The culinary experience was impressive: The pizza was excellent – ​​thin crust, fresh, high-quality ingredients, and tasted authentically Italian. The bar area has a modern design and is a positive eye-catcher. The staff was also friendly and attentive, all dressed in a uniform manner – which initially seemed professional. However, a different picture quickly emerged. The service was not of the same quality as the food. Drinks and food were not served properly, but rather passed around – even right across your face while you were eating. This simply shouldn't happen in a restaurant of this price range. It was very unpleasant. The situation was even more evident in the restrooms: electrical cables running across the ceiling, remnants of wallpaper stuck on several times, and an overall very clumsy impression. The restroom was so dirty during my visit that I had to clean it myself to even use it. This is not only unpleasant, but unacceptable. Added to this was the uncomfortably loud noise level in the dining room, making relaxed conversation impossible. Of course, you want to get the most out of your business financially, but this comes at the expense of the atmosphere. Conclusion: The food is of high quality, no question – but the overall experience falls far short of the price. The price is simply not right for what's offered here. Anyone who cooks with such ambition must also deliver in terms of service and the condition of the rooms. The potential is there – but it's currently underutilized.

Welcoming atmosphere. The new renovated place is even more beautiful than the previous one. The excellent cuisine, extraordinary pizza (and also awarded). When you are there, it is not like being in Italy, but like being among an Italian family.

A real asset to Minden: this restaurant stands out with its modern concept! We were thoroughly impressed with the food; everything was fresh, refined, and prepared to perfection. The service was pleasantly unobtrusive and very friendly. The prices are absolutely reasonable for what's on offer. A place we will definitely visit again!

Neapolitan Pizza in Minden – Great Concept with Room for Improvement in Service We were invited to dinner by our parents/in-law and were excited to see that they were serving Neapolitan pizza – a culinary specialty we're more familiar with from Cologne and not often found in Minden. Ambience & Atmosphere The welcome was friendly, and we were shown directly to our seats. At first, it was pleasantly quiet, but as the number of guests grew, the noise level increased significantly. At times, it was almost impossible to have a conversation at the table. The room temperature also became uncomfortably high – the large glass fronts, which let in the sun directly, create a conservatory effect. Better air conditioning or shade would have been desirable here. Service & Process The drinks were ordered quickly, but the glasses were brought to the table one at a time and with a delay. The appetizer arrived on two plates, but without suitable cutlery for distributing them – everyone had to use their own place settings. When clearing the table, we were asked to keep our knives and forks for the main course. Personally, I find it more pleasant when the table is freshly set for each course. Somewhat disappointing was the long wait of about 30 minutes between the starter and the main course – without any inquiries about additional drinks or even a brief warning. The pizzas were served individually and with a significant delay, so no one could eat at the same time. The ordered wine also only arrived with the main course, but all the empty glasses from the aperitif and previous drinks remained on the table. Over time, the table became quite cluttered without being cleared. Observations & Cleanliness It was noticeable that the service completely dispensed with trays – this led to salad bowls, for example, being brought to the table by hand with the thumb in the bowl. This doesn't seem very hygienic. A neighboring table was also not wiped down all evening – although it wasn't reassigned, cleaning would still have been appropriate. Conclusion The kitchen has potential, the concept is exciting, and the pizzas were delicious – but the service and organization urgently need to improve. Especially given the relatively high prices compared to other dining options in Minden, I expect not only good products, but also consistent service and a pleasant atmosphere. Since this is a new location, I see the whole thing as a possible "getting used to it" period. Nevertheless, I know that they already have experience from another business – so some things surprise me. One final thought for the owner: Criticism is not an attack, but a gift – it offers the opportunity to optimize processes and delight guests in the long term. I wish the team continued success and hope that the points mentioned will be improved in the future.

We reserved a table for 8 p.m. and arrived on time. I made my presence known and was told that the server would attend to me. After standing at the counter for 20 minutes, sweating and waiting, we were escorted to the very thin and wobbly cardboard tables. I had an appointment 30 minutes later, so I ordered a pizza, hoping to get my food quickly. The first pizza arrived 40 minutes later, followed by the other two 5 minutes later. One pizza was incorrectly loaded and had to be returned. It's extremely echoey and very loud. Tablecloths would help. The prices are high, though. €7.80 for a bottle of water is extortionate. The owner's handling of other reviews is often unfriendly and disrespectful to customers.

We were customers at the bakery and then at the first restaurant. This was exactly how we like it - low-key and cozy with the charm of a typical Italian osteria. The owners are really friendly and personable! Unfortunately, we don't like the new restaurant at all so far! Of course, that's a matter of taste, but it doesn't have a very nice atmosphere yet (the tiles are too cold, the artificial flowers are too shiny, the gold is too shiny!). The windows contribute to the sterile ambiance. As it has only recently opened, a lot can of course change and improve! The prices of the non-alcoholic drinks are definitely excessively expensive, as children in particular often want them. You really think about doing without drinks altogether! I hope Grimaldi doesn't end up like Italbar did back then. If you only want an elite clientele, that's sometimes not enough. This is factual criticism and opinion and not an insult! I hope you understand it that way!!

We were big fans of this restaurant, but unfortunately, a lot has changed for the worse since the move. The new location feels cold and uninviting – the charming, authentic flair of the past has sadly been lost. Our visit was also disappointing from a culinary perspective: Service took a long time, even though it wasn't busy. They were more likely to be milling around behind the counter than taking our drinks. The pasta carbonara was stiff and dry – unfortunately, the staff didn't even know what that meant. The tiramisu was stiff, tasted stale, and its consistency and flavor were more reminiscent of buttercream than a fresh dessert. Overall, the visit was a disappointment. It's a shame, because we used to really enjoy coming here. Whether we'll give the restaurant another chance is questionable.

Food was okay, prices were completely unreasonable. The "service" sometimes shoved glasses into your hand instead of placing them on the table. Water was left unchecked, and the table was cleared before everyone had finished. Only the prices were high. I've never experienced anything like it.

As an Italian, I can say that this is the best pizza in Minden. Authentic and indescribably delicious. You can taste the original Italian ingredients. From the light and airy dough to the exquisite toppings. Simply delicious. I highly recommend this pizza. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. You feel very comfortable here. A piece of Italy in our Minden :)

Unfortunately, it's very loud and stuffy here because it used to be a shop. There's no sunscreen. The pizza, unfortunately, wasn't to our taste. The service wasn't particularly good either. Unfortunately, there was no bread with the salad. Overall, we were disappointed.

The newly opened restaurant has potential – the pizza was tasty, even if the crust was a bit too dominant. Unfortunately, there were still significant weaknesses in service and cleanliness: glasses with water stains and a wine glass with a lip print marred the impression. The pizza was, as always, completely authentic and very tasty. The flavors on your tongue are a taste experience. Of course, everything has its price. If you're looking for a quick and inexpensive pizza, this is the wrong place. The staff were attentive and friendly. We had reserved a table for four people and weren't happy with the assignment. But it wasn't a problem to get another table. Overall, we had a lovely evening. Only the ambiance in the new restaurant didn't appeal to us. It was too modern and uncomfortable. The acoustics were very loud, making conversation difficult since it was completely full. The lighting, LED spotlights with cold light, made the whole place rather uncomfortable. I already knew the previous restaurant on Ringstrasse. It was also loud there, but the ambiance was much better. Perhaps they need to work on this in the new restaurant. The parking situation is very limited given the number of visitors, but fortunately, you can easily park in the large parking lot at the supermarket next door.

Unfortunately, the ambiance didn't convince me. We wanted to try Grimaldi after the move, but were disappointed. It was very loud, the air was bad, and it was too warm. The first room was so crowded that the server couldn't move properly between the guests. Two fewer tables would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, we didn't feel comfortable. It was also annoying that guests kept coming in to pick up pizzas they had ordered. These were then sent away again because nothing was ready. Unfortunately, the food couldn't save the evening. It was okay, but nothing special.

5 stars – absolute recommendation! For me, Grimaldi Minden is really the best pizza I know - a real highlight in terms of taste and appearance! You can see and taste that the work here is done with love. The modern interior, friendly service and large selection of wines round off the experience perfectly. The menu is beautifully designed and varied. For the price you really get top quality here - my tip: it's best to reserve in advance. I'm absolutely thrilled - and definitely not the last time I've been here. Keep it up!

Everything is really right here. Very attentive but not intrusive service. Great decor and the pizza is really well made. Great base, crispy and wafer-thin and super topped. The pastries in the counter also looked great. The owners put a lot of love into it.

We had made reservations outside for four people, when we arrived there was no space available outside. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't say a word of apology; after all, she had a place for us inside (at 30 degrees and sunshine). The ordered water is placed on the table and turned away; pouring the drinks doesn't seem to be part of the service here. Tables sticky, not the least bit clean. We then changed our mind and ordered pizza to take away. Overall, the service from the three young people was subpar, a shame. According to the operator's statement: It is rude to deal with the reviews if they don't give five stars - see also all other reviews with fewer stars here. The way the operator deals with reality and twists facts is also interesting. We will certainly “recommend” the store.

Place is well made, simple and serves the purpose. You can also sit upstairs (for those who like it a little quieter) it is bigger than it looks from the outside. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the carbonara. For me the wrong pasta (but that's what it says on the menu) if you can read you have a clear advantage. Too dry. Very salty from the bacon, I assume. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio doesn't fit here at all, for this dish. But next time I'll take the pizza, it should be great. Am very excited. Pizza is quite okay. Service is really the bottom drawer... for the prices, which would be justified in themselves, you should hire sensible staff. The look on the service force's face even makes me feel depressed. An expression of “don’t feel like it” actually makes you want to get out straight away. You are not accommodated when it comes to choosing a seat even though all the seats are free? I don't care about it at a snack bar, but not at a restaurant with these prices. We ordered to be picked up and as noted it was ready on time. The pizza was very tasty, but the crust was half the pizza. The carbonara tasted oily and only had a weak egg yolk flavor. I am very disappointed with the lasagna and bruschetta for the price-performance ratio, small portions and hardly any taste.

Bis jetzt war ich immer sehr gerne bei Grimaldi. Das Essen ist super lecker und die Pizza schmeckt nirgends besser. Leider war der Service diesmal extrem unprofessionell. Die Portionen sind in der Regel groß und sättigend. Bis auf die Trüffelpasta für 26€. Diese hatte ich bestellt und bin leider nicht ansatzweise satt geworden. Ich bin eine normal große, schlanke Frau und esse auch nicht viel. Nachdem ich die Bedienung gefragt hatte, ob es möglich sei, einen kleinen Nachschlag zu bekommen, hatte diese bejaht. Als ich dann aber am Ende 45€ für ein Getränk und die Pasta zahlen sollte, war ich sehr verdutzt. Ich habe mich an der Kasse beschwert, dort wurde ich aber sehr unhöflich abgewiesen. Ich war davon ausgegangen, dass der kleine Nachschlag Kulanz sei und nicht mit 15€ berechnet wird. Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, muss so etwas vorher erwähnt werden. Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht .

Vielleicht war der Samstag nicht so optimal. Das Restaurant war gut besucht und es gab viele Abholungen. Die Burrata Caprese war sehr gut. Die Bruschetta war eher Durchschnitt und hat allen nicht so gut gefallen. Dafür war die Pizza absolut super und nicht mehr zu steigern. Top! Ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit vom Personal hätten wir uns gewünscht. Wir kommen an einem anderen Tag gerne wieder.

Hallo, Ambiente ist schön und alles aber die Pizza leider nicht sehr gut. Vielleicht war es ein Einzelfall, aber ich hatte eine Pizza Napolitana zum Mitnehmen und habe schon auf dem Weg ein bisschen probiert: Zu dünn und vor allem war sie nicht richtig durchgebacken und in der Mitte durchweicht. Ich würde sie einfach dicker machen... Service an der Theke war leider auch nicht gerade freundlich... LG

Wir hatten heute die Pizza mamma mia. waren heute das erste Mal auf Empfehlung dort. Die Pizza ist etwas ganz Besonderes der Geschmack der Wahnsinn und ganz anders als in einer typischen Pizzeria. Hier spürt man sofort das italienische Flair und genauso sollte es sein. Das war heute die beste Pizza die wir jemals gegessen haben. Meine Vorredner bzw. Schreiber kann ich nicht verstehen. Aber Geschmäcker sind verschieden, man schreibt deshalb aber nicht gleich eine schlechte Bewertung, wenn die Qualität trotzdem sehr gut war. Hier werden sehr gute Zutaten verwendet und das schmeckt man definitiv. Der Service war einwandfrei, sehr freundlich, kompetent und aufmerksam. Wir haben auch direkt neben der Theke gesessen, uns hat es keinster Weise gestört (im Gegenteil wir konnten uns schon eindrücke für zukünftige Geschenke verschaffen). Wie die Reinigung des Geschirrs erfolgt bleibt doch dem Inhaber überlassen und müsste bewertungsneutral behandelt werde. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich mit italienischem Touch. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist stimmig. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür und die Toilette sehr sauber. Es war ein sehr gelungener Abend und auf diesem Weg danke, dass wir noch um 21 Uhr kommen durften. Bis bald wir freuen uns schon

Ein Glück bin ich durch einen Artikel im Tagblatt auf das Grimaldi aufmerksam geworden. Wie vom Personal gefragt - tutto bene? Kann ich folgendes antworten: Service und Essen sind 100%ig. Man hat das beste aus der Location an der Ringstraße herausgeholt (viel Verkehr, überschaubare Parkmöglichkeiten). Insbesondere die Plätze draußen sind im Sonnenschein herzlich. Gerne wieder 👍

Pizza sehr lecker. Toller Teig und leckerer Belag. Eine schöne Auswahl an verschiedenen Pizzen. Von dem Bruschetta waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Tomaten waren nur mit Salz und Oregano mariniert. Sehr langweilig. Auch die Getränkepreise haben wir als hoch empfunden. Personal hat gestresst gewirkt, nicht einmal gefragt wie es uns geschmeckt hat und nicht von selbst nach Getränken gefragt.

Meiner Meinung nach der Beste Italiener weit und breit. Wir sind Fans der Gourmet Pizzen. Man fühlt sich immer herzlich willkommen. Der Eigentümer ist ein grundsympatischer Mensch. Sehr leckere Pizza. Wir waren mit Personen im kleinen Restaurant. Alle verschiedene Gerichte. Alle waren zufrieden. Definitiv nicht unser letzter Besuch.!

Das Ambiente ist toll. Das Essen ist bombe. Sauber Toilette. Beim Service ist noch ein bißchen Verbesserungspotenzial möglich. Der Service ist mega freundlich, der könnt aber gern öfters am Tisch vorbei schauen, damit man auch weitere Getränke bestellen kann.

Die Carbonara war (teuer) und einfach schlecht - die Nudeln versalzen, zu al dente und der Speck zu fettig und zäh. Hatte sie gewählt, weil es das Lieblingsessen meines gerade verstorbenen italienischen Freundes war. Schade! Die Pizzen sahen sehr gut aus.

Vorspeise und Nachspeise absolut köstlich. Die Pizza hat mir persönlich nicht so gut geschmeckt. Etwas zu viel Belag, dadurch der sehr dünne (das gefällt mir hervorragend) Boden sehr durchweicht, daher könnten wir die restliche eingepackt è Pizza auch zuhause nicht mehr genießen. Kapern passen für mich leider gar nicht auf Pizza (Vegetariana) Da diese viele Menschen nicht mögen, wäre eine Auszeichnung auf der Karte besser. Die Nudeln für unseren kleinen Gast waren etwas zu hart. Optisch machen alle Gerichte richtig Eindruck. Ich saß genau neben dem Spülbecken (hier wird von Hand gespült?) das war nicht so schön, sonst nett gemacht im Laden und freundliche Bedienung. Insgesamt zufrieden, aber trifft eben nicht so ganz meinen Geschmack.

Die Pizza hat einen tollen Teig, der Belag ist sehr hochwertig. Andere Gerichte , z.B. Pasta sind total authentisch, nicht wie in vielen anderen Pizzarien. Wir kommen regelmäßig und gerne hier hin.

Es ist ein kleines Restaurant an der Hauptstraße. Für die Größe des Restaurants sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Ambiente ist nicht so schön, aber die Möbel sind gut abgestimmt aufeinander . Da lässt sich noch einiges herausholen. Das Essen war ok. Nicht der beste Italiener, aber auch nicht der Schlechteste. Man kann vor Ort mit Karte zahlen.
