We were there for the second time, but it was very nice, everyone was very friendly, it had been redecorated and it turned out well.

Friendly staff, delicious pizza, would gladly come again.

The food and service were excellent. Dogs were allowed. Unfortunately, it had a bit of an indoor, hall-like feel, hence the one-point deduction for ambiance.

Cozy café & restaurant with excellent service This café/ristorante with its attached ice cream parlor is definitely worth a visit. Attentive service ensures you feel completely at ease. A particular highlight: the delicious wine, which perfectly complements the relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're looking for coffee, ice cream, or a cozy evening with a glass of wine, this is the place to be.

Very friendly and helpful service staff. They cater to guests' requests with great attention. We have eaten here several times on this and previous vacations. The grandchildren love going here. All the dishes we have eaten here have been absolutely satisfactory in terms of quality and quantity. The prices are reasonable. The "Italian-style" mussels are currently highly recommended. They are enough for a full meal. The desserts and ice cream are also delicious and attractively presented.

Large multi-location Italian-style. The Venezia is superbly managed. The service staff are consistently friendly and accommodating. The menu offers everything your heart desires, from delicious ice cream to crispy pizzas. I was thrilled with the variety and quality. Tourist prices, but the portions are huge. I'll be back here next time I visit the island!!! Thank you for your hospitality.

For us, this is a must-visit when visiting Norderney. The ice cream tastes very good and the portions are quite large. The service was always very friendly, and it's a very pleasant place to sit and watch the people strolling by.

We had dinner here and opted for pizza and tortellini. Although the restaurant was busy, the food arrived very quickly. However, it didn't feel freshly prepared. This impression was unfortunately confirmed by the crepe, which seemed more warmed up than freshly baked. The ice cream, on the other hand, was truly delicious and we highly recommend it.

A place you should definitely visit if you like good food. I had a tomahawk steak with sweet potato fries and sour cream. It was simply amazing. The salad before it was also fresh...everything was fresh. My companion had tagliatelle with salmon and pistachios. Also very, very tasty. For dessert, we had a crepe with caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, and crunchy crumbles. Simply divine...😋. The service also gets an A+. Even though the restaurant was busy, we got our food very quickly. There was nothing to complain about with the restrooms either. All in all...we'll definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely stay 🫶.

Very tasty pizzas, the children's pizza is about the same size as a pizza from the supermarket. According to my child, the taste was really delicious.

The ice cream portions are really large, and I think it's good value for money, considering you're on Norderney after all! The food smells absolutely delicious, but we've only had ice cream so far (several times 😀). But since a lot of locals (friends of ours) eat here, it seems really great. The atmosphere is okay, it's kind of okay, but it could be a lot more cozy.

Highly recommended! The ice cream is incredibly delicious, the portions are generous, and the staff are super friendly. The dessert was also a highlight—simply delicious! We felt completely at home. A perfect place to start the day with pleasure. :)

Reservations are essential in the evening. The restaurant is completely full. We didn't realize this, but the friendly man at the reception desk did everything he could to get a table for the four of us. Due to the number of guests, it's naturally a bit noisy, but that's manageable. The staff are friendly, and even though it's packed, we were greeted immediately. The wait for the food was also surprisingly short. The taste was amazing! Huge pizzas that left us completely full and satisfied. We'd go back anytime!

We arrived here at 9:45 PM (having participated in a running event beforehand), but we were still greeted warmly, served, and even got a warm pizza. Very friendly staff - we'd love to come back :)

Very tasty food. Service was very fast and the owner was very friendly. The food arrived in less than 10 minutes. The atmosphere was very nice, but it was busy, so it was quite crowded.

Six of us were able to spontaneously snag a table and enjoy the ice cream sundaes. The sundaes are quite large for the price. Ice cream flavors: standard, with two scoops, which is okay for the island.

From the outside, the restaurant looks like an ice cream parlor, but it's actually a restaurant with a large menu. The food is a bit expensive considering the price-performance ratio. The plates seemed relatively empty. To our surprise, there was a small salad before the food. In terms of taste, the food is in the upper middle range. The restaurant and the restrooms are clean and tidy. The benches are comfortable and inviting to linger. The service staff are friendly.

We were impressed by the service staff; they were very attentive and friendly. For dinner, we had tortellini with ham and cream sauce, which felt homemade. And a Parma pizza, which was also very tasty. For dessert, we had panna cotta with warm fruit compote, which was delicious. The second dessert was a delicious tiramisu, which was served in a bowl and was definitely homemade. The prices were appropriate for the quality and service. We will definitely come back.

The ice cream parlor and restaurant truly deserves its five stars. The ice cream is outstanding, there are various sundaes, and the portion sizes are gigantic. And all at a reasonable price. The restaurant is also very good. We've been here several times now, and I've had various pizzas, pasta, and now an excellent meat dish: pork fillet medallions in a Parmesan sauce with truffle oil, served with pasta. Absolutely outstanding and very tasty. The service is first-class, and the wait times are more than acceptable.

We went there for lunch. Since it was very hot, we wanted to sit inside – unfortunately, it wasn't really any cooler there; air conditioning would have been nice. The two pizzas were a good size, fairly priced, and tasted very good.

Extremely unfriendly service. After refusing us a table, they sent us on our way with a "goodbye!" What a disgrace!

Toilets quite slippery, but food was great.

The ice cream is delicious and not overpriced like the rest of Norderney. We like coming here for ice cream and a coffee.

The food was mediocre to bad. The swordfish steak was dry and tasted of nothing. After complaining, we were given olive oil. That's completely unacceptable. Sorry.

I ordered a chocolate sundae, as I've done a few times before. It usually comes with stracciatella, vanilla, and chocolate ice cream scoops. But today, instead of stracciatella, there was a hazelnut scoop in it, even though there was still stracciatella. I'm allergic to hazelnuts, so I wasted €8.

We came here for ice cream and also for dinner, and everything was delicious. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Norderney. The staff were very friendly. If we visit the island again, we'll definitely stop by again.

Large portion, with a lot on it. This not only applies to the leaf lettuce, but also to the amount of tuna and olives. Rounded off with a homemade yogurt dressing. I can only recommend it.

From the outside, the restaurant initially looks like just an ice cream parlor - but if you look closer, you'll discover an Italian restaurant with real quality. The homemade pasta absolutely convinced us: fresh, aromatic and perfectly prepared. The bruschetta as a starter was also very tasty and appetizingly prepared. Overall, a real insider tip for anyone who appreciates good Italian cuisine!

We have been going to this pizzeria for years and for me it is the best pizza on the island! A detour for ice cream in the evening is always worth it! The service is also great.

The Cran Café Veneziano is a good choice for both ice cream and dinner. The only point of criticism is the background noise. Otherwise really good and recommended.

At today's prices for a scoop of ice cream, it shouldn't happen that large clumps of water form in the ice. I don't know if it was a mistake because on the first visit the ice cream was perfect, but 2 days later it was a disappointment We haven't been there to eat yet, although the shop is always full in the evenings and has been for years, which is certainly a good sign. But it remains an ice cream parlor, which doesn't feel much more cozy in the evenings and that's why it's kept us from going out to eat there in the evenings

I had loin with pasta, the pasta was only lukewarm and not really cooked through. The loin was too dry and the sauce only consisted of water.

We were there last night and we were very positively surprised at how delicious the pizza was and special requests were implemented immediately. Price-performance was very good.
