Great staff, food is very tasty, you get full from the food, drinks are freshly prepared, I would highly recommend it!!!

We were here on Saturday evening and had a really wonderful evening. The service was very attentive and the food was delicious. From the starter to the dessert, everything was perfect. Price-performance is reasonable and we would be happy to come back. A little tip: The restaurant is relatively small - reserving in advance is helpful to get a seat.

Average, pizza too greasy, drinks too expensive

Great food, great service and great ambience, looking forward to the next time! Once a month there is also a club with a DJ and a dance floor, a great idea for downtown Minden!

Ich war mit meiner Freundin im Paradiso. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber leider war der Service Mitarbeiter nicht sehr freundlich. Er vermittelte uns den Eindruck, dass ihm sein Job nicht sonderlich viel Spaß macht. Auch bei der Bezahlung und Trinkgeld (10% vom Verzehr) nicht mal ein Dankeschön! Ich werde dieses Restaurant nie wieder besuchen!

My partner and I had dinner at Roma today. It started with all tables being given a bread basket with dip in advance, except us. When our main course came, the wrong dish was delivered to me, which we had to send back. In addition, my partner's side dish was missing. Unfortunately there was no apology or anything from the waiter. After about 5 minutes, the side dishes were finally brought to my partner. After 10 minutes the correct steak was delivered, with the wrong degree of doneness. So we also returned the steak. After 5 more minutes, the right food finally arrived with the right degree of doneness. My partner was already finished and my side dishes had already been eaten. When we asked for the bill, the employee asked us how it tasted. The food tasted good, but unfortunately the service wasn't good, which we told him. The employee wasn't interested and didn't apologize. When the bill came, it was also higher because they wrote the wrong, more expensive steak on it. We find it very unfortunate that the service was so subpar today. There was no apology and no one contacted us.

We had made reservations outside for four people, when we arrived there was no space available outside. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't say a word of apology; after all, she had a place for us inside (at 30 degrees and sunshine). The ordered water is placed on the table and turned away; pouring the drinks doesn't seem to be part of the service here. Tables sticky, not the least bit clean. We then changed our mind and ordered pizza to take away. Overall, the service from the three young people was subpar, a shame. According to the operator's statement: It is rude to deal with the reviews if they don't give five stars - see also all other reviews with fewer stars here. The way the operator deals with reality and twists facts is also interesting. We will certainly “recommend” the store.
