Die besten Restaurants mit Gourmetrestaurant Essen in Freiburg im Breisgau

Thanks to a cancellation, we were able to spend the evening at short notice with a delicious menu in the Wolf's Cave. The wine accompaniment rounded off the menu.

Overall, it was a thoroughly successful evening characterized by excellent food, excellent service, great wines, flexibility and a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend the restaurant and will definitely come back!

What you would expect from a 1 star Michelin restaurant. Extremely good service (both in German and English). Flow of courses coming went fine until the fish course which took close to 20 min. Saw other tables having to wait as well (those who also had the taster menu) so not only us. The waiting staff seemed to bebstressing a tad over it, but no harm done. Will come back for sure…
