Seems like this place's staff are known to be unfriendly and rude to asian customers. As I was looking at the reviews, mostly asian customers have said that the staffs are extremely unfriendly and rude. How about you put a sign on your restaurant that "No Asians allowed" so that it will be helpful to asian people to not go to your restaurant and be treated like a garbage. The old waiter is the most unfriendly and rude and he acts like he owns the restaurant.

The food is actually pretty good, such a shame that the service is so poor.

Absolute insider tip! I come here every year when I have business in Frankfurt. I enjoy the family atmosphere and very warm atmosphere. I hope that the owner holds out for a long time and stays healthy. There are noticeably many regular customers and few tourists here. Small but fine wine list!

Beautiful pizzeria. The pizza is amazing with the fluffiest crust I've ever eaten. The staff were friendly. Definitely again.

Very bad. Was insulted as a stupid cow and more because I was asked about an order! Even though I was friendly and apologized if it was inappropriate, I felt like I wasn't being raised, etc. A terrible experience with this family!!!

Awful service, stood at please wait sign for 10 mins to be ignored Then asked for a table at the bar Had to seat myself and then waited and tired to get the waitress attention by standing up and saying hello Only to be ignored so many times, I left I also noticed other tables leave after the poor, awful service. Found another place to eat. Horrible customer service.

Friendly and delicious! The Pizza Italia was great

Sat in the restaurant for 10 minutes without noticing the young waitress. Especially since there really weren't many guests there. We haven't experienced anything like this before. However, the neighboring table was served. Well, then you just leave and don't come back.
