Unfortunately disappointing! A friendly "No, we're sorry, we don't have a table" would have been more appropriate than "We've been fully booked for 4 weeks, if you haven't reserved a table today, you've done something wrong" with a dirty laugh. Unfortunately no decency whatsoever! Or simply the wrong job, so keep your eyes open when choosing a career

Wurden von einem sehr freundlichen Kellner empfangen und flott bedient. Wir genossen an dem zentral gelegen Ort nahe der schön gestalteten Fußgängerzone im Freien eine leckere Portion Pasta. So freundlich wie die Ankunft, verlief auch der Abschied … da kommt man doch gerne mal wieder.

My grandmother and I wanted to have a quick drink here before going to the cinema. How dare we just sit down at a table in an empty restaurant. Apart from the fact that there was no indication anywhere that you should wait and be brought to the table. The owner slammed the cards on the table and said, without even saying hello, next time wait until I bring you to the table. We apologized and closed the menu again after choosing our drinks. After 10 minutes, no one came to take our order and I had the feeling that he was deliberately ignoring us... as a “punishment”. We then decided to leave without ordering. When we were 20 meters away from the restaurant, he came running after us and shouted how rude we were. I've really never experienced anything like that.

We have now ordered several times online from Napoli and I have to say so far we have always been very satisfied. It was always delivered on time, it was always delivered hot and the right thing was always delivered, which most other pizzerias in Rülzheim demonstrably cannot manage. I still have a small suggestion for improvement. How about offering your fries as an option with your meals or delivering them in paper bags.

The food was really tasty, the cocktails, even if you like them a little stronger, didn't bother me personally👀 The waiting time for food was impressively short for a Saturday evening and considering it was quite full. Many thanks to our service Andi, he was very quick and always friendly;)

Quaint place in the town of Mainz. Really enjoyed the Margherita pizza!

I don't know what the boys learned in the kitchen here, but I'm sure it's not cooking. Subterranean carpaccio (you really can't beat it), the pizza dough is reminiscent of Wrigley's, the spritzers should be called water with some flavor. The pizza is very bland, designer cheese everywhere you can see and simple tomato sauce is apparently also a challenge here. Service was ok. I really don't know what Italian is supposed to be here, the food is definitely not and at these prices it's way too expensive. Luckily we didn't dare to try the overpriced sea bream (even just as a fillet and not in one piece), as this would probably have been a disaster. Mainz may not be known for fine dining, but this one breaks a new record when it comes to doing simple things poorly. It's a shame, we definitely can't recommend this restaurant but urgently visit another one. Unfortunately, we ourselves fell for the good reviews posted here. Unfortunately happens sometimes.
