The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting—ideal for an evening for two or with friends. We especially recommend the homemade pasta and stone-baked pizza. We felt completely at home and would gladly return!

Very disappointing food. The salad I ordered was a real disappointment: The package was large, but filled almost entirely with iceberg lettuce. The tomatoes, cucumbers, Parmesan cheese, and salmon were present only in minimal quantities. There was also far too little salad dressing, which made the whole thing even more flavorless. The tapas were also unconvincing in terms of taste. They had little to no seasoning, seemed carelessly prepared, and lacked any refinement or balance. It seemed as if they had simply been served without any seasoning. The only bright spot was the pizza dough, which was actually good—crispy and well-crafted. Unfortunately, the toppings on the pizza were equally lackluster: barely seasoned, no herbs. Overall, the food was very bland and uninspired. The value for money is completely out of the question—the price is simply not justified for the quality offered. It lacks freshness, flavor, and a basic standard of good food. I had expected much more and was disappointed in every respect. I will definitely refrain from ordering again.

Too bad ordered online and confirmed the order by telephone. After 30 minutes a call came saying the order could only be delivered for an increased delivery fee (total €5). Absolute disappointment.

We went here for dinner twice in a row because it was surprisingly good the first time and then great on the second visit too! Pasta dishes were very tasty and original and the pizza was exceptionally good. Plus a friendly host who you can talk to and good prices. Absolutely recommended!

The atmosphere is more like a snack bar. Not recommended if you want to enjoy Italian cuisine. You won't find dishes like carpaccio or vitello tonnato on the menu. The boss is very quickly taken aback when you say that you were looking forward to Italian cuisine, as it says on Google. He disgusted us with the words "I don't like cooking for you." This is not the way to treat a customer who is understandably disappointed.

Ordered food there for the first time today 6 people and two children by pickup. First of all, I thought it was great that they called us to make sure that we had actually ordered for pickup. The meal took a few minutes longer - but we were kept happy during that time with delicious wine. All of our guests at home enjoyed the food and was very fresh. We would be happy to come back.

We didn't regret the decision to drive off the highway to eat at Pino's. The pizza and pasta dish tasted TOP! The restaurant deserves more guests.

I absolutely loved this pizzeria! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the staff incredibly friendly and attentive. The selection of pizzas is great - from classic versions to creative specialties. I tried the Margherita and you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients: a wonderfully crispy base, fruity tomato sauce and perfectly melted mozzarella. The homemade antipasti were also to die for! Price-performance ratio is absolutely right here, and the food came super quickly. If you want to enjoy an authentic Italian pizza, you should definitely stop by here. Clear recommendation!

We visited Bensberg yesterday and only went there because of the great reviews. We were surprised at the location at first, but then we went into the restaurant anyway! We “as strangers” were warmly welcomed by two ladies at a table! The other guests (who apparently all knew each other) also wished us a happy new year and bon appetit! We have never experienced anything like this anywhere else! The waitress Lucas had his first day, but was very personable! The pizza was ready quickly and tasted delicious. The price was very decent! At the end of the evening the two ladies - Ulla and Ilona - sat down at our table and we had a lot of fun! So if you go to the Pino and see the regular guests Ulla and Ilona: say hello to them from us! You'll eat well and have lots of fun! If we're in Bensberg again, we'll go to Pino again!

We order from Pino more often and have become big fans. The dishes are varied and not always the same run-of-the-mill stuff that everyone offers. The food is always hot, tasty and well seasoned. Delivery is always quick and the drivers are really nice.

Since the new owner came into the store the service has been so terrible. I recently waited 3 hours for a pizza even though I live 2 minutes away by car and when I called the owner yelled at me. I don't know the pizzeria that much, I always liked ordering there when the old owner was still there. They also changed suppliers, the old one was much friendlier.

Sometimes it's fresh tomatoes or other seasonal ingredients that make the meal even better. This little attention to detail shows how much effort and passion goes into each dish. We can highly recommend this restaurant - whether for a local visit or an order for delivery. A real pleasure experience, which is rounded off by the exceptional service from Pino and his team.

Das Lokal ist etwas versteckt in „klein Manhattan“ vor Ort wird man freundlich begrüßt. Eine lockere und familiäre Atmosphäre. Sehr freundlicher Service und das Essen vor Ort war ebenfalls top! Preis Leistung passt hier einfach! Sowohl zum bestellen, als auch vor Ort zu essen kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Können wir sehr empfehlen. Sehr aufmerksamer Service, gemütliche und saubere Atmosphäre, aber vorallem leckeres Essen. Hatten Pfefferschnitzel mit Pommes und Salat. Die Pommes hätten zwar etwas mehr sein können aber trotzalledem waren sie richtig lecker. Außerdem Fingerfood wie Mozzarella Sticks und Chicken Nuggets. Bald wird es dort auch Pizza geben, die werden wir uns selbstverständlich nicht entgehen lassen 😊
