50. In addition, the journey now also costs extra. So we complained again - and were accused on the phone by the boss of lying - he "believed his pizza maker and not us" - there was "for sure" garlic on the pizza - but that was definitely not the case. So the pizza was picked up again and finally delivered correctly. Not a word of apology, just arrogance - and almost 30 EUR for a bad salad and a pizza that is also getting smaller and smaller... No, thank you - no more with us! Maybe the boss should think about the fact that he is a businessman and how to behave towards loyal customers. Very unfortunate...
