Rotten plates that mutate in the display for half a day disguised as pizza...

I went to the restaurant because I had a voucher from the airline due to a delay. I probably wouldn't stop here otherwise. I went to Luca Lino because it had one of the less bad reviews in the arrivals hall... (it is what it is). I had never consciously chosen a restaurant that had a rating of 2.8 stars (as of today). So I ventured to this restaurant. Because of the comments about the service, I was a little intimidated by the lady before ordering. But I have to say that the lady and the pizza maker were really very friendly. So here's a clear 5*+ for the service. (…and no, I am not related or related by marriage to the staff mentioned above) The pizza wasn't the best of my life - but I've also had worse. Is that a seal of quality? Everyone can form their own opinion on this. The espresso tasted a bit bitter, but you can drink it. The ambience is a little better compared to a fast food restaurant. It was a bit dark and dreary. But I also have to say that it was almost 8 p.m. and the other shops were closed. Would I go here again? If I get another voucher that I can only redeem in a limited number of restaurants, then yes. Otherwise probably not. But as the saying goes: Don't look a gift horse in the mouth

The woman at the counter is very special. Since she hardly speaks German, it is difficult to place your order here. Anyone who has extra wishes definitely has a problem at this point. We walked into this store at 11 a.m. and half of the offerings weren't "ready" yet. So we took 3 slices of Magarita pizza and 1 slice of pizza with salami. The woman behind the counter dropped the piece of pizza and laughed off the situation in shame. When the pizza pieces were warmed up and we got them, one of them was so charred that we had to remove whole black chunks from the pizza. Definitely not worth a visit!

Telling from his response, we should feel sorry for asking any questions at all. Quality if the overpriced pizza was okay. The location is clean and with a nice atmosphere. Though I cannot ignore there was a mouse under the table next to us feeling pretty much like at home as we were eating our pizza.

Before I coud even order the pizza the guy was forcing me to pay him a tip. Such a rude behaviour. Then when I said that I have no cash he was very annoyed

The first time I see this in my life, with colleagues, we decide to have pizza and pasta, I stand at the counter to order and indicate one of the pizzas to eat there. The pizza chef looks at me and points to a plate with a few pieces on it. And tells me that if I want a pizza I have to tip first. I look at him and ask him again what he told me, he says to me: don't you understand? TIP pretty hard. Arms crossed on his stomach and adding, I'm tired tonight, so if you want a pizza you have to give. Surprised, I look at my colleagues thinking it’s a joke. But no! I tell him ok, we're leaving. And we did well! He didn't try to hold us back. But how can he continue to work? Is he employed? What does his boss think? No pride in this gentleman. Moreover with a haughty air. But if the job doesn't suit you. Exchange!!

Very rude customer service. Saw mice running through the kitchen. Vacuumed the floor and then used the same vacuum to vacuum around the pizzas.

Best coffee at airport, real Italian coffee, clean, good pizza...friendly staff

Totally unfriendly staff. Reheated pizza only lukewarm.

The place looked good at the start. But this all changed when I approached the bar to order. The man was very rude didn’t speak a word of English and didn’t want to prepare a fresh pizza( I wanted to order a whole fresh pizza) the pizza itself wasn’t good it was fatty and had a lot of cheese on it and a it was very dry warmed up before. Overall very disappointed and will not come back for sure.

Not good at all, spend your time and money at better place.

Eggshells and a piece of plastic in the pizza.

Eine ganze Pizza wird ab 17:30 nicht mehr gemacht und man kann sich nur die nehmen die in der Theke da sind. Das Pizzastück war sehr kalt trotz dass es wieder erwärmt wurde. Hinzukommt das es in einem Papier zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Das ist sehr stumpf

Die Pizza ist echt lecker (zumindest wenn man eine ganze Pizza bestellt und dann eine frische Pizza bekommt). Die beiden Herren hinter der Theke sind allerdings nicht übermäßig freundlich und machen fast den Eindruck, sie würden hier zur Arbeit gezwungen...

Echt gute Pizza aber asozialer Mitarbeiter. Wer also eine gute Pizza haben will ohne guten Service und über asozialem Verhalfen wegschauen kann kommt hier her.

Pizza Boa e bom preço. Atendimento do caixa ruim, um tanto mal humorado para lidar com público. Pizzaiolo bom e trabalha muito, foi gentil no atendimento.

Pizza was pretty decent and came warm very fast. Nevertheless other options were not available (e.g. pasta). The front guy doesn't really like to interact with customers. He offered the purchase ticket, which I accepted; only to mumble something in a language I wouldn't understand. Rudeness to its highest. He smiles back only if you are a young blond lady. As soon as the place gets quite a little mouse went all over the floor getting the crumbs from previous customers. Although, most likely rodent infestation is rather a problem of the airport than the restaurant.

Trotzdem sehr lauten Umfeld durch den allgemeinen Passagierebetrieb ein doch sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Die Servicekräfte sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Preise entsprechen den gehobenen Flughafen-Standard.

Pizza hat in Ordnung geschmeckt. Preislich auch in Ordnung, erst Recht für einen Flughafen. Laden war aber recht vermüllt, es müssten mal die Tische abgeräumt werden. Gabeln gab es heute auch nicht. Hat sich, trotz Zusage, auch Niemand mehr drum gekümmert. Personal am Empfangstresen völlige Katastrophe. Würden hier nicht noch mal hergehen.

Deserves a five star for an airport food and value. Paid 17€ for pasta and peroni.

Die Lokalität ist schön eingerichtet und man sitzt bequem. Was mir gar nicht aufgefallen hat war das man kein Bargeld annehmen wollte. Das ist eine sehr bedenkliche Entwicklung. Ich werde in solche Lokale und Läden nicht wieder gehen. Wir als Verbraucher haben es in der Hand ein Statement zu setzen.

Gut gelegenes Lokal im Flughafen ✈ Frankfurt

Katastrophe! Am Dienstag gegen 12.30/13 Uhr vor unserem Flug dort gewesen. Sehr unfreundliche, abweisende Bedienung, die schlimmer nicht sein könnte. Patziges Verhalten und patzige Antworten. Nach Angabe, dass man die Pizza vor Ort essen möchte, klatschte man mir die Pizza aufn Pappteller ohne eine Information, dass keine normalen Teller verwendet werden. Als mein Partner eine Salamipizza bestellte, patze der Mitarbeiter warum unbedingt die Salami Pizza. Von A-Z ein sehr unfreundlicher Bestellprozess, dass man Freund den Mitarbeiter sogar gefragt hat, ob er heute einen schlechte Tag hat und hat ihn noch einen schönen Tag gewünscht. Im weiteren Verlauf saßen wir dort und bekamen Streitigkeiten bzw. Meinungsauseindersetzungen der Mitarbeiter mit, die ziemlich laut ausgeführt wurden, sodass man nicht weghören konnte. Katastrophaler Service bzw. auch das Untereinander gehen garnicht. Nur Kartenzahlung möglich. Zwei Punkte, da die Pizza geschmacklich ok war. Aufgrund des katastrophalen Service würden wird dort nicht hingehen. Schade, dass das Ambiente des Lokals nicht an die Mitarbeiter weitergegeben wird!

Bewertung bezieht sich auf wirklich guten Café con Leche , auf beeindruckende Kuchenqualität und - Auswahl und besonders darunter die Torta Almendra/ Total Santiago. Ob von der Terasse oder innen : Park- und Meerblick sind ein besonderes asset diese schönen " Wohlfühlcafe's ".

Sehr gemütlich zum sitzen. Pizza schmeckt und wir mussten nicht lange warten. Zahlung nur mit karte.

Terrible service, extremely rude server, refuses to cut the pizza into small pieces for the children. Doesn't say hello, thank you and to top it off the pizzas were really bad. The only positive things is the place...

As so much of the food in the public area of FRA very expensive for the low quality. Many of the pasta options were not available today. The only postive thing I can say: the seating area is one of the most comfortable ones in FRA.

Delicious foods in organized place kind of rude people but still very nice.

Kaffee und Pizza gut, aber leider ausschließlich Einweggeschirr ☹️🙄 Nette italienische SB Pizzeria im Flughafen, doch ALLES wird AUSSCHLIESSLICH in Pappbechern und auf Papptellern mit Holzbesteck serviert. Auf meine Frage nach Geschirr für den Verzehr im Sitzbereich zuckte die Thekenkraft lediglich mit den Schultern. Krönung war, daß nicht einmal passende Teller für das Pizzastück verfügbar waren. Die viertel Pizza wurde auf zwei rechteckige Pappteller, wie es sie beim Bäcker für den Kuchen gibt, gelegt. Sorry, liebe Restaurantbetreiber, lieber Flughafen, aber sowas geht garnicht! Wenn ich was zum Mitnehmen will, okay. Aber es war ein Wagen zur Geschirrrückgabe vorhanden ( ein Müllsack hätte auch gereicht ), und so schmeckt das beste Essen nicht. Ach ja, sowohl der Kaffee, als auch die Pizza waren gut bis sehr gut. Aber mehr als zwei Sterne gibt's für den Müll nicht!

I've already placed a review but I don't normally have desert & decided to try the Souffle a Cioccolato which was superb.

Must go place for a nice pizza before your flight and between your flight. Kind people at the counter.
