We drove to Lübben specifically for dinner. We wanted to try a new Indian restaurant.
It was definitely worth it.
A very warm welcome and welcome.
After a quick look at the menu, we noticed that there were no children's meals. The staff instructed us that every dish on the menu can also be prepared as a children's portion.
That was of course super exciting for our daughter, who then decided on “Mango Chicken”.
Not the usual fries or bolognese from usual children's menus.
Absolutely recommended, the service is good, the ambience is right, it is in a very quiet location next to the adjacent park, which invites you to take a digestive walk afterwards.
This was also necessary for the portion sizes.
The food itself was very tasty, the rice wasn't too dry and the sauces had a unique taste.
We'll definitely be back.
Unfortunately disappointing - not a recommendation
I was looking forward to an authentic Indian meal, but was unfortunately disappointed. The food was almost cold, the consistency was rather mushy and hard to define. The taste wasn't convincing either - the promised spices were completely missing and there was no trace of real Indian spice. Overall, unfortunately far from what I expected. Definitely not a recommendation
Food tasted good.
What was not pleasant was the fact that the vegetarian dish, Palak Korfa, vegetable balls made from chickpea flour, only had two small balls cut in half, no one will be full of them and that for €13.50! That's rude, sorry.
Delivery time and delivery fee ok, for the distance.
Food arrived warm to us.
Highly recommended restaurant. Here you will receive a friendly welcome and preferential service. There is also usually an ingredient on the house.
We'd love to go there again.
I had a great experience at this Indian restaurant! I ordered the Shahi Paneer, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The spices were perfectly balanced, making every bite a delight. The rice could have been a bit better, but overall, the meal was fantastic. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes.
The Indian restaurant Taj Mahal is located just outside the city center in Hamm, but can be easily reached on foot. From the outside the restaurant looks small and inconspicuous, but it is definitely worth a visit! When you enter you are greeted by the pleasant smell of numerous spices. The menu is very large and offers a variety of Indian dishes that are difficult to choose from. As a small starter on the house you get small tips with some kind of bread. The food was super tasty and recommended. We'll be back!
I can't say anything about the local provider. I used the delivery service. It came within half an hour. The food was still nice and hot and well packaged. That's how it should be! Gladly again.
