Cosimo Vini in Minden

Wir haben schon Öfters mit und auch ohne Freunden dieses Restaurant besucht. Preis-Leistung ist top, das Essen sehr lecker! Der Service war bisher außer ein paar Kleinigkeiten immer super! ☺️ Der Laden selbst ist klein, aber fein. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die kleinere Fläche (eher in weiß gehalten) ist etwas ruhiger, fast schon privat. Man kann mit EC zahlen, haben auch schon mal Essen bestellt & abgeholt!

Wir waren heute das erste Mal im Cosimo Vini essen! Eine Reservierung ist auf jeden fall nötig! Als erstes wurden wir sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen! Der Service war diskret, zugleich aufmerksam und immer da, wenn wir was brauchten! Das Ambiente fanden wir auch sehr cozy, wie in einer Weinbar! Wir hatten eine Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Nachspeise. Die Vorspeise war Bruscetta Pomodoro und diese hat Lust auf mehr gemacht! Als Hauptspeise waren die gefüllten Gnocchi mit Trüffelsauce das absolute Highlight und beim ersten Bissen war ich absolut überzeugt von der authentischen italienischen Küche! Da wird mit italienischem Herz gekocht! Eine absolute Empfehlung in allen Punkten! Bitte weiter so! Das schöne ist, dass man während es Wartens überall etwas zu gucken hat (italienische Produkte zum Kauf, Kochbücher, Weine)…es ist einfach ein tolles Konzept! Wir kommen definitiv in das Wohl beste italienische Restaurant von Minden und Umgebung wieder!

Gestern Abend habe ich hier mit 20 Gästen meinen Geburtstag gefeiert. Es war ein rundum perfekter Abend. Wir hatten ein fantastisches Menü mit Antipasti, Pasta, Carne und Desserts. Das war kein Essen, das war ein Traum. Begleitet von immer aufmerksamen, freundlichem Service im wunderschönen, gemütlichen Ambiente. Vielen Dank nochmal an Maria, Cosimo und das Team.

Klein & fein ... das Cosimo Vini in Minden ist ein hochwertiges italienisches Restaurant mit viel Herz, ideal für entspanntes Essen, gute Pasta & Pizza und ein authentisches Erlebnis. Das Carpaccio war zart und fein gewürzt. Die Nudeln mit Ricotta überzeugten durch eine leichte, cremige Sauce, die Pizza Rucola mit knusprigem Boden und frischen Zutaten. Auch die Desserts – Panna Cotta und Tiramisu – waren hervorragend. Der freundliche, aufmerksame Service und die angenehme Atmosphäre bei einem guten Wein rundeten den positiven Eindruck ab. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren heute das erste Mal im Cosimo Vini. Eine wirklich schöne Location an der Königstraße in der Altstadt von Minden. Zwei Plätze am Fenster mit Blick auf die Straße waren für uns reserviert und haben uns auch gut gefallen. Eine Reservierung ist für den Abend wohl auch dringend zu empfehlen. Der Service war sehr freundlich, schnell und zugewandt. Da fühlt man sich als Gast richtig wohl. Speisen und Getränke waren auch richtig lecker. Die Portionen sind gut zu schaffen und nicht zu üppig. Absolut grandios ist das Tiramisu. Sollte man unbedingt probieren, Hammer! Alles in allem ein feiner Italiener mit gutem Service, leckerem Essen in schöner Location. Gerne einmal ausprobieren, wir fanden es gut.👍😃

Mein Freund und ich haben selten so unfassbar gut gegessen wie Im cosimo vini. Das Restaurant ist unglaublich liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet- dies spiegelt sich auch kulinarisch und im Service wieder !! Wir haben Nudelgerichte gegessen und jedes war auf seine weise individuell hervorragend im geschmack. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder. ( Tip: unbedingt vorher anrufen und reservieren)

Kleines aber mehr als feines italienisches Restaurant. Wir haben das Essen und die Chinotto-Limonade sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder! Aufgrund der einschränken Räumlichkeiten (ca. 30 Plätze) sollte man in jedem Fall reservieren.

Ich habe bei Cosimo Essen für 10 Personen für zu Hause bestellt. Antipasti, zwei Pastagerichte, Tiramisu/Kleingebäck alles sehr köstlich und reichlich. Nur zu empfehlen! Das Kleingebäck eine bemerkenswerte Neuentdeckung. Das tut Minden gut!!

Cosimo Vini ist ein unglaublich gemütliches Restaurant mit ganz viel Herz. Man spürt sofort, wie liebevoll hier alles gestaltet ist – von der Atmosphäre bis zum Service. Die Besitzer und das gesamte Personal sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam ❤️ Kulinarisch wird man rundum verwöhnt: hervorragender Wein, köstliche Pizza, ein himmlisches Tiramisu und viele weitere Leckereien. Besonders schön ist auch, dass man zahlreiche Spezialitäten wie Olivenöl, Wein und andere Köstlichkeiten für den Eigengebrauch oder als Geschenk kaufen kann. Ein rundum wunderbares Restaurant und definitiv eine Bereicherung für Minden. Absolut empfehlenswert ☺️🍷🍕

Lovely little shop, pleasant atmosphere, and good, fresh food. When asked if everything was okay and tasty, I pointed out to the nice lady that we had to wait exactly 60 minutes for our pasta and that my pasta tasted a bit bland, but otherwise everything was good and tasty. The answer shocked me as a customer. "If you just want to grab a quick bite and leave, you've come to the wrong place. We're a family business, and my husband is alone in the kitchen. Besides, we have a full table to keep us busy." I didn't mean any offense! The question was simply answered honestly. Unfortunately, this was taken very personally, and an unnecessary and unpleasant situation arose. As a restaurant owner, this is very unprofessional behavior, especially when you're deliberately seeking dialogue with the guest. I don't want to come back. ADDENDUM TO YOUR REPLY: This is the first time in my life that I've used a service only to be lied to so disrespectfully after submitting an honest (and even kindly) review. Imagine, I go to work for my money to support you, expecting a pleasant evening at a restaurant in return, and then, just like afterwards, I get a knife in the back. I can only tell you what I already told you there, after you asked me if everything was okay and tasty. We had to wait a full 60 minutes for our pasta, which unfortunately tasted very bland until I added a good amount of salt. Nothing more, nothing less. The story you're making out of this is unbelievable. If you really think we have nothing better to do than spend our hard-earned money to pay you a malicious visit, you obviously have a problem. And no, no one informed us that it would take longer. I also don't understand why you wrote that I should have addressed all of this personally when I did exactly that. But while we're at it: After my comment, you didn't even ask if we wanted to order anything else. You cleared the plates and practically sent us to the front to pay so we could leave. Not only did you fail on a gastronomic level, but now, even in retrospect, you couldn't keep your fingers still and ensured that I really can't recommend you, your person, or your business to anyone. Don't ask the question whether everything was okay and tasty again if you can't handle an answer other than "Yes, everything was great." Three stars just became one. Get well soon!

A wonderful Italian atmosphere in the heart of Minden. Delicious, typically Italian food and drinks. Plus, plenty of tasty treats like pasta, olive oil, and pickled tomatoes. We were here for lunch and were very pleasantly surprised – the waitress was super nice, competent, and took plenty of time for us.

The Italian food is very appetizing, authentically Italian. At lunchtime, there is only a selection of dishes! The quantities are plentiful. Large groups must reserve in advance and select their dishes. A la carte is available for up to four people with a reservation. A small, cozy, and charming restaurant!

A very small Italian restaurant (with a delicatessen sale) located in the old town. The ambiance is quaint and cozy, with a small but fine menu and selection of drinks. We found that reservations are definitely recommended. We received very attentive and friendly service. The service was very calm and unobtrusive throughout the evening. The dishes we enjoyed were all delicious. The value for money is quite reasonable. We will definitely be back.

The best Italian in all of Minden. So delicious and cozy, you can tell how much love goes into it. And that has been the case for more than 20 years.

We were there for the first time yesterday. It's not that easy to reserve a table. But we received excellent service and ate an excellent meal. A small, varied menu offers something for everyone. Thanks for everything and we'll definitely see each other again!

The table was lovingly set, the service was exceptionally warm and the food was simply fantastic - creative, exciting and tasty. You can feel how much love and passion goes into the work here. Delicious pizza with a special dough that is different from other pizzas in other restaurants. The tiramisu was also good. The ambience is small, harmonious and has an Italian flair. We'll definitely be back!

We were here on Saturday evening and had a really wonderful evening. The service was very attentive and the food was delicious. From the starter to the dessert, everything was perfect. Price-performance is reasonable and we would be happy to come back. A little tip: The restaurant is relatively small - reserving in advance is helpful to get a seat.

We celebrated our wedding here on May 24th. The food was first class, we had mixed antipasti plates and cannelloni and pizza as the main course. Everything was fresh and high quality. Das kleine Lokal in einer Seitenstraße sollte man nicht übersehen. Klein, aber oho. Der typisch italienische charmante Service, die ausgezeichneten Produkte (die man auch vor Ort im Lädchen nebenan kaufen kann ) und ein Koch, der die Speisen hervorragend zusammenstellt. Ich habe nördlich von Italien selten so gut italienisch gegessen. Bravo!

There is no Italian in all of Minden who stands for authentic Italian cuisine more than Cosimo Vini. Cosimo loves cooking.Maria and Alessio are there for the guests in a polite and absolutely friendly manner, always with an Italian accent, which is why many guests like to come. We all just want to get away from everyday life for a while and then come to this small, Italian idyll. I recommend the world's best "Insalata mixta, con verdure fritte" - here you can see the dedication to a simple but special cuisine. Everyone has the ingredients, but ekiner prepares it like Cosimo! Grazie...we will keep coming back! By the way, this also works great at lunchtime.

I love this shop and the owners. The chef knows his craft. The map is not too big but not too small either. It's just fun to sit in this little restaurant and enjoy. Looking forward to next time.

Das beste italienische Essen in Ostwestfalen. Das Restaurant ist klein und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Bedienung ist nett und die Eigentümer ein Traum. Cosimo kocht jedes Gericht selbst und das schmeckt man. Die Gerichte sind frisch und für uns perfekt gewürzt. Wir sind ca. einmal im Monat dort und bis jetzt war alles köstlich und auch die Kleinigkeiten aus Italien die man vor Ort kaufen kann sind außergewöhnlich.

Ein phantastisches kleines italienisches Restaurant mit Flair. Für den Moment kann man sich nach Italien träumen und denken man sei irgendwo am Gardasee. Wenn wir wie bei meinem ersten Besuch 30 Grad haben, die Türen und Fenster auf sind. Herrlich. Allerdings würde ich mir auf der Karte vielleicht ein paar "Fleischersatz" Gerichte wünschen. Aber dennoch.... Absolut Daumen hoch. Gehört in die Geheimtipp-Kategorie.

Tolle Atmosphäre. Kuscheliger Laden.

Leuke zaak met heerlijk pasta en pizza. Goede bediening, maar wel afstandelijk. Maar ook hier is apart afrekenen geen enkel probleem, daar kunnen we hier in Nederland mog wat van leren.

Ich war leider garnicht zufrieden. Wurde sehr lange als Gast ignoriert und wenig beachtet obwohl der Laden so klein ist. Da gibt es bessere Italiener in Minden.

Mehrfach dort gewesen und stets bestes Essen, weine und Ambiente genossen. Ich würden jeden mit bestem Gewissen einen Besuch empfehlen. Vom Carpaccio, über Tagliatelle zum Rinderfilet immer sehr gut gewesen. Reservierung ist ein Muss und man sollte etwas Zeit mitnehmen - das ist aber vollkommen verständlich aufgrund der Größe!
