Food and staff great... Price / performance is right... We will definitely come back again... Update November 2nd, 2024 great again, thank you, see you next time...

I ate here twice during my week on Norderney. The pizza is huge and super tasty. In addition, the prices are also relatively cheap. The service is quick and the staff is very friendly. Small, cozy table groups, but relatively open overall.

The pasta dishes we had were really great, tasted great and were generous in portions. We had spaghetti aglio e olio and frutti di mare (a lot of different seafood) Highly recommended. Only the atmosphere is more like that of a pure ice cream parlor (which is partly true).

We ate fantastic pizza. All three pizzas were great and we would love to come back. We were warmly greeted right at the door, the "boss" kept walking through the restaurant to check on his guests and the rest of the staff was extremely attentive.

I had a wonderful visit to this restaurant! The pizza was perfectly prepared, with a crispy crust and delicious toppings – simply delicious. The cappuccino was another highlight, beautifully creamy and garnished with a great chocolate motif. At the end there was a fantastic crepe with vanilla ice cream and fresh cherries, which not only looked good but also tasted wonderful. The order was also delivered very quickly, which made the visit even more pleasant. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was very friendly. A great place for a relaxing afternoon - I'll definitely be back...

Authentic, large café with an Italian flair, reminds me of Pedrocchi in Padua. Italian and German speaking staff which pushes it a bit more.

Das Eis ist wirklich klasse. Das beste Bananasplit, dass ich seit langem gegessen habe war richtig groß. Auch das Tiramisu ist toll, wenig Alkohol, nicht zu süß, alles andere als trocken und schön fluffig. Dazu gibt es leckeren Kaffee, der (anders als andere Bewertungen sagen) nicht zu schwach war. Die Bedienung war zuvorkommend und schnell.

We had ice cream on the heated terrace. The portions are generous and delicious. You can also get warm food here, just like in a normal restaurant. All in all very good.

The best ice cream I've ever eaten in years. It tastes natural, not too sweet and you get very large balls. The sellers are always very warm and nice. If you give the exit money as "that's right", a horn sounds "taröh". I love this kind of humor. It puts a smile on your face.

Great ice cream parlor with - in my opinion - humane prices for decent portions. My children (3 & 7) had 2 balls each and couldn't get it open. The service was friendly and courteous and the place was clean.

I already knew that they had great ice cream sundaes there. Today I know that very good food is on the table. Penne, i.e. pasta, aldente, with pesto and cheese. Or the pizza with Tyrolean ham and Gorgonzola. I'm not a pizza fan because most things are soggy in the middle and have bad cheese on them. But here great taste, great dough, what can I say... maybe the coffee is also very good... great load

The ice cream isn't particularly good, but the price is okay. The pizza isn't the best either and is expensive at over €10 for a Margherita pizza. The toilets are very dirty and smell bad.

We had homemade pasta with prawns and tomatoes, very tasty, as well as pesto pasta with shaved parmesan, also very good and plentiful, and fair prices. The house wine is also highly recommended. Great service, you hardly find that anymore. 👍

Hospitality was ok. But what's not possible is that you're not allowed to eat ice cream that's been sold on your hand, you're not allowed to eat it on the terrace, and you're even chased away.

Pizza was ok. The ham was dry and unfortunately didn't have much flavor. Service was friendly. €12.60 for pizza prosciutto is ok, €16.50 for pizza with Parma ham, Parmesan and rocket is too expensive because the ham is quite dry, the rocket too little and too much parmesan.

Can only recommend this Italian restaurant. I've never had such a good, spicy pizza before and my wife's Spaghetti Aglio e Olio tasted amazing. The service was very nice and everything with the food came very quickly.

I was pleasantly surprised. Pizza dough was fine. There is one star deduction, it could have had more toppings for my taste. But since I wasn't expecting anything like that to get a pizza like this in an ice cream parlor, it was delicious. Ice cream was great Latte Machiato too! Fast service. Well fed. Price-performance ratio for Norderney, there is nothing to complain about! Dogs also allowed, thanks for that! Sorry for the red cast in the pictures, but you're sitting there under red light. Pleasant, romantic but fatal for photos😄

Were here several times: both fish, pasta pizza and the ice cream are very good. Plus friendly and efficient service and reasonable prices. In the evening the boss goes around and talks to the guests. 😎Clear recommendation!

Unfriendly shop, Ice cream is okay, but there are better things but there are also worse things. I got some ice cream here with my family and because my son wanted to try it, I sat on the bench just in front of the shop. A very unfriendly employee immediately came out and immediately dismissed me in a very unfriendly tone. This store doesn't seem to be very child-friendly. Next time I'd rather go somewhere else.

Huge spaghetti ice cream, nice service...

Absolutely top address when it comes to incredibly good ice cream! After the first time we bought a 5 scoop ice cream sundae there again. Here you can get high-quality ice cream and you can taste it straight away. I hardly know these huge pieces of chocolate in the stracciatella at other ice cream parlors. Do yourself a favor, eat there and feel well looked after. My ice cream parlor on the island from now on!

An ice cream parlor, like almost any other Italian one. Nothing special. Too artificial for me. I prefer natural ingredients like .......I won't tell 😜. Tried it - nothing more.

The food is tasty, but not for the first time it bothers me how some waiters treat me as a customer. I order take-away, the waiter then collects the order directly without explanation and doesn't give any information as to how, when or where I can get my order, doesn't even offer to sit anywhere and just looks blank and negative expression as I tell him where I will sit to receive the pizzas. This is inappropriate and rude. As a customer, I first expect information and explanation before I pay. While I'm waiting, another employee frantically and rudely asks if I can make room for other customers, even though there are plenty of free seats. I complied with the request irritated, then there wasn't even a thank you, as if it were natural to react like that, and again they didn't offer me a place somewhere else. I have experienced this disrespect here again and again, for example not being thanked for tips. However, another waiter who took over for me and brought the pizza was very friendly. I won't generalize here, but it's not always as nice as it could be. As I said, the service in this centrally located restaurant is also very friendly. I can only praise the food, although it is also expensive.

Our regular ice cream spot was closed so we headed down to this one. Staff was super surly. On one side, I understand slinging ice cream to tourists is not a fun thing, but also it’s your job so maybe at least do it well enough? We tried a variety of flavors and more than one of us felt like the flavor was off and it tasted almost artificial.

!Warning! Possibly OK for ice cream, definitely not for lunch or dinner!!! The starter soups were incredibly watery and were hardly seasoned. Although the portion as a starter soup was considerable, I almost couldn't finish it because it tasted like water with meat. The Schnitzel Hawaii was a disgrace. A carelessly slapped ready-made schnitzel with canned pineapple and sliced ​​cheese with half a tomato as decoration. As a chef, I would be ashamed if I published something like that. No recommendation!
