Egal wann wir da waren,es stimmt alles.Essen und Service einfach richtig,richtig gut.So auch gestern. Man merkt,daß die Gäste es zu schätzen wissen,selbst an einem Dienstag ist das Restaurant gut besucht.

Ich war mit meiner Schwester dort Essen nach dem Tod meiner Eltern. Die sind da immer gerne hingegangen. Wir waren total enttäuscht. Mir wurde versichert das es Vegetarische Gerichte gibt! Gab es nicht! Ich habe ein Rote Bete Carpaccio für den gleichen Preis für 23.00 € essen müssen .Mit Fleisch hat es genauso viel gekostet. Total unflexibel für Vegetarier. Kann ich nicht empfehlen und die die sehen uns auch nicht wieder.. Mir wurde versichert das alles auch in vegetarisch gibt!!! Gibt nicht in Vegetarisch!!!!

Ein großartiges kulinarisches Erlebnis mit authentischer italienischer Küche und regem Austausch.

Gestern durften wir im Grappolo D’Oro einen wundervollen Abend erleben – echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute! Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam, das Ambiente authentisch und gemütlich – wir haben uns gefühlt wie im Urlaub in Italien. 🇮🇹 Als Vorspeise hatten wir Tris di Mare und Scampi al Forno – beides frisch, aromatisch und perfekt zubereitet. Die Pasta mit Trüffel als Primi war ein Traum: al dente, cremig und wunderbar intensiv im Geschmack. Mein Kabeljau mit Gnocchi war das Highlight des Abends, während der Lachs meiner Frau auf den Punkt gegart und herrlich zart war. Die Weinauswahl ist hervorragend – unser Primitivo hat das Menü perfekt abgerundet. Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis: fantastische Küche, großartiger Service und echtes Italien-Flair. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! 🍷🇮🇹

Meine Schwester und ich gehen gerne und viel essen und haben auch schon viele gute italienische Restaurants besucht. Umso mehr freut man sich, dass es immer noch "besser" geht. Wir hatten einen schönen, genussvollen Abend und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Ambiente ist sehr geschmackvoll, der Service sehr freundlich und das Essen top. Alles, was man sich erhofft, wurde erfüllt.

Wie immer war alles köstlich und der Service hervorragend. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Grundsätzlich gute Italiener mit schönem Ambiente zwischen italienischer Tradition und doch modern gehalten. Gute , nicht überladene Speisekarte mit menüangebot. Für den Preis fehlte es aber an handwerklicher Präzision (nur ein Beispiel: tolles Stück Kabeljau, aber durchgegart und fast schon trocken). Schade

Wir waren jahrelang Gäste dieses Restaurants. Nach dieser Erfahrung ist endgültig Schluss. Unsere Reservierung für sechs Personen haben wir einen Tag vorher telefonisch absagen müssen, da zwei Personen an Corona erkrankt waren. Die Reaktion des Inhabers darauf war bemerkenswert – allerdings im negativen Sinn. Statt eines Mindestmaßes an Professionalität oder Empathie wurde mit Unverständnis erklärt, dass „die anderen ja trotzdem kommen könnten“ und dass eine Absage „sehr problematisch und schwierig“ sei, weil Tische ja schon sehr begehrt wären. Im anschließenden Telefonat mit dem Inhaber bestätigte sich dieser Eindruck vollständig: kein Servicegedanke, kein Feingefühl, dafür eine spürbare Arroganz, als sei der Gast für das unternehmerische Risiko verantwortlich. Als Krönung wurde sogar angedeutet, man könne für die Absage Gebühren verlangen – wie dies ohne Vereinbarung entsprechender Bedingungen angedroht werden kann, ist ein Rätsel. Dieses Auftreten wirkt nicht kundennah, sondern kritikunfähig und überheblich. Wer glaubt, langjährige Gäste in einer Krankheitssituation belehren oder unter Druck setzen zu müssen, hat das Prinzip Dienstleistung offenbar grundlegend missverstanden. Wir legen Wert auf Qualität – nicht nur auf dem Teller, sondern auch im Umgang. Letzteres war hier nicht mehr gegeben. Dieses Restaurant hat uns als Kunden dauerhaft verloren.

Die Fischvorspeise war hervorragend: Capriccio, zwei Garnelen und frittierte Baby-Calamari. Leider konnte mich der Hauptgang, Pasta mit Garnelen für 31,50 €, nicht überzeugen. Für diesen Preis erwartet man deutlich mehr Geschmack. Die Bedienung war zurückhaltend. Wir waren eine Gruppe, die Hälfte der Gäste war bereits gegangen, und als ich von der Toilette zurückkam, war mein Mineralwasser leer.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal da mit Reservierung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen von der Vorspeise bis zum Nachtisch geschmacklich und fürs Auge alles perfekt. Das Ambiente sehr angenehm und die Ausstattung mit liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden das Grappolo D'Oro weiterempfehlen

We ate here for the first time today. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We all ordered different dishes, from lasagna to prawns. Everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back.

The lasagna was far too small and rather stale, and the taste was rather mediocre. In any case, for €19, I would have at least hoped for pizza rolls as a side dish. Very unsatisfactory value for money. Once and never again. Update: After the restaurant's response, I unfortunately feel my impression has been confirmed. Instead of understanding for honest feedback, I get a condescending justification – and unfortunately, this is exactly the tone that can be found in the replies to other critical reviews. To clarify: I didn't receive a greeting from the kitchen – no ciabatta, herb curd, or scampi. I was served only a tiny portion of lasagna, which tasted absolutely disappointing. My reference to "pizza rolls" was meant metaphorically to illustrate the poor value for money – not because I was expecting a pizzeria. It's a shame that they apparently can't handle honest criticism professionally here.

There's no one there. You have to give them a code to get your key. There's no reception. Otherwise, it's not bad. As a stopover hotel.

A short but sensationally good stay with delicious truffles

An Italian restaurant primarily with high standards – which unfortunately are not met. I've been there several times because I was initially attracted by the selected menu and the ambiance. Unfortunately, the preparation and service don't live up to the standards, so the price/performance ratio leaves one disgruntled. The service makes it very clear that the main goal is to make money. I've had three (expensive) courses several times, although once I only wanted lasagna, which was commented on disparagingly. The open champagne is undrinkable and doesn't live up to the standards of other taste buds either. Leftovers in glasses were poured into new glasses at the table. Several times the main courses were undercooked or overcooked, the purée tasted like pimped-up frozen food, and the dishes turned out to be okay, but not in keeping with the price range: boring combinations that even I could have achieved more flavor at home. Conclusion: more show than substance.

From the incredibly friendly and attentive service, excellent wine selection, beautiful ambiance, to the perfectly matched, incredibly delicious dishes – everything was just right here! We haven't eaten this well in a long time! We can't really decide which dish we liked best, but these ravioli filled with eggplant and sage butter were simply divine! The wine pairing was also perfectly matched and made the evening perfect. Accompanied by the friendly service, which was always present but never intrusive, this evening was perfect for us. Italian cuisine at an extremely high level! We'd love to come back ♥️

Disappointing! What does it say: the customer is king? … unfortunately no! After a completely over-salted main course, this was compensated with ONLY an espresso for my husband on the house. I had none of it! The main thing is that business is running. Pretty arrogant!

We've eaten there several times now. We've been completely thrilled each time. The service is exceptionally attentive and unobtrusive. The quality of the food is outstanding. Only select ingredients are used. The wines are also very diverse, with something for all tastes. The ambiance is very tastefully decorated. All in all, one of the best restaurants in the surrounding area. We'll be back.

We have been here many times and have always been very satisfied. There are now two occupancies on Saturdays. "6-8 p.m. and then the next shift comes" doesn't fit the price level. Too bad

If you want to dine excellently in a very familiar atmosphere, the Grappolo d'Oro is the perfect place for you. The food leaves nothing to be desired and the wine list is excellent. The service is very attentive without being annoying. This restaurant deserves 5 stars.

The service is very ambitious and friendly. The food comes after a reasonable time. It's not lauwa rm but as hot as it was cooked. The espresso taste perfect like in Italy.

We have eaten here many times either alone or with friends! You can find one here Upscale Italian cuisine that leaves nothing to be desired, the staff is always very helpful friendly and there was never anything to complain about, but you also have to worry about the prices can afford, and in order to be really full you have to have a pre and Have dessert! Unfortunately, the penultimate and last time it was the fries with the steak a little oversalted so I'll probably order a baked potato with it next time become. Otherwise a really nice restaurant with a great atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here. Portions are very small for a hefty price. Food rather mediocre and potatoes warmed up instead of fresh.

This is the first time that I visited this up market Italian restaurant in its new location. So, you can see. It's been a while! I parked for free out the back of the restaurant. I found my friend who was already established for our lunch together and who had already ordered a 7,90 € bottle of Pellegrino! Wow! I looked at the prices which were all impressive and decided to go for veal liver. My friend had the "Brasato" beef. Both dishes were well presented. and tasted delicious. My didn't succumb to the temptation to order any wine but we did have Espressos at the end of the meal. This place is nicely done out and you can rely on great quality Italian food. But the prices? We paid 80€ including a modest tip.

Our daughter said 11 out of 10 yesterday and she can cook, no buts or ifs. However, she did make one recommendation: "Please don't write a review, otherwise the restaurant will always be fully booked and you won't get a table." And now I did it just to say thank you.

Anyone who likes fine Italian cuisine and appreciates excellent service is in good hands here. The spaghetti aglio et olio was al dente, the mixture of garlic and olive oil was just right so that neither of them tasted bad. The pike perch fillet was perfectly cooked and the espresso afterwards was a poem. Lovely again!

Well it starts with a detour. And this place is worth it. We are used to the Italian restaurant at Schloss Bensberg, but for the second time now in 2 years this place delivers. Great service, with up to date staff that knows their menu, the wines and the timing in which you want your food. The calamari was fresh (where is the sea) and piping hot, just as you like it. Pasta was as you would expect it at the Waldorf Astoria in Rome, but then truffeled to the hills. Steak out of this world. Our sweet dish at the end could have been a little less portion size wise....but hey.....I was just upset that I could not finish my Zabaglione! Compact wine menu but the person in charge knows what they are doing. All in all a fabulous detour for us and worth it.

Our first visit to this house yesterday was a complete success. To say it in advance: We will definitely be back! This restaurant was recommended to us and the first thing we were surprised about was that it was so full on a normal Tuesday and right at the beginning of the year. You will find a very distinguished audience here, and the fine food and drinks are thoroughly enjoyed. We had the 3-course fish menu, which consisted of a cold fish platter as a starter (including salmon, catfish, shrimp tartare), followed by a main course with skrei and catfish in a grainy mustard sauce and finished with a stunning tiramisù. Everything was excellently prepared and presented. The service (lots of staff) gives you extra pleasure because of its perfect processes and extraordinary friendliness. We particularly liked the fact that you can enjoy your aperitif in peace before continuing with your order. The wine list includes a few excellent wines.

The food was really tasty. The mixed starter platter is highly recommended. Pasta, fish and meat were served with delicious side dishes. All in all a very nice evening. Definitely happy to come back. Schmackhaft und gute Qualität. Es wäre klasse, wenn die Vor-Vorspeise/Gruß aus der Küche auch in einer vegetarischen/veganen Variante verfügbar wäre.

Ich bin höchstgradig begeistert! Ich hatte ein gutes Essen erwartet und habe ein mehr als fantastisches Essen bekommen. Wir haben drei Gänge gegessen und alles war auf den Punkt, toll gewürzt, nichts dominierte, sondern alles war harmonisch und perfekt. Der Wein war ebenfalls toll. Ich habe es vorhin auch schon im Restaurant gesagt: Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie bessere Trüffelravioli gegessen. Fazit: Ich komme wieder! 100%! ❤️

In Leverkusen Runde 10km in der Runde der beste Italiener..ein echter Italiener mit sehr gutem Essen. Sie anderen "Italiener" sind oft eine Schande in Sachen gutes Italienisches Essen welches bei schlechter Pasta anfängt und beim Italofeeling aufhört. Nicht jedoch hier,...ich bin angenehm überrascht das es wirklich noch einen Italiener gibt dem es vergönnt ist auch ein Echter Italiener zu sein!....und hier ist Pasta auch Pasta und Das Essen Italienisch,nebst Personal....

Heute zum wiederholten Male hier gegessen . Es war wie immer sehr gut, sehr aufmerksame Bedienung und man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Die Zabaione war heute ein super Abschluss, den wir gemeinsam gelöffelt haben. Da wir zu Fuß hin können, ist das gar keine Frage, dass wir immer wieder kommen.

Immer wieder gerne! Meine Mutter und ich sind regelmäßige Gäste im Grappolo D'Oro. Das Essen ist hervorragend: Ideenreich, immer sehr ansprechend und appetitlich angerichtet und für unseren Geschmack sehr lecker. Daneben ist die herzliche Freundlichkeit ausnahmslos aller Mitarbeiter im Service einschließlich beider Chefs – Senior und Junior - in der heutigen Zeit erwähnenswert. Man fühlt sich in diesem Restaurant rundum wohl. Weiter so!

Großartige Küche. Unter den besten Italienern in und rund um Köln. Ich bin sehr begeistert. Unbedingt die hausgemachten ravioli probieren Sehr gute fischauswahl Gute Portionen und extrem nette und aufmerksame Kellner. Die Terrasse lädt im Sommer für längeres verweilen ein.

A great place for a relaxing dinner with friends. Everything on the menu seems to be quite authentic Italian-style. The antipasto was great, and so were the main dishes: Saltimbocca, Scaloppine alla Milanese, and Filet of Lotte (Seadevil) with gnocchi. The service and the restaurant's atmosphere were both very pleasant. A place to go back to for sure!

Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team . Vorzügliches Essen im tollen Ambiente. Wir gehen hier öfters Essen und wurden bisher niemals enttäuscht. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die angebotenen Menüs zu den Feiertagen. So waren wir auch am Muttertag dort und wählten des Fischmenü. Absolute Spitzenklasse - besser ging es nicht. Ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus . Macht weiter so 👍🏻
