Sehr leckere Pizza, perfekter Boden. Leider hat mein extra bestelltes und extra bezahltes Spiegelei gefehlt^^

Die Pizza Hollandaise war top und einzigartig.Sie war richtig lecker und perfekt zubereitet mit ordentlich Belag und auch der Manhattan Burger hat super geschmeckt, saftig und die karamellisierten Zwiebeln hatten vollen Geschmack. Klare Empfehlung von mir aus ich bestelle gerne wieder bei euch!

Wir waren heute abend dort und wir wurden schon super freundlich begrüßt. Mein Freund hatte Sonderwünsche beim Essen was super umgesetzt wurde und komplett frisch gemacht wurde und NICHT einfach so aufgewärmt wurde. Ich hatte die Lasagne und diese war auch Mega lecker. Die Portionen sind schön groß, so das man satt wurde und wir sogar noch den Rest der Lasagne mitgenommen haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Da können sich einige was von abschneiden sowohl vom Service als auch vom Essen.

Wir waren begeistert. Wir haben für einen Geburtstag Pizza vorbestellt und es hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Telefonischer Kontakt sehr freundlich, Online leichte Handhabung bei der Bestellung, Preislich in Ordnung und der Lieferand war super freundlich. Pizza kam warm und pünktlich an zudem war sie auch echt lecker ! Gerne wieder :)

Die Pizza ist wirklich sehr gut! Ordentlich belegt, krosser Teig und gut verdaulich. Ich hab hier zum ersten Mal bestellt und werde definitiv noch öfter bestellen. Ich habe die Pizza dort abgeholt und wurde herzlich empfangen — alles super und sehr zu empfehlen.

Super leckeres Essen und super netter und zuvorkommender Besitzer, nur noch wenige Plätze vor Ort, aber es lohnt sich trotzdem man kann bei der Zubereitung der Speisen zugucken und hat auf jeden Fall ein unterhaltsames Gespräch dabei und das Essen ist vorzüglich!!

The people who work here are outrageous. I ordered 60 minutes ago, and Lieferando said delivery time was 35-50 minutes. After 60 minutes, I called to ask where my order was. The answer I got was that it would take another hour because Lieferando's delivery times are only approximate. When I asked again and pointed out that the app clearly showed a different time, the response was: "Okay, I'm canceling the order, I can't be bothered...click." Wow, what terrible service—fled off hungry customers after waiting for over an hour because of a sudden change of heart. Never again.

Whenever we order food, we only order from here! The best place in Bergisch Gladbach and the surrounding area. 5-star food, always arrives nice and hot, and the pizza is sliced. I ordered a pepper schnitzel and a Wiener schnitzel to my home via Lieferando, and I'm super happy with them. The schnitzels are juicy and incredibly fresh, whether deep-fried or pan-fried. The fries are hot and crispy, as are the croquettes and pepper sauce—an absolute gem for schnitzel lovers. I'll be trying the pizzas soon, too.

We usually order through Lieferando. We're very satisfied. The pizzas are really good. And even if the delivery time is advertised as 50 minutes, the driver arrives within 20 minutes 99% of the time. 👍

Since the new owner took over, the pizza tastes excellent, whether delivered or eaten in, the staff are very friendly.

The delivery service is a disgrace. I waited for almost 3 hours and then after 2 hours I was asked if I could pick it up. The pasta was like it was warmed up. Furthermore, a pizza was forgotten but I was still charged for it. The other food left a lot to be desired.

Improvisation is a definite strength; even if the place is fully booked, chairs and tables are conjured up from somewhere else. The food is good, but not outstanding or anything special. Very disappointing food. The salad I ordered was a real disappointment: The package was large, but filled almost entirely with iceberg lettuce. The tomatoes, cucumbers, Parmesan cheese, and salmon were present only in minimal quantities. There was also far too little salad dressing, which made the whole thing even more flavorless. The tapas were also unconvincing in terms of taste. They had little to no seasoning, seemed carelessly prepared, and lacked any refinement or balance. It seemed as if they had simply been served without any seasoning. The only bright spot was the pizza dough, which was actually good—crispy and well-crafted. Unfortunately, the toppings on the pizza were equally lackluster: barely seasoned, no herbs. Overall, the food was very bland and uninspired. The value for money is completely out of the question—the price is simply not justified for the quality offered. It lacks freshness, flavor, and a basic standard of good food. I had expected much more and was disappointed in every respect. I will definitely refrain from ordering again.

Ordered food there for the first time today 6 people and two children by pickup. First of all, I thought it was great that they called us to make sure that we had actually ordered for pickup. The meal took a few minutes longer - but we were kept happy during that time with delicious wine. All of our guests at home enjoyed the food and was very fresh. We would be happy to come back.

The homemade antipasti were also to die for! Price-performance ratio is absolutely right here, and the food came super quickly. We visited Bensberg yesterday and only went there because of the great reviews. We were surprised at the location at first, but then we went into the restaurant anyway! We “as strangers” were warmly welcomed by two ladies at a table! The other guests (who apparently all knew each other) also wished us a happy new year and bon appetit! We have never experienced anything like this anywhere else! The waitress Lucas had his first day, but was very personable! The pizza was ready quickly and tasted delicious. The price was very decent! At the end of the evening the two ladies - Ulla and Ilona - sat down at our table and we had a lot of fun! So if you go to the Pino and see the regular guests Ulla and Ilona: say hello to them from us! You'll eat well and have lots of fun! If we're in Bensberg again, we'll go to Pino again!

Since the new owner came into the store the service has been so terrible. I recently waited 3 hours for a pizza even though I live 2 minutes away by car and when I called the owner yelled at me. I don't know the pizzeria that much, I always liked ordering there when the old owner was still there. They also changed suppliers, the old one was much friendlier.
