The boss of this restaurant was more than accommodating to his friendly guests. Since I come from the editorial team of a good publishing house, I would like to express the right things here. He was condescending, arrogant and non-committal to guests he didn't know. We had ordered risotto and got tagiatella, which we objected to. The boss said arrogantly, take this is more than good. I could also make your risotto but then you have to wait. We paid a risotto bill. The pasta dishes were really good, but they wouldn't fill a full grown man. After we ordered a tiramisu and couldn't eat it because it wasn't homemade, (Aldi quality) €7.50 per portion, we said. Pay this to the boss.
