Das Essen war sehr gut aber leider etwas teuer. Freundliche Bedienung und gutes Ambiente.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Große Auswahl. Sitzmöglichkeit im Freien. Freundliche Bedienung. Keine Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ein schönes Lokal mitten in der Bergisch Gladbacher Fußgängerzone mit überdachter Außenterrasse. Ich hatte nur eine Kleinigkeit zu essen, was sehr lecker war. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Bisschen Tischdecke könnte der Außenbereich vertragen.

Immer wieder gern. :) Jedes Mal hat man die Qual der Wahl bei den Speisen, ich finde alles köstlich.

Man kann hier sehr gut essen und gerade beim Mittagstisch ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut.

Wir haben hier am Freitag einen schönen Mädelsabend verbracht 😊 der Aperol war wirklich hervorragend, genauso spritzig, wie er sein sollte! Das Ciabatta mit dem Öl vorab war super fluffig und frisch. Zur Hauptspeise habe ich Tagliatelle gegessen, welche normalerweise auf der Karte mit Putenstreifen in einer Tomaten Pilz Sahnesauce serviert werden. Da ich aber kein Fleisch esse, habe ich diese Pasta mit Lachs bestellt, was problemlos geklappt hat. Die Pasta war sehr gut abgeschmeckt und hatte eine gute Portion! Meine Freundin hat das Carpaccio gegessen und war auch total begeistert. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Preise sind schon gehoben, aber für die Lage in der Innenstadt auch zu rechtfertigen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Pizza Margherita und einen großen Salat Mista dort gegessen. Der Salat war gut, die Pizza Margherita für zwölf Euro für einen gehobenen Italiener mangelhaft, sehr dünner fettiger Teig extrem viel Käse, für einen gehobenen Italiener in jedem Fall zu wenig. Personal und Ambiente gut. Die Speisen auf anderen Tellern wie Spargel und Pasta sahen sehr gut aus. Fazit: Pizza nein, alles andere tendenziell, ja

Immer ein Besuch wert! Köstliche wechselnde saisonale Karte. Sowohl als Paar, als auch als Großfamilie fühlt man sich hier willkommen und herzlich bedient. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Speisen und Getränke. Unbezahlbares Ambiente.

Wir waren am altes Pastorat und haben wir Vorspeise tris und Hauptgericht Tagliatelle Lachs mit Spargel gegessen das war sehr lecker wir waren sehr zufrieden und die Kelner waren sehr freundlich der Wein War auch sehr lecker .

Ich war im Alten Pastorat in Bergisch Gladbach essen und war wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön – das historische Gebäude versprüht viel Charme und sorgt für eine gemütliche, besondere Atmosphäre. Ich habe einen Salat mit Rinderstreifen bestellt. Das Fleisch war zart, saftig und perfekt gebraten. Der Salat war frisch, knackig und liebevoll angerichtet. Ich habe ein Foto hinzugefügt Besonders gut hat mir das ausgewogene Dressing gefallen, das alles harmonisch abgerundet hat. Auch der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder!

Die Aussenterrasse bei schönem Wetter die beste in der Innenstadt. Der Service ist schnell und zuvorkommend. Wer allerdings einen authentischen Italiener erwartet wird herb enttäuscht. Die Speisen sind auf billigstem Niveau zubereitet. Beispiele: Der zu den Nudeln gereichte Parmesan verdient den Namen nicht. Das ist billigste Industrieware. Die Nudeln mit Putenbrust und Tomatensoße waren geschmacklich fade. Die tri Antipasti sind qualitativ und handwerklich schlecht. Dafür aber mit 17,90€ ordentlich teuer. Beim Vitello war die Tunfischsauce ganz fade und wie man an der Farbe bereits sieht auch fast ohne Thunfisch. Der Caprese-Anteil bestand aus EINER Scheibe billigstem Mozzarella, EINER Scheibe Tomate und EINEM Basilikumblatt. Das Carpaccio hatte eine gute Qualität, wurde dafür jedoch mit gehobeltem Käseersatz garniert. Alles in Allem geht es hier einfach nur um sehen und gesehen werden. Also besser nur Wein trinken.

Es war Mittwochnachmittag. Wir entschlossen uns spontan, ins *altes pastorat* einzukehren. Als wir von der Terrasse hereinkamen, waren bereits über die Hälfte der Tische in der Gaststätte belegt. Wir wurden durch die Kellnerin zunächst angewiesen, auf den rechts beim Hereinkommen von der Terrasse gelegenen Hochstühlen Platz zu nehmen. Da meine schwerbehinderte Begleitung auch gehbehindert war, mussten wir—dies der Kellnerin mitteilend—ablehnen; wir konnten dort nicht Platz nehmen. Unwillig wurde uns deshalb der (schlechte) kleine Zweiertisch im Eingangs- und Durchgangsbereich zugeteilt, an dem wir Platz nahmen. Den wiederholten Versuchen der Kellnerin, widerstehend, doch Essen zu bestellen, verbrachten wir einen vergnüglichen Aufenthalt bis zum frühen Abend. Gegen 17 Uhr kam die geschäftsmäßige Kellnerin, diesmal unaufgefordert, zu uns und meinte scharf, sie hätte sich geirrt und sie bräuchten den Tisch, wir könnten uns ja an einen anderen setzen. Wir waren irritiert und ratlos und fragten, was sie denn meine. Ihr war das offenbar gleichgültig, was aus uns wurde, da wir eh unliebsame Gäste waren, da wir nur etwas tranken und kein großes Essen bestellt hatten. Wir konfrontierten sie mit unserer Irritation. Gleichgültig verwies sie uns erneut auf die bereits abgelehnten Hochstühle, die wir wieder wegen der Gehbehinderung meiner Begleitung ablehnen mussten. Ungehalten bezeichnete uns die Kellnerin dann einen besser gelegenen Vierertisch direkt gegenüber dem Eingang, auf dem ein großes »Reserviert«-Schild prangte, im Gegensatz zu dem Zweiertisch, von dem wir vertrieben, werden sollten. Wir setzten uns bereitwillig daran—ich half meiner Begleitung dabei—da wir uns freuten, besser zu sitzen, was wir auch verbalisierten. Daraufhin eskalierte die Situation. Die Kellnerin erklärte knapp, dass der Tisch nur bis 18 Uhr frei wäre. Ich wurde nun ebenfalls etwas ungehalten und erklärte, dass das ihr Problem sei. Sie hätte uns von dem Zweiertisch vertrieben und solle nun für eine geeignete alternative Sitzgelegenheit sorgen! Das sah sie anders. Wir saßen weiter an dem Vierertisch. Kurze Zeit später, als sich die Situation bei mir emotional gesetzt hatte, wurde mir klar, dass ich einer solch *ungastlichen* Atmosphäre nicht länger verweilen mochte. Das verbalisierte ich auch der Kellnerin gegenüber und verlangte die Rechnung, die später kam und centgenau beglichen wurde. Ihr Vorgesetzter redete wasserfallartig auf uns ein, um uns so schwindelig zu machen, dass wir die Angelegenheit auf sich beruhen ließen. Er schien froh zu sein, wenig profitable Gäste herausgeekelt zu haben und so Platz für besser zahlendes Publikum geschaffen zu haben; wir sollten halt nur stillhalten. Bislang gefiel mir das *altes pastorat* mit seinem etwas gehobeneren Ambiente, als im Rest der Innenstadt zu finden, gut und ich fühlte mich dort wohl. Nun mag ich es nicht mehr ganz so gerne und überlege mir sehr wohl, ob ich dort noch einmal einkehren werde. Und werde das schon gar nicht erneut in Begleitung von Menschen mit Behinderung tun können.

It was Wednesday afternoon. We spontaneously decided to go to the *altes pastorat*. When we came in from the terrace, more than half the tables in the restaurant were already occupied. The waitress initially directed us to sit on the high chairs to the right as we entered from the terrace. Since my severely disabled companion also had mobility issues, we had to decline—informing the waitress of this—as we couldn't sit there. Reluctantly, we were then assigned the (uncomfortable) small table for two in the entrance and passageway area, where we sat. Resisting the waitress's repeated attempts to order food, we enjoyed a pleasant stay until early evening. Around 5 p.m., the businesslike waitress, this time unprompted, approached us and sharply stated that she had made a mistake and they needed the table; we could sit at another one. We were irritated and perplexed and asked what she meant. She seemed indifferent to what happened to us, as we were unwelcome guests anyway, having only ordered drinks and not a full meal. We confronted her about our frustration. Indifferently, she again pointed us to the high chairs we had already refused, which we again had to decline due to my companion's mobility issues. The waitress then angrily directed us to a better-located table for four directly opposite the entrance, which clearly displayed a large "Reserved" sign, unlike the table for two from which we were being asked to leave. We readily sat down there—I helped my companion—as we were pleased to have better seating, which we also expressed verbally. The situation then escalated. The waitress curtly explained that the table was only available until 6 p.m. I, too, became somewhat annoyed and declared that this was her problem. She had asked us to leave the table for two and should now find us suitable alternative seating! She disagreed. We remained at the table for four. A short time later, once the emotional impact of the situation had subsided, I realized I didn't want to linger any longer in such an inhospitable atmosphere. I told the waitress this and asked for the bill, which arrived later and was paid down to the last cent. Her supervisor talked at us incessantly, trying to overwhelm us so we let the matter drop. He seemed pleased to have driven away less profitable customers and thus made room for better-paying clientele; we were simply expected to keep quiet. Up until now, I had enjoyed the *old pastorate* with its somewhat more upscale ambiance compared to the rest of the city center, and I felt comfortable there. Now I don't like it quite so much and am seriously considering whether I will ever go there again. And I certainly won't be able to do so again with people with disabilities.

Dass wir öfter hier sind, spricht für sich: Vielseitiges leckeres Essen in reichhaltigen Portionen serviert durch die stets freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Immer wieder ein Ort für ein Essen zu zweit aber auch in Gruppen!

Der Empfang war außergewöhnlich; die Bedienung war überaus professionell und außerordentlich freundlich. Der Service war tadellos, und der Küchenchef verdient einen Michelin-Stern. Wir haben einen wundervollen Abend verbracht. Vielen Dank an das Alte Pastorat. Norman

NEVER AGAIN!! There was heavy smoking on the enclosed terrace, making the food inedible. One guest smoked a cigar for 30 minutes straight. The staff reacted disrespectfully and incomprehensibly to our complaint. We are very disappointed and will not be returning. Welcome to the service desert that is Germany.

A really good Italian restaurant with a fantastic daily specials menu and excellent pizza. The value for money is very good. The service is extremely friendly, and every request is fulfilled.

Bergisch Gladbach. Cozy inside, with a great view of the hustle and bustle of the pedestrian zone outside. We had bruschetta and a pizza, both good, and a good house wine. Reasonably priced, we'd go back.

I had the worst pizza there in a long time. Since I make my own pizza dough and bake pizza in the pizza oven, I can probably tell what a good pizza is. For me, the dough was a ready-made product, and so was the topping. Too salty, greasy, unappealing in appearance and taste, and for almost €15. Kudos to the friendly, attentive service, who can't be blamed for this. I certainly won't be coming back here again.

All the pizzas were the same shape, reminiscent of pre-made pizzas. A lot of oil was used on the pizza. Otherwise, it was really good. The toppings were good. The bread was very tasty. The spaghetti frutti di mare had a lot of oil. The pasta was generally delicious. The seafood was fresh and tasty.

We tried the fresh pasta Napoli and spaghetti Bolognese. Very tasty with fresh parmesan and bread as a starter. You can sit outside in the open winter garden and you will also find a great atmosphere inside.

Today, March 15, 2025, was probably not a good day for this house. Order: waffles complete. We were allowed to choose one of the free tables. We sat down and waited for the service staff to take our order. After what felt like an eternity, we loudly announced that we wanted to order something. There were a lot of free tables at that time! The waffles were not fully baked - there was still a mess on the inside, the waffles were in the sauce that was spread on the plate. All of this was obviously prepared by a non-professional assistant. The Price: Find out the prices before visiting. Charging almost double the usual price of other reputable cafes; It borders on impertinent - with this "service" and the quality. Here the staff and NOT the customer is king! It's a shame about the once so good old pastorate! Food and service are very good! Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done on site to improve the ambience; The charm of a waiting room cannot be hidden. But we'd love to come back. (;-))

We always enjoyed eating there, the food is very tasty and fresh. The selection is sufficient and what I think is particularly good is that you can choose the type of pasta. The waiters/waitresses are very friendly and attentive... However, the boss should improve his tone a bit. The sister-in-law had reserved a table for 6 people for the evening. Since 4 of us had been in town for a while that day to buy Christmas presents, we spontaneously had a snack on the way and initially declined to order food. But everyone ordered Longdrings or an aperitif and water. Then the boss came pretty quickly and explained to us that it didn't work that way. You can't make a reservation and then not eat. This would only make him a loss. We realized our mistake, finished drinking and ordered the bill. That wasn't right either. I told him we were leaving now so he could reassign the table. Then he became so loud towards me in front of all the other guests that everyone heard everything. I then broke off the conversation because something like that in front of other guests is a no-go. He could have spoken to us at the exit but not in the middle of the restaurant. This is just a note to those whose daily routine changes them so much that they don't want to eat. Then it's better to cancel the table so that you don't end up on the presentation plate.

We had a very good dinner. Tagliatelle with salmon and spinach, and tagliatelle with shrimp and pepper sauce. Everything very good. And the staff very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

When my wife and I are in Bergisch Gladbach we often eat here. The service is first class and so is the food. The price/performance ratio is still right here and we feel very comfortable here. Keep it up 👍

Let's start with the worst: the terrace is okay, with a view of the pedestrian zone. I find it more comfortable inside, but not in warm weather. Today I experienced the most unobtrusive, very attentive, friendly service there in a long time. For a long time it refers to my gastronomic experiences outside of the Old Pastorate. I go out quite a bit, including eating out for work. Very, very pleasant! Even better: the compliment goes to the entire staff on the terrace! It wasn't just one great waiter, but a great team! We were served by 3 or 4 people in turns. Food was excellent. If it wasn't naughty, I would have licked the plate. We would love to come back, unfortunately far too rarely.

Super tasty risotto with green asparagus and scampies for a relatively low price

Good food, which was served fairly quickly. I ordered a risotto with green asparagus and scampi. The rice was done, but not real risotto rice and could have been a little thicker. The scampis were tasty and sufficiently sized. The small, mixed side salad with yogurt sauce was very fresh, but the sauce was not very spicy. We sat on the terrace covered with an awning, but unfortunately it was very loud. The toilets are fine. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

You have to be careful! This thing on the table costs €10 if your kids accidentally destroy it and you don't get a receipt saying you paid for it! Also, a waiter informed about it in a very rude way 👎 So we decided not to order food there, and only drank coffee which we have already ordered. By the way, they make quite ordinary coffee and do not provide water in addition to espresso !!! Is not recommended
