Delicious, freshly made pizza with fresh ingredients. The mushrooms were freshly sliced. I'd gladly come again 😊

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. We wanted to get a pizza at 4:33 pm. We ordered a 32cm vegetarian pizza, and he made it clear that they only had slices left; they weren't baking any more. After we got something from somewhere else, we watched as he continued baking and selling pizzas. A complete disaster!! If they're not selling whole pizzas at 4:33 pm, only the expensive individual slices!!!!!!!!!!

I wasn't allowed to order a vegetarian pizza without mushrooms, so I ordered a Margherita. A bit of a shame, as I would have liked more toppings. The dough was okay, but there was very little tomato sauce and cheap cheese. So it was quite dry... Fresh pizza is usually delicious, but this Margherita was rather mediocre. The price was fair, though.

I was passing through and was totally stressed because of a severe train delay. I ordered a pizza because I had a long wait. Then I got a message saying there was a replacement train leaving in five minutes. The staff were extremely understanding and quickly gave me ready-made pizza slices so I wouldn't miss my train and at least had something to eat. Thank you so much!

Hot noodles were extremely hot, like burning with a tonn of chilli peppers, and even after taking out all of them i couldn't handle the spice)))

Great pizza and a very friendly worker

The pizza inventors from Italy would turn in their graves. They sit in the cold for hours, dried out and unsightly, at an unbelievable price. Look at the prices for a 50cm pizza. It's consistently €21.70, regardless of the topping. Even a simple Margherita costs that much, and a 30cm one doesn't even cost €9. Even if it's more than double the price, it's not worth buying a large one here. It seems to me they don't want to sell them that size, preferring two small ones... Even though it's at the train station, an expensive location, of course, the prices are just ridiculous. You sit in the cold draft on worn-out chairs, with people milling around and homeless people begging. There are nicer places in the station than this. At least the service is friendly and helpful.

If I could, I'd give it zero stars. I work for Deutsche Bahn (DB) and have tried ordering a pizza 10 times now. They're out of stock, only ready-made slices. Sorry, it was always at 4:15 p.m. The man apparently didn't feel like making one again and was incredibly rude. Never again. Be careful, the pizza slices aren't fresh and aren't heated properly.

Got a truly delicious pizza in the Markthalle by the main train station. Very friendly service and it tasted absolutely amazing, thank you very much 😋😋👍🏼👍🏼

I asked the guy to heat the slice of pizza for me a bit more because it was still freaking cold. He rolled his eyes for a fraction of a second as if he didn't like my request. What kind of customer service is that?

I researched the restaurant online. We were looking forward to it. A dark-skinned employee served us. We would have liked the tortellini and a pizza. They don't serve pizza anymore. Only this. He quickly put the tortellini in a box and slammed it on the counter. Then he simply served another customer. We didn't even pay. He treated us rudely and disinterestedly. We were in Frankfurt for the book fair and wanted something to eat in the afternoon. We paid and ordered pizza to be delivered to the hotel via Lieferando. The absolute worst restaurant. I can't recommend it to anyone.

This store is made for people who come once and never again. Accordingly the food and the price. The lady was rude when taking the order so I walked away

The noodles were soft and almost cold. The service was worse. While ordering, he spoke on the phone through headphones (it was NOT a customer), unfriendly, completely disinterested and unprofessional. Sorry... that doesn't work even at the train station!

You can burn money more sensibly in the casino than here. Overpriced tasteless pasta and limp pizza. If you're in need, you should get a pizza here, it's marginally better than the pasta. The small counter is hidden in a food court. This somehow gives it a cool vibe, but otherwise this is a failure. Service does the minimum, but also no less.

I've never eaten such bad noodles. Porridge would be a better term. It was just mush for €10.80. I would have preferred to spend the money on Gerolsteiner water and we all know how meaningful that statement is.

Unfriendly foreign employee who doesn't want to work and doesn't know how to behave Incident 8/20/24

I ordered two pieces of pizza, but I'm allergic to one. When I saw that the pieces were on top of each other in the oven, I asked to separate them. The employee looked at me angrily and simply took the pieces away and said "bye" because he didn't want to serve us anymore. I tried to explain that I was allergic but he wouldn't listen. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Food OK, but expensive because of the main station

We ordered two pizzas to take away yesterday and both the food and the service were really good! The pizza was well topped and tasty and the man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.

Pizza was really tasty, motivation and friendliness is something else.

The pizzas are okay, but I won't touch the pasta again. A plate of pasta for just under 10 euros is quite steep, but then they were lukewarm to cold in places. It may have been because of the time at 4:30 p.m. but I think I'll look for something freshly cooked in the future.

Ciao Bella is a great spot for Italian food. The pizza is tasty. The pasta is tasty. The desserts are tasty. Really good restaurant.

I bought just one pizza and was absolutely happy with the result. Yes, my expectations were not high as it is a bistro on the train station, but nevertheless it was surprisingly good. Service was also quite fine, no complaints.

Please fire the worker. If he doesn't like his job he shouldn't do it! Simple! Unfriendly and aggressive!. Never smiled in his life it seems. He looks Middle Eastern/African. I'll never ever come here

We ordered canneloni twice, one with meat and the other should be vegetarian (I asked several times and the gentleman said they were vegetarian) when we wanted to eat them on the train, both were filled with meat.

Wanted to order something, the employee sat at the table and drank tea. After a few minutes he came behind the counter and simply said "dough ready" even though there was still dough in the dough tubs. Probably not in the mood 🤷‍♂️

I just stood there in shock and wanted to order something to eat. Unfortunately that was impossible because I wasn't noticed at all and the counter area was surrounded by fellow Africans who were probably very good friends of the staff. It's out of the question that you can eat something in peace here. Terrible

Never had such a bad, limp pizza. The guy from the service must have missed the tomato sauce. It didn't taste like it belonged on pizza. The cheese wasn't good either. Not worth recommending.

Great location in the middle of the main train station. Out of necessity I bought a pizza here (Margharita). A positive thing to mention is the very affordable price (under 10 euros), which I wouldn't have expected. A whole pizza made fresh and for that price. Wow. The dough was also super tasty. Perfect. But the rest? Oh well. Anything but good. But because of the price and the dough there are 3 stars.

My husband and I arrived after a long trip totally exhausted and hungry and what can I say? Never again ! My husband's pizza was limp and cold, as if a frozen pizza had been taken out of the oven too early and my Aglio Olio was just cold, dry spaghetti that tasted of salt and pepper and with cold tomatoes and chives on top and for good measure Paid almost 30 euros! There was no complaint because the staff was absolutely overwhelmed and very aggressive and unfriendly!

Ich war mit too Good to go da. Es gab ein mittelmäßiges Stück labbrige Pizza, einen kleinen, nicht angemachten Salat und eine Box teils recht harter Nudeln.

Pizza funghi und vegetarisch waren beide sehr lecker und personal auch nett! Für 10€ je Pizza auch guter Preis

Ich wurde zuerst etwas länger nicht bedient aber die Mitarbeiter waren total freundlich und die Pizza war wirklich lecker! Dauert nur etwas, sie wurde ganz frisch gemacht.

This restaurant is trash. I asked for a slice of pizza and it only looked mildly greasy so the guy basically slides it in a paper envelope bag. Then I ask for a salad in the exact language that is on the sign…he looks at me crazy and confused. So I said “salad” in English and he tells me it’s all gone…cue me looking to my right to the 4 bins of salad sitting there. Um ok. So I then ask for tortellini because that’s what my daughter wanted and he says he has none and proceeds to hurriedly run to the register to ring me up as if he was in a rush. There was literally no one in line before or after me. Please try something else…but not in this area because it’s all really bad. And I could only eat 2 bites of my pizza before the grease leaked thru the bag and coated my hand in gross.

Die Pizza ist brauchbar, der Laden macht einen sauberen Eindruck, aber von den Pastagerichten ist so gut wie nie das da, was man haben möchte. Fast die komplette Pasta-Karte könnte auch gut gestrichen werden, da so gut wie nie die entsprechenden Zutaten vorrätig sind. Pizza und Sauberkeit 5 Sterne. Pasta: 0

Das war dann doch eine große Überraschung: eine derart gute Pizza hatte ich am Hauptbahnhof in Frankfurt dann doch nicht erwartet. Sehr lecker, Bedienung schnell und freundlich. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Und gerne wieder.

Freundliche Servicedame. Innerhalb 5min. bekam mein bestelltes Gericht zum Mitnehmen. Laden schaut sauber und aufgeräumt aus. Leider gib es im Moment nur 4 Nudelgerichte zum Aussuchen; womöglich wg. der Covid-Situation. Portion war gut.

Fast keine Nudelgerichte mehr vorhanden. Sehr unfähige u unfreundliches Personal.

One of the worst pesto pasta I have had. I make better pasta than these guys, and I am a terrible cook. It was like eating hot booked pasta with some salt and pepper.

Einfach lecker, frische Zutaten und nettes Personal Wer Pizza liebt, muss hier herkommen und sich davon überzeugen, dass es doch besser geht, als er es bisher kannte. Toller Laden, tolle Leute, super! Mann kann „auf die Schnelle“ was bekommen dank die vorbereiteten Speisen für TO-GO oder sich Á LA MINUTE bekochen lassen Schmeckt wie in Italia. Komme wieder!

Alleine die Beratung war super! Die Wartezeit war gleich null und trifft genau meinen Geschmack. Vielen Dank für das schnelle und leckere Essen!!!

Les pizzas industrielles que l'ont trouve chez les "boulangers" de la gare sont toutes inmangeables, mais celles de Ciao Bella sont bonnes et bien faites. Ne pas chercher plus loin pour déjeuner sur le pouce. Part de pizza à 3 euros, Part de lasagnes à 8 euros. Possibilité de s'asseoir. En face des voies 3-7.
