We bought two drinks – a total of €9, including €7 for the drinks and a €2 deposit. When we later tried to return the bottles, the waiter didn't refund the deposit but instead charged us another €2. It's absolutely incomprehensible how a restaurant could employ such an unfriendly and unprofessional person. It was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

We stopped to have some beers on our visit to Furth and we liked the place, very good local atmosphere.

For us the best restaurant in Grainau... the food is delicious, the prices are fair, the atmosphere is rustic and cozy and the owner is so warm and loving. She could even remember us after 2 days. We felt very comfortable!

Absolutely great for a canteen, you just have to like the boss Andi and respond to his jokes with a wink when paying. His boss Rosi cooks well and they are both very friendly and nice people. Consistently warm food, where else can you find that? Pleasant prices and good quality. Theme days: Chops on Monday, salt knuckles on Wednesday and fried fish on Friday. Roast for the weekend in Franconia anyway. Cecapcici and Rasnici are available alongside schnitzel and brodworschd a nu. If you're late If you want cheese bread or a biscuit bread, no problem either.
