The meal was truly a dream. The wait was perfectly acceptable, and the restaurant's relatively small size adds to its charm. Overall, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service was excellent. Friendly and attentive. It's a down-to-earth restaurant, and there are also dishes available for those on a tighter budget. The wine here is also very good, and the bruschetta, in particular, is truly delicious. The bruschetta is perfect as a starter ❤️

Food overpriced, 3 pork fillet in pepper sauce is exaggerated. €26.50, potatoes and salad? But it was very tasty, but we won't be visiting again. We wish the owners that the restaurant will always be full.

The food was okay. The staff was friendly. I didn't like the ambience, but it was clean. It's more reminiscent of an inn than an Italian restaurant. I ordered food to be picked up, had to wait standing up and wasn't offered a drink while I waited. That's a bit of a shame. Of course I would have paid for the drink too.

You can't say anything about the ambience or the food as such. L'osteria - no matter where - is a solid basic concept. You know what you are getting and the price/performance ratio is generally right here. Unfortunately, my visit today wasn't that great, for which I don't blame the service staff, but rather the management training. As a manager, I come from the system catering industry where I cater for around 1000 people per day. Guest management doesn't fit here. Keyword: My girlfriend's food came when I was already finished and that's a huge rat tail of core problems I've observed. It's placed way too quickly. Tables are set up and are immediately reassigned, the station waiters have no time for proper reception because they are only busy cleaning the tables. Runners can't keep up with drinks and food because they have to deal with the concerns of annoyed guests that the waiters have to deal with due to the brutal crowding can't cope and the kitchen manages to cope with the flood of orders not communicating properly. Pizza and pasta are sent separately and no attention is paid to the same tables. Very unfortunate. It all starts with placement. If the colleague at the reception brings out a table of drinks, a table of food, and then even supports the service and clears/wipes down 1-2 tables at the same time with each placement, then the guests wait 60 seconds longer at the reception per occupancy, but everyone has a great result here. Rush hour is extended by 30-45 minutes, but the bar is relieved, the kitchen is relieved and, above all, service and runners are relieved. Sales stay the same or even get better because the service can focus on the guests again. additional sales etc. Well, whatever: I don't want to lecture anyone here, but today it was very clear; Quantity instead of class. I think the BL in charge is reading this. I can tell you from my own experience: Anyone who wants to eat with you will eat with you - even if they have to wait three minutes instead of one. Best regards, I hope this was a unique experience
