La Rotonda in Wolfsburg

The food was very tasty. For starters I had bruschetta, followed by a Parma pizza with arugula and burrata. Although the bruschetta portion wasn't particularly large, the taste was impressive. The pizza was a delight both in terms of taste and appearance. I particularly liked the thin crust of the pizza, which was perfectly cooked. The service was also excellent. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. I found it very pleasant that they offered to wait before cleaning the coffee machine if I wanted an espresso later. Overall it was a very pleasant evening, even though I was there alone this time. I can highly recommend this restaurant. As a precaution, if the weather is good, call and ask for a table. Gladly again

Wir sind sehr oft hier, da das Essen sehr lecker ist. Frische Zutaten, sehr gut zubereitet. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Hier Koch der Chef noch selbst. Eine Empfehlung in Wolfsburg aber bitte reservieren.

Schnell essen und dann bitte gehen..wurden hinauskomplimentiert mit den worten: sie sitzen ja schon 2 stunden. Essen war gut, aber Chef und Service sehr unfreundlich. So schnell nicht wieder

Very very disappointing. If I could I would give 0 stars. The employee was very unfriendly, impatient, annoyed, pushy, opinionated, provocative because you didn't eat anything there. She lectured us at the table in front of other customers and she didn't care at all why we didn't say straight away that we didn't want to eat. I've never experienced anything like that. Because they now have to come three times to ask if we want to eat something. (Very intrusive) You will be forced to eat something and if you don't do it you will be told that you have been asked too many times. I felt very uncomfortable, we'll never go there again.

You order a table for 4 people, but only three people come due to illness and are insulted, very unprofessional and arrogant.

A very unfriendly shop. If you don't show up with the specified number of people, you will be treated unkindly and shown out of the door. NEVER AGAIN

First the positive, the food was very tasty.. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. As soon as we ordered drinks, we were informed that the kitchen wasn't open that long, depending on what we ordered. At first I was respectful that the waitress was able to remember 6 people's orders without writing them down. But she couldn't, my wine was forgotten. I had chosen spaghetti as pasta, penne arrived, and another guest had spaghetti instead of penne. Instead of apologizing, the chef came and said he was throwing it away now... and that he was the only Italian in WOB who cooked fresh. I dare to doubt it. At 9 p.m. we were then asked to leave the restaurant, opening times were until 10 p.m.... we were told at the door that they wouldn't let anyone open if they didn't even order a starter and at least 30 euros per person on a Saturday evening... I've never experienced anything so rude and arrogant in a restaurant. It was probably our first and last time in this restaurant. Every cent of tip was too much.

Super tasty food and very nice staff. I ate the best pizza there in a long time. And the price is also reasonable. With a bit of luck we even got a table without prior reservation. We would definitely come back. 👍

Although tables were free, they were presented as reserved and were not occupied at the time of our stay.

I had pasta with scampi. They were delicious. What confused me was that this dish also contained olives and capers. I was missing bread and parmesan. It would also be nice to say a little something in advance, as is often the case with others, e.g. E.g. bruschetta or bread with a sauce. You should make a reservation as the restaurant is relatively small and the window seats are often already taken. I'd love to come back.

Lecker. Man sollte reservieren, um einen Platz am Fenster zu bekommen. die Stammkunden wissen das. Was mir fehlte, war so eine Nettigkeit vor dem Essen wie Bruschetta oder Brot zum Essen, Parmesan.

The food (pizza calzone) was great. It's a shame that you can't pay with a credit card. Impractical for me as a business traveler.

The Alicia pizza was excellent. Anchovies are always too salty for me, so I left them out. The dough was nice and thin and crispy.

The staff is quite arrogant and arrogant. We didn't even get to eat anymore. After the unfriendly greeting, we left straight away after we were given the feeling that there were enough customers and that new customers were not valued at all. There are other restaurateurs nearby who are happy when new guests come.

We spontaneously walked past the restaurant and wanted to eat something. We didn't even get to eat. Very rude when asked if a table was free. The condition replied in a tone that was so unfriendly that we won't be spending any money there.

Never seen such an unfriendly boss, very bad service! The restaurant is not recommended!

La Rotonda is a small but very good Italian restaurant where great emphasis is placed on friendliness and excellent quality of food. I was here for the second time and was thrilled again. The lamb was super tender, the salad was colorfully mixed with an extremely delicious dressing and the pistachio tartuffo was simply delicious. The service is very attentive, quick and friendly and you can tell that the guest is warmly welcomed. I will definitely come back and can highly recommend this restaurant!

En meget autentisk Italiensk madoplevelse. Indehaverne er Italierne, og laver maden som det var fra hjemlandet. Der er meget mad på talerknerne, og betjeningen er god og opmærksom. Der er rent og pænt, også på toiletterne.

Essen war super, Personal war sehr freundlich. Immer wieder.

Das Essen war ganz ok. Leider ist die Bedienung unfassbar unfreundlich. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wir waren in einer größeren Gruppe. Als wir mit dem Essen fertig waren und uns erstmal nur unterhalten hatten, kam Kellnerin an und meinte auf sehr forsche Art und Weise, wie unhöflich wir doch wären und wir jetzt entweder noch Getränke bestellen oder gehen sollten. Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl und willkommen gefühlt und haben das Restaurant sofort verlassen. Unfassbar!

Die Weinkarte ist umfangreich und bietet eine Auswahl an exzellenten italienischen Weinen.

Einfach hervorragend. Alles Essen, wir waren zu Fünft, sehr sehr gut. Salat super frisch. Steaks perfekt. Rotwein, genauso wie es sich gehört. Super freundlich und aufmerksam.

Der Eigentümer hat eine merkwürdige Art, und kann ziemlich unangenehm werden!! Vor dem jetzigen Lokal hatte er einen kleinen Pizzaladen im Durchgang des alten Huehnerrudi! Damals war er immer sehr freundlich,und ist auf dem Teppich geblieben!! Aber nach der Öffnung des jetzigen Lokals wurde er direkt überheblich und laut , auch zu mir als vorheriger Stammkunde, und daher ging ich nur noch 1mal ins neue Restaurant und danach nie wieder hin. Auch Wolfsburger Italiener, die ich kenne, sind auf den Mann nicht gut zu sprechen. (Vorgekochte Pasta schmeckt auch nicht jedem. Das mal so am Rande...habe ich gehört...) 2 Sterne gebe ich aber noch!

Wir waren zum Abendessen im Restaurant und haben bei dem schönen Wetter draußen gesessen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, das Essen 1A und reichlich, geschmacklich top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Als erstes muss ich sagen, dass der Service außerordentlich herzlich nahezu familiär ist und die Bedienungen als auch Koch extrem aufmerksam sind. Die Gerichte haben uns 7 Personen sehr gut geschmeckt. Es war alles sehr frisch zubereitet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Wir kommen schon seit Ewigkeiten hier essen und leider erst jetzt eine Bewertung geschrieben Sehr tolles Italienisches Restaurant, hier stimmt wirklich alles . Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, hier fühlt man sich einfach wohl, bei schönem Wetter kann man auch draußen sitzen . Hier wird mit Liebe zubereitet und gekocht, das Essen schmeckt hier sehr gut ,Qualität wird hier ganz groß geschrieben und alles wird frisch zubereitet. Bedienungen und Koch sind super freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Einfach lecker....immer wieder Samstags 😊

Ich gehe seit Jahren hier hin,und bin immer wieder mehr als begeistert,von der typisch italienischen Atmosphäre,und der äußerst netten Familie,jeder hat seine Aufgaben: Die Mutter macht die Getränke,der Vater kocht alles frisch selbst,und die Zwillingstöchter liefern den perfekten Service :)

Very good place. The staff very frienly and they can speak English. The pizza delicious. Only German debit cart or cash accepted but the ATM close to the restaurant.

Sehr leckeres Essen, sehr freundliches Personal.

Wir waren nach langer Zeit mal wieder dort essen und ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Restaurant öffnet um 18 Uhr, wir waren um 18:45 Uhr da und bekamen gleich zu hören, dass es keinen Pizza mehr gibt. Für ein italienisches Restaurant wo man angeblich frisch Pizza macht ein No-Go! Die Abendkarte ist sehr extravagant, keine Standardgerichte! Die Preise sind, finde ich, sehr hoch für doch sehr kleine Portionen. Mein Freund wurde nicht satt und wir mussten danach noch wo anders anhalten. Geschmacklich war es aber sehr lecker.

Leckere italienische Küche. Wechselnde Gerichte. Der Service ist top und geht auf Wünsche oder Allergien ein. Kommen gerne wieder. :)

ich war gestern in einem konzert in wolfsburg udn wollte nur schnell eine kleinigkeit essen und bin gottseidank in dieses restaurant geraten.. ich habe selten eine so gute pizza gegessen.. selbst in italien nicht.. sie war perfekt.. echter burrata.. frischer spinat.. hauchdünn, dennoch kross.. wow.. auch der preis angemessen.. excellenter service.. die schlechten kritiker müssen in einem anderen restaurant gewesen sein.. ich werde selbst die anderthalb stunden fahrtzeit auf mich nehmen und in jedem fall wiederkommen.. bitte unbedingt so weitermachen.

Kleiner, guter Italiener in dem der Chef noch selber kocht, die Töchter übernehmen den Service. Sehr leckeres, frisches Essen zu moderaten Preisen. Schön gelegen in der Innenstadt mit einer großen Außenterasse.
