One from our favorite restaurant. Everything is right, there is nothing to complain about

Ein Getränk wurde falsch gebracht. Wir mussten dann gefühlt 10 Minuten warten, bis das richtige Getränk geliefert wurde. Die Kalamari waren sehr zäh. Als dies beim Abräumen bemängelt wurde, kam nicht einmal eine Gefühlsregung, geschweige denn eine Entschuldung oder Dergleichen. Nach dem Essen habe wir dann mindestens 20 Minuten lang versucht zu bezahlen. Dazu haben wir 3 verschieden Bedienungen angesprochen. Als dann tatsächlich jemand kam, konnte nur bar bezahlt werden. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn man das vorher schonmal kommuniziert hätte. Nicht jeder hat heutzutage noch Bargeld bei sich.

I recently moved to Ingolstadt and had dinner here with my family for my birthday. We received a very warm welcome, had nice small talk with the very accommodating staff and at the end we were even given wine as a birthday present. Apart from the great atmosphere, the food was also incredibly tasty. Quote from my sister "If I didn't live so far away, this would be my new regular restaurant." ☺️

I was only a guest at the accommodation: the accommodation is easy to find and close to the hospital. The room was clean and big enough, unfortunately not very quiet (noise from traffic and neighboring rooms). The toilets/showers are, as can be read in the description, communal, clean, only the motion sensor-driven lighting is set very sparingly. All in all, I was very satisfied for my purpose and the price.

The ambience was only so good because of the team and for that this restaurant gets two excellent stars from me.

Not a particularly dedicated service, table not prepared despite reservation, we first had to wait 20 minutes for the menu and then another 30 minutes for the food. Food was only lukewarm and unfortunately only average in taste. The side salads were good.

Very pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, nice service, fair prices.
