Delicious! Exceptional restaurant, delicious and carefully prepared food. Excellent quality of both ingredients and preparation, with excellent presentation. I've been several times in the last two months, each time trying a different dish, all excellent. The pizza is also on par with the other dishes. In addition to the warm and friendly welcome, the quality/price ratio is truly excellent. Compliments to the owners and all the staff.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Wolfsburg, especially the family-run ones. The service is always impeccable and the food is always freshly prepared. It's like an extension of my home. I'm a regular here and always enjoy it. Checking out the daily specials is always a good idea.

Not impressed at all with this place. Ordered the bruschetta starter, this was nothing more a diced tomato on burnt toast. No garlic, no red onion, no basil. Quite frankly, awful. Waitress removed it from my bill, after I left it, and she admitted it was not good. My problem here is she picked it up from the kitchen and brought it to me, knowing it was not right? Ordered the mains, pizza was very sloppy in the middle. My pasta was rock hard, al dente is one thing, Crunchy is another. The tomato sauce was not fresh made, this was almost definitely from a jar. I’m a part time cook myself, I know the difference. Tomatoe sauce was awful, pasta was rock hard, taste was awful. I’d avoid,below average I’m afraid

Food: The food has never been disappointing. In fact, it's delicious. The value for money is excellent. Service: The service is prompt and always very friendly, even when it's busy. Ambience: I've known this restaurant since I was a child, and I don't remember it being "modernized" much since then. But that's what makes it so authentic, like everything else in and around the restaurant. It's not a fancy restaurant; they stay true to themselves and place more emphasis on quality and service. You can sit inside or outside. We always feel completely at home and are happy that this restaurant has been around for so long and hopefully will continue to do so.

Yes, it's OK..... The service was great, very friendly...😃The atmosphere outside is cozy thanks to the umbrellas... The food came quickly and was nice and hot for me... However, I was a bit disappointed; I remembered the food being better... Unfortunately, it didn't really appeal to me or convince me.

The garlic on my spaghetti aglio i olio was burnt and therefore bitter, and it was swimming in a heavy red oil. It was made with a total lack of love. If it was olive oil at all (I doubt it), it was of inferior quality. When the waitress routinely asked me if it was good, I replied: "Absolutely not." Then: "Nothing at all."

It was shocking to find out that, as a customer, I had to pay a euro for the toilet. The food was delicious, after all.

The food was okay to good, and the service was very good. It was just incredibly loud, a bit like a train station concourse. It was almost impossible to have a conversation at a normal volume at the table. A shame.

I can definitely recommend it. I had a delicious rump steak with rosemary potatoes, grilled vegetables, and salad, and, at the recommendation of the very engaging, polite waiter, "garlic oil" (with whole fruits ;-) ). Absolutely delicious!!! Because of the two-day garlic nuisance, my wife has forbidden me from giving it 5 stars ;-)

The restaurant was very loud. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was less than adequate.

We were initially served by a very nice lady. She was very prompt and super nice. Our food and drinks were served quickly. Unfortunately, when we ordered a beer, they didn't ask for the size, and even when they saw it was empty, they didn't ask for a new one. After our starter, we were asked whether we wanted to keep the cutlery or get new ones. In my opinion, it's only natural to get new ones. The main course (salami pizza and pasta) wasn't anything special, but they were fine.

My wife and I were on a day trip to Wolfsburg. After visiting the Allerpark and the castle, we walked back to the old town. There we stopped by the La Fontana restaurant and had something to eat. The service was very good and quick; there wasn't a long wait after ordering. The food was delicious and the drinks were excellent too. Next time we're in Wolfsburg, we'll be happy to stop by La Fontana again.

We love La Fontana. The food is delicious, the service is excellent (and especially child-friendly!), and the location is simply fantastic. You can sit outside under the tree, and if you have children, they can let off steam in the adjacent playground...

A real Italian restaurant in the "capital of Italy in Germany" 😀. Beautifully located between avenue trees in the pedestrian zone. Pizza and salads were delicious, food came quickly, service was friendly and attentive. Prices are not that expensive yet. We'll definitely go there again ❤️

For many years you could just eat a piece of sheet pan pizza when you were slightly hungry. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible for quality reasons.

I had a Quatro Stagione pizza and it was really tasty. Very well topped and very well baked, service very friendly, I can only recommend it.

It was a Thursday evening and it was very busy. Reservations are definitely a must, as the restaurant isn't very big. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were very friendly. We had a good meal and will be back.

I ordered the Macaroni Fontana, but unfortunately the dish did not correspond to the description on the menu. Instead of the announced cream sauce, a tomato sauce was served, which didn't taste good at all. Additionally, the mushrooms were canned and had an unpleasant taste - something like that really shouldn't happen in a restaurant. The dish consisted of 95% pasta and sauce, while there was hardly any of the remaining ingredients such as ham. The waiting time of 39 minutes, even though there were only three guests in the restaurant, was also disappointing. Overall, a disappointing experience - a shame, because with better quality and service the store could offer much more.

I love the pasta from this place and please you must order the sauce!!! It's delicious 😋

Very conveniently located, very nice operators and friendly service, food was delicious and came with a pleasant waiting time, all in all very good. We didn't make a reservation, but we still got two seats, so it's better to reserve in advance!

Very nice and friendly service, I had pizza capricciosa, my daughter Margherita, ate everything. For dessert there was a lot to choose from, we had Tartufo nero and bianco and the profiterole, very nicely presented and also very tasty. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much 🤍

Unfortunately, the restaurant was fully booked, but the landlord was so nice and authentic that we will definitely try to eat there again next time we are in Wolfsburg.

We wanted to have lunch and were surprised at the incredibly high prices. The food is very tasty, but it doesn't justify charging €20 for a plate of pasta with shrimp. We also had to wait almost an hour even though we were the first ones. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the store.

Lokal voll, personal unfreundlich, den Salat als Vorspeise bestellt und nach anfrage zur Hauptspeise mit einen sorry auch bekommen. Salat voll daneben, wässrig, nix Dressing..... leider eine volle null. Für mich ein Duchgangslokal wo man beim Einkaufsbummel mal ne Pizza essen kann. .

We were very lucky to get a table for two people last night. Very friendly service and tasty food with good wine. Our second visit within a year once again met our expectations. We would be happy to come back next time we visit Wolfsburg. We can really recommend it.

La Fontana is a pleasant option if you just want to have a coffee or a beer in Wolfsburg. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, ideal for a short break in the city. The food is OK, but if you're looking for rustic Italian cuisine, you should walk a few meters further. Overall a solid choice for a quick drink, but for an authentic Italian dinner there are better options nearby.

There is no good relationship between price and performance. Given a second chance and things got worse. Didn't receive our order (simple warm drinks) and sat around stupidly for half an hour.

Wir haben Rigatoni al forno gegessen, die waren Furztrocken und verbrannt. Nie wieder. Auch war kaum Salsa vorhanden.

Service took a relatively long time to arrive but was at least friendly. The ambience is nice in the city. The place is great. But outside everything is full of insects and bees/wasps. It was impossible to eat in a relaxed manner without being disturbed by insects.

Almorzamos. El restaurante está situado en una zona peatonal de Wolfsburgo junto al ayuntamiento. El menú es italiano con una buena selección de pizzas y otros platos. Visitamos en un día ocupado y tuvimos que esperar un tiempo para nuestra comida, pero sin duda vale la pena esperar. Tuvimos algunos locales a seguir y disfrutamos de un buen servicio también.

Ich schreibe wirklich selten Bewertungen, aber! Ich hatte einen wirklich guten Salat, es befand sich aber ein Barthaar im Thunfisch verklebt. Das darf nicht passieren, aber es kommt vor. Das Personal hält sich nicht an die Lebensmittelabgabeverordnung. Mit einem Bartschutz wäre das nicht passiert. Natürlich bezahle ich für so einen Salat nicht, nach meinem Verständnis! Was halt wirklich frech war und deswegen schreibe ich die Bewertung -> Dennoch bekam ich die Rechnung und ich sollte die Hälfte vom Salat bezahlen, weil ich die Hälfte ja gegessen hatte, bis ich das Barthaar entdeckt habe.. ich bestand darauf den Salat komplett nicht zu bezahlen, das Personal kam dem nach. Mir trotzdem im Versuch die Hälfte berechnen zu wollen, war eine absolute Frechheit. Daher nicht nochmal. Echt enttäuschend von meinen Landsleuten.

At first glance it's a cute little restaurant. We then ordered our food with a starter. Unfortunately the salad came with the steak and the starter came with the main course. When we pointed this out to the waitress, the answer was “we should have said that beforehand”. Two of the four meals were completely returned except for the tasting. When the waitress asked if everything was OK, we replied that unfortunately it didn't taste good at all. This was followed by a very rude and unprofessional comment. No offer, no apology and above all no insight. Unfortunately not recommended based on experience. July 19, 2024

For a really good price you can get incredibly tasty pizzas here. The ambience is beautiful and invites you to linger. I find the location particularly practical: it's a great place to take a break before diving into the hustle and bustle of shopping or to relax after an extensive shopping trip. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is super friendly. I always like to come here because it is simply the perfect place to strengthen yourself and enjoy yourself.
