Yesterday (November 4th), the two of us dined there and received exceptionally good service. Jessica is truly the best waitress we've ever encountered. We were so impressed; she's a fantastic and very friendly employee!

The service deserves 100 stars!!! Such a lovely, friendly, and humorous way of interacting with guests! The food was plentiful, though the taste could be improved. But everything was fresh! From babies and dogs to adults, we all felt completely comfortable and welcome!

Great, as expected. It's actually a bit more hectic than in Hanover, as the turnover is significantly higher here. But the quality doesn't suffer at all. I'm only deducting one point because of the hectic hustle and bustle of the guests, even though the venue can't be held responsible for that. I would definitely go again, so I highly recommend it.

It's always very crowded, but you can usually get a seat after a short wait. What we don't like is the noise level. It's more like a fast-food place. Eat, drink, and leave.

Today, we spontaneously decided to eat out as a family of four with a baby. Our request for a larger table was denied. Our three pizzas didn't fit on the table, so one pizza was half-hanging in our laps. After repeatedly asking for someone to speak to and the restaurant manager, a woman was very unfriendly and tried to tell us that this was the restaurant's policy. After asking again for someone in charge, the manager finally came. He initially tried to explain the situation to us and also believed it was normal for the food not to be completely on the table. This is problematic when a regular pizza overlaps with a vegan pizza, thus posing an allergy risk. After some discussion, we were kindly offered a complimentary dessert. This was very nice, but still not satisfactory. In the future, we will look for a solution that allows us to enjoy a relaxed meal with a knife and fork and with enough space. However, the waiter assigned to us was very friendly and did his best.

Compared to other restaurants in the chain, the service and friendliness of the staff left much to be desired. Drinks arrived only after the meal. The cutlery was dirty. Pepper, salt, vinegar, and oil were only provided after repeated requests. It's a shame, as the restaurant is in a good location.

The service was absolutely terrible. We ordered three pizzas and were given a table for two. The woman who served us was incredibly unfriendly at first and immediately shut us down after we asked a question. She was simply rude. The space was extremely cramped, making us feel uncomfortable and ultimately putting us off eating in such an atmosphere. Finally, the manager came over and tried to accommodate our requests. We were offered a complimentary dessert and coffee. A compromise is always possible. The owner, however, is very nice. I have to admit that.

We were in the bar and found the staff member at the counter (Mr. Raschid) to be doing a great job. He served us and my wife and I were very satisfied with him. It was like acting; he did his job super fast and well.

The pizza was great, but the Caesar salad was too dry, as were the bread in the salad and the bread basket. The house red wine was good.

Many other "chains" could learn a thing or two from L'Osteria... we're regulars because we always feel welcome with our children. Keep it up! Thank you ❤️

It was completely full, but the service was still fast and friendly. The food was delicious...they just have the same selection as all the restaurants in the chain. The value for money is really good...the portions are really large.

I've been to several osterias, and they're all excellently run. The staff is great, the food is excellent, and the prices are fair.

We're L'Osteria fans and were absolutely thrilled this time again! 🥰 The atmosphere was fantastic and the food, as always, was excellent. We'd especially like to thank Melina – she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and just absolutely lovely! ❤️ Mehro also served us brilliantly. We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, I can't give any feedback on the food because we left the restaurant early today. Five of us (with two small children aged 2 and 4) were planning to have dinner today and were really looking forward to it. When we arrived, a dark-blond, very overwhelmed waiter greeted us and showed us to our table. There were several tables free on one side with benches, and we would have been perfectly comfortable sitting there with two small children. When we asked him if we could sit there, he declined our request, saying that a long table was already reserved and that he wasn't allowed to put two tables with opposite benches a little further forward together! We shouldn't be so fussy; another table without a bench would be just as nice!!! This kind of communication with guests was absolutely strange. However, when another family sat down there two minutes later, it suddenly seemed okay to push the tables together. When we confronted him about it and expressed our feelings of unfair treatment, he didn't even apologize for his behavior, simply saying they had done it without his knowledge, even though he was standing right next to them. The table was at our level, so we could follow what was happening. After this unequal and unfair treatment, we left the restaurant before we could order. We definitely won't be back.

Overall, we actually like Losteria. And we're frequent customers. But when the staff sits you at the entrance door, it's draughty in the fall when the entrance door is open! The self-cleaning waiter thought he didn't have to close the door and was disrespectful. Unfortunately. Hence today's poor review.

Great team with a brilliant boss

The drinks were waiting at the counter for pickup for a long time, but unfortunately, no server felt responsible for bringing them to us. This was clearly visible from our table. The pizzas were incredibly delicious and huge. The lasagna took a while to arrive. When we asked, we were told it was still in the oven. When it was finally delivered, it was burnt, and the tomato looked like it had been lying on the floor. That was disappointing.

Very loud, lots of tables, very little space. When we asked to move from a smaller table to a larger one with four people because we had ordered three pizzas and they didn't fit on the table, we were told they'd been doing it this way for 20 years. Several tables nearby were now free and remained free until we left. What a shame.

Great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and especially Hassan's warm, friendly service made our evening even more enjoyable. We're always happy to come back!

Visually great, but unfortunately a bit noisy, well, it was a packed place in the evening. That's probably why the drinks took a little longer. Unfortunately, only 3 out of 5 stars because I'm comparing it to other Losterias. So, I deduct points for the food and service. They did give the explanation that two waiters were sick, but as a guest, I wasn't really bothered by that after waiting 20 minutes just to place an order. The service was still quite friendly, but we had to wait another 20 minutes for our drinks. The food was also rather tasteless compared to other Losterias, and I wasn't satisfied.

The pizza was very good. Even though it was very busy, the servers were very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our food.

We were there on a Sunday when shops were open. The two of us were there! We were very politely offered a seat, but that was it. The waiters were completely overwhelmed. Dirty dishes everywhere, dirty tables, and many items were sold out, meaning you had to spontaneously choose from the menu. It took too long for the waiter to serve us, so he just walked away. So we left, too. (There were quite a few people who just got up again because the service just to order took 30 minutes.) We wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was truly disappointed. The food was tasteless; the tortellini were swimming in sauce. The chicken in my salad was simply dry. Everything seemed carelessly prepared and was, unfortunately, far from what I expected or what I experienced a few years ago. The presentation also left a lot to be desired. I certainly won't be going back.

The pizzas are delicious and huge. The dough isn't fluffy, but rather firm, due to its size. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere has a bit of a cafeteria feel. But it's okay for a quick bite to eat.

It seems to be part of L'Osteria's philosophy that every restaurant has poor acoustics, making it difficult to have a conversation. On top of that, we arrived there at 10 p.m., really hungry, and there was nothing going on. Different servers passed by our table several times. Despite asking, they didn't feel compelled to bring us a menu or take our order later. The pizza itself was good, though, as is the case in every restaurant in this chain.

Today I was with my family and my little baby. I ordered a marinara pizza. I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, after I got my food, there were bits of seafood intestines. It wasn't nice to have that on your food at all, especially when you're pregnant. The waiter took it away and brought me new food. My appetite was already gone. It's a shame. We really should pay more attention to things like that.

Our worst visit to a L'osteria in Germany so far. - Called twice to reserve a table for 4 people, answered: "Just come by." - Table not set. - Cutlery and napkins were placed in the middle of the table. No plate mats as usual. - No oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, or pepper on the table. - When asked for a spicy sauce/condiment, the answer was: "It's already on." The waiter/chef then went into the open kitchen and poured a generous amount from a dispenser. It wasn't spicy. - Seafood pizza was completely wet, probably because the seafood was still frozen. - The kids' leftover 1/2 pizza was to go. They asked for a pizza box. We got..., see picture. - 200 EUR bill is not accepted as payment... - I haven't given any tips in a long time; you have to earn them. Conclusion: First and last visit to L'osteria Wolfsburg. I'd be happy to stop by for training in Wetzlar, Limburg, or Rosbach. The owner knows how to train...

The food was delicious, although the pizza could have been left outside for a few minutes longer. The service was nice, but we waited a long time to be served. Other guests who arrived later were served before us. Nevertheless, everyone was very friendly.

We had to wait 30 minutes for our order to be taken, while people who arrived 10 minutes after us were already eating. We had to wait another 20 minutes for our food and drinks.

We went to L'Osteria in Wolfsburg and, despite the hustle and bustle, had super friendly and attentive service – really great! 🙌 The pizzas were huge and delicious, as always: BBQ chicken with tuna (a cool combo!), a salami, and a prosciutto e funghi. Everything was fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. 🍕🔥 A definite recommendation, we'll be back!

The service at L'Osteria was truly outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very nice. ​The food was also excellent: plentiful, tasty, and varied. ​The ambiance is fine, but when the restaurant is full, it feels more like a large cafeteria. A major problem is the tables, which are far too small. For four people each ordering a pizza, it gets extremely cramped. There's barely any room for drinks. It might work for two people, but unfortunately, it's not comfortable for four. ​Apart from the tables, everything was great!

Great food, nice atmosphere, huge pizzas, friendly staff. The noise level is often quite loud. 😅 But L'Osteria is highly recommended! We love going there, even without visiting the DOW.

We ate here today on our last day of vacation and have to say that everything was perfect. Eating with a dog was no problem, and we were given a fairly quiet spot. There was hardly any waiting time. We had our food within 15 minutes of ordering. 3 spaghetti and 1 lasagna. The service and ambiance were really great. We'd love to come back again if we get the chance.

When we were sitting at the table after 5 minutes, an employee came and asked us to move to another table. I expressed my criticism, "You are poorly organized." The employee then followed us to a new table and said, "If you don't like it, you can leave," and asked why I hadn't looked at you when I criticized you. The pizza dough was a little burnt, and the egg on top was a little undercooked—I could accept that. But the waitress didn't bring us the usual cheese, salt, or olive oil. I was understanding and got it myself from the serving table, as she was apparently very busy. But when we went to pay, I saw that the very same things—olive oil, salt, etc., which I had taken for myself—were being carefully served by her to other tables. It was truly the worst experience ever. If you can't prepare good food, at least you should be kind!

The bruschetta, the lasagna, and my sister's half pizza were perfectly fine. Unfortunately, my half pizza wasn't satisfactory, as my pizza (Caprese) only had three slices of mozzarella on it. If it had been a full pizza, it would have been six slices of mozzarella, which would have been very little for me. She did add a few more since I took the rest with me, which I thought was nice, but it didn't really help me much. The menu didn't even say how many slices of mozzarella were on the pizza.

37 degrees Celsius and no air conditioning inside. Incomprehensible to guests and outrageous to the staff. At this location, this should be a given. The employee giggled and said it was probably broken. They could have advertised this on the website. How can you offer something like this? On top of that, there was a 40-minute wait for drinks and a 55-minute wait for the food. The mini portion of salad cost 16 euros. Not again!

We weren't really that impressed. The service was okay, but the food came well before the drinks. The spaghetti aglio o olio was okay. So was the small salad. The vegan chicken strips could have been crispier. The pizza with tomato sauce for our child wasn't good at all. The crust was far too thick and tasted soggy. The spaghetti ice cream for dessert was way too small for the price... The restaurant's interior is nice, and the restrooms are clean.

For our starter, we shared a carpaccio. It was served with bread with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper (see photo). The carpaccio with Parmesan, arugula, and lemon was very good and delicious! For our main course, we each had a chicken salad, also called a Caesar salad (a different name on the menu). Unfortunately, the chicken was very dry. The salad was poorly prepared, topped with "croutons" made from day-old bread. The service was unfortunately not good. We received little attention and had to constantly call the waiters over to our table to order something.

Unfortunately, the food, which we had to wait a long time for, was quite cold and overall very disappointing. The service was abysmal; the lady was visibly annoyed and truly inattentive (and that was just clearing the table after the meal). The staff were clearly having more fun with each other than with the guests. That's not what I'm used to.

The worst restaurant of my life. The service is very slow and bad! I ordered spaghetti that was full of oil and completely tasteless. I paid extra to add chicken pieces, but the chicken was dry and burnt. The pizza had a very hard crust; I paid 50. The pizza consisted of hard crust, very little chicken, lots of cheese, and lettuce. It was the worst experience of my life—save your money and don't go to this restaurant!

Good food and ambience, service absolutely abysmal. Waiters do all sorts of things but don't take orders or collect the money. Waited at least 20-30 minutes to order, kept an eye out like vultures, waving and calling. Same thing again when collecting the money. Somehow they are totally focused on the tables and can see exactly where the food has been eaten and are clearing away, but they don't look at people's faces, so they have no perception of glances or waves. Then a waiter sees me wave, who in turn signals to someone else, who then does all sorts of things but doesn't come. I then went to the front because waiting obviously didn't make any sense. Financially speaking, this is absolute madness. How many repeat orders are probably wasted because people are simply not noticed, waste time and eventually just pay in frustration and leave.

The food is good, but apparently, the cleaning isn't done properly. The layer of dust on the lamps, shelves, etc. is incredibly thick, so you have to be careful to prevent any dust from getting into your food. The walls have grease and food stains. This is unacceptable for L'Osteria.

We always enjoy coming back, combined with a shopping trip. Yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting the manager, a very pleasant man. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to thank him for the espresso and cappuccino; he was nowhere to be seen. Best wishes from the people of Celle, keep up the good work 👍🏻

We stopped by for a drink after the Zaz concert. Despite the imminent closing time, we were treated with great care. Kudos to Julia! We really enjoyed the evening at your venue!

Our meal was delicious and served really quickly, even though it was very busy. For me, that's the deciding factor. Why is there a candle on a table if it's not lit? I've noticed this so many times at L'Osteria. Despite paper towels, I would appreciate it if the table was also wiped down, because my husband had a pasta dish and no towels. There were still rings from the previous customer's glass. Very loud as always, but unfortunately, that's always the case. Nevertheless, I would absolutely recommend it. The quality of the food was excellent!

The pizza was large, and the garlic bread was especially delicious. The pizza base could be thicker. But the price was great. Cheap compared to Rostock. The service was super friendly.

There were four of us: a grandmother's daughter and granddaughter. Everyone enjoyed the food. I personally found the pasta portion quite small, but I guess that's a matter of opinion. Otherwise, everything was good. The service was very friendly and attentive, and they gave good advice.

Was there for the first time last week and I found it terrible, pizza leftovers on the floor, dirt in every corner, even cobwebs under the partition walls, the pizza wasn't particularly easy either, ordinary average, the staff were completely overwhelmed, I felt it was also very loud there and as a special ending we got a bottle of pizza, definitely the first and last time I was there

We went there for dinner today. It was delicious again. It's good to remember, as this restaurant chain is everywhere. It certainly won't be our last visit to this pizzeria.
