Written by my little niece: The food was very tasty. The conditions were very friendly but it took a while for the waitress to come to us. The children were greeted with a coloring book. And to say goodbye, the children received a pack of gummy bears. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't cut and when it was taken apart the pizza pieces fell apart. And you can learn Italian on the toilet. The toilets are very clean. The restaurant is very nice.

We were there for lunch and quickly had a tiach. The salads and the huge pizza 🍕 we ordered were delicious. Still, we didn't manage to do everything and just took the rest with us. The staff was nice and helpful. You can also learn Italian on the toilet. Great idea ☺️!

We celebrated a birthday here with a group of almost 20 people. We sat in a nice separate room, which was really pleasant as it meant we could have a good conversation in a somewhat quieter atmosphere. The food was super tasty and was at the table for everyone almost at the same time. We didn't have to wait long, even though we were told in advance that it could take up to an hour for our food to arrive. The service was also really great. Everyone is very friendly and does their job very well and I have a friendly face. I can only recommend the Losteria on Junghofstrasse. recommend further.

The behavior of a waiter with small tattoos on his hand was very bad. He didn't allow us to choose which table we wanted to sit at even though we were at the restaurant two hours before closing time, so we left.

The atmosphere was pleasant, especially in the back garden, the food was excellent and the service, especially from waitress Laura and Simon, was extremely professional. Your efficient and friendly service helped make our evening particularly enjoyable. We will definitely come back. Greetings from Berlin 🍕

This was our first time in a L'Osteria restaurant and we will definitely come back. We were impressed by the almost strikingly friendly service and really tasty pizzas, which were almost impossible to manage in terms of size.

I've visited this restaurant three times and really liked it. However, on my last visit, which was on Saturday, September 14th, 2024, at 9 PM (an hour and a half before closing), I went with my family, and every time we tried to sit at a table, the waiter would come and tell us 'not here.' He was clearly trying to force us to sit in a spot of his choosing so he wouldn't have to clean the tables again and because he wanted to finish work early. The service was very bad and frustrating, and he even told us that if we didn’t like the table he chose, we had to leave ————- I visited this restaurant three times and was very satisfied. However, my last visit, on Saturday, September 14th, 2024 at 9 p.m. (one and a half hours before closing), was a disappointment. I was there with my family and every time we tried to sit down at a table the waiter came and told us 'not here'. He obviously wanted to force us to sit at a place of his choice so that he didn't have to clean the tables again and could finish work early. The service was very poor and frustrating and he even told us that if we didn't like the table he chose we would have to leave

First and last time: - Drinks: "The system doesn't work. There's no cola or beer at the moment. I don't know for how long." - Food: Receipt was not posted. But that only upon request after 30 minutes. After another 30 minutes, I asked again: "Yes, it's coming soon." - Only half came. The other half wasn't finished yet. - Pizza in the oven too short - Service totally unqualified and also unfriendly As compensation, and again only upon request, a voucher for a coffee. Ridiculous !!! Recommendation: Spend your money elsewhere.

Limoncello Spritz is very tasty

It's not the first time that you've been here during the (short) lunch break of up to an hour! waiting for a pizza. This is absolutely disproportionate and often has negative consequences as most people have to quickly go back to the office and then start the next meeting hungry. To be fair, you should simply point this out at the beginning so that guests can decide for themselves whether they want to wait or not. I really find that extremely disrespectful.

Food was good, BUT. Servise horrible. First i got water without gas, But i order with gas - that is Okay, little misstake. After What we get Food, we need to ask for parmezan, salt etc… after All nobody bring us fork, So again we had to wait for the cutlery so that we could even begin to eat. Sad

Very nice welcome from the manager. Only then was the table service a disaster. Doesn't talk to guests like that, it's rude. Then the wrong drink was delivered. Question when paying: Cash payment is desired. He puts the EC card terminal on the table. And still no conversation. At the next table he delivers the pizza with the starter and is surprised. Pizza goes back and is brought back after 20 minutes, warmed up and hard. That doesn't work at all. Again, not a word about it. The manager then had to intervene. Luckily our pizza was very tasty. What good is it if the staff fails completely.

I ate there with friends yesterday, even though I already know Osteria from other German cities and didn't like it. Nothing new, the food is simply German and not Italian - as American pizza style so to speak Some news: higher prices and around €16 per pizza, except Margherita In summary: Frankfurt offers much more than a bad pizza for a higher price 😄

The terrace in the inner courtyard is a dream. Perfect warehouse in the center. Food and drinks of proven quality. Always happy

The price is simply outrageous and ridiculous. At €18.50 it was the most expensive pizza of my life. (As of 8/19/24; Who knows how much it will cost tomorrow... I certainly won't find out!)

Food and ambience are good | Service is sometimes very bad. Some people really try hard, it's a shame that others ruin it with the service. On August 18th At 9 p.m. you could only pay to one lady and she preferred chatting to working... Cheeky, her behavior ruined the great work of her colleagues.

The waiter was friendly, he asked us few times if everythings fine. Carbonara and Pizza were good as the other L'osterias, but the soup a little salty. When we asked the waiter if we could take away our Carbonara, we had to wait exactly 9mins! only for it and when i went into the restaurant to wash my hands(we sat outside), i was greeted by a Nihao from the Kitchen people. That's just so rude. We also went at 1600 when it wasnt busy at all

After a few home deliveries decided to go to the restaurant with friend during lunch break. We really liked the environment, they have nice garden area. However we waited for just 40 minutes for the starters - bruschetta. And it came after the main food. Food was okay, worth the price.

Location is great as it’s very central close to alte Oper and Rossmarkt. The vibe is great and it’s right next to another middle eastern restaurant. The food was alright. I had a salami pizza which was huge. Probably one of the biggest I’ve had in a long time. It was thin crust which I like but the cheese and tomato felt a bit dry. Overall it’s not bad but I wouldn’t say it’s a top pizza place. I can’t comment on any other food as this is all I ate. I’d think it’s a great date spot for couples or small groups of friends.

Nice restaurant with excellent parking spaces thanks to two directly adjacent underground car parks. The pizza is delicious and the service is quick. However, it seems more concerned with quick table changes.

We went to L’Osteria in Frankfurt yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. Even though there were only a few guests, it took 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive and 55 minutes for the appetizer. After almost an hour we finally received our main course, which unfortunately wasn't good. The plates were clearly reheated several times to look like they came fresh from the oven. Very disappointing!

Today, on this particularly warm day, we decided to eat at L'Osteria. The friendly waitress named Daniel quickly offered us a nice spot in the summer garden. After thinking about it for a long time, he helped us choose dinner. Was super tasty. Gladly again!!! :)
