Charlie's Café Bar in Regensburg

Dank NeoTaste haben wir diese Bar in Regensburg entdeckt. Tolles Ambiente, leckere Cocktails und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Burger haben wir leider nicht getestet, dafür aber beim nächsten Mal Definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Das Lokal ist super, die Bedienung schnell und freundlich, und Essen und Getränke sind sehr gut.

Mehrmals hat mich das Charlies nun schon zum Frühstücken nach Regensburg gelockt. Geschmacklich einfach super (vor allem die belegten Sauerteigbrote zum Frühstück), alles ansprechend angerichtet, netter Service, angenehme Atmosphäre und angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es gibt sowohl klassische Frühstücksteller mit Wurst, Käse, Brot aber auch Bowls und oben bereits genannte belegte Sauerteigbrote. Was will man mehr?

Leider waren wir dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht. Wir sind eigentlich treue Kunden und kommen sonst immer gerne, aber das Verhalten einer Mitarbeiterin mit braunen Haaren, Dutt und lockerer Sweatshirtjacke war absolut unangebracht. Sie war von Anfang an frech, lustlos und respektlos uns gegenüber. Am Ende waren wir komplett geschockt, weil ihre Aussage sogar bedrohlich rüberkam und sie zusätzlich noch nach Trinkgeld verlangt hat. Dabei geht es uns nicht ums Trinkgeld, den anderen Mitarbeiterinnen geben wir gerne Trinkgeld, wenn man freundlich behandelt wird. Aber dieses Verhalten war respektlos und unangenehm. So etwas sollte gegenüber Kunden wirklich nicht vorkommen.

Sehr nettes Lokal, wo ich bereits mehrfach gewesen bin. Sehr gute Burger und Cocktails. Lediglich die Pommes könnten frisch gemacht sein ☺️ dennoch sehr zu empfehlen

Der Service war leider schlecht. Die Bestellung hätte mit dem beworbenen Lunch-Deal 15,90€ kosten sollen. Die Kellnerin hat es leider nicht für nötig befunden uns den Tipp zu geben, dass sie von Anfang an wissen muss, dass man den Lunch Deal möchte. Deshalb war der Preis dann bei 24,70€. Darauf angesprochen, war die Kellnerin der Überzeugung, dass wir den Lunch Deal früher und expliziter bestellen hätten müssen. Wenn man um 12 Uhr zum Essen kommt, ist es mMn sehr offensichtlich, dass ein Lunch Deal eine Option ist. Service ist dann, darauf hingewiesen zu werden, dass der Deal passend wäre und man sich im Vorhinein überlegen muss, ob man diesen möchte.

Das Charlie’s ist aktuell genau der Laden, den viele suchen, modern, stylisch und gleichzeitig entspannt genug, um wirklich gerne Zeit dort zu verbringen. Die Karte ist breit aufgestellt, von Frühstück über Lunch bis hin zu Dinner und Drinks am Abend. Gerade die Gerichte wirken nicht nur gut durchdacht, sondern sind auch optisch stark, was den Spot natürlich zusätzlich attraktiv macht. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Details gelegt wird, ohne dass es gekünstelt wirkt. Was für mich besonders hängen bleibt, ist die Atmosphäre. Hier gibt es eine gewisse Leichtigkeit, also lebendig, aber nicht hektisch, eher ein Ort, an dem man sich bewusst trifft und auch mal länger bleibt. Genau diese Mischung macht ihn aktuell zu einem schönen Hotspot in Regensburg.

Leckere Nudeln und Gnocchi und Espresso und frisch gepresster Saft. Draußen sitzen in der Sonne. Ambiente eher halb-schön. Kein bio kein glutenfrei.

Wir waren am Abend dort, optisch ein schöner Laden. Das Essen war aber nichts Besonderes. Mir hat es beim Burger etwas an Würze gefehlt. Was mir besonders negativ aufgefallen ist: Der Kellner hat sich nach dem Niesen in die Hand diese nicht gewaschen und beim Abservieren in die benutzten Gläser gefasst. Danach wäre Händewaschen ebenfalls angebracht gewesen.

Richtig schön hier. Sobald wir in Regensburg sind, ist es Pflicht ins Charlie's zu gehen.

Angenehm und friedlich, nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt

Wir waren die letzten Jahre immer sehr begeistert vor allem vom Frühstück, leider hat die Qualität nachgelassen sodass wir leider nicht mehr kommen werden.

Stylisches Restaurant sowohl zum leckeren Essengehen als auch für Drinks und Cocktails prima geeignet. Neben einem umfangreichen Frühstücksangebot gibt's einen Mittags-Deal sowie eine gut ausgewählte Speisekarte. Das Essen ist qualitativ hochwertig und top zubereitet. Besonderes erwähnen will ich den hervorragenden und herzlichen Service. War ganz große Klasse!

Tolle Location, gute Cocktail-Karte und auch Essen Top. Im Sommer kann man sehr gut im Außenbereich sitzen.

Ich hatte einen richtig schönen Abend im Charlie’s. Die Atmosphäre dort ist total cool – entspannt, stilvoll und einfach ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt und den Abend genießen kann. Unser Abend wurde zusätzlich noch dadurch besonders schön, dass wir von Julia bedient wurden. Sie war die ganze Zeit über sehr aufmerksam, unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Man hat einfach gemerkt, dass sie sich wirklich um die Gäste kümmert. Dank ihr hatten wir einen rundum gelungenen Abend. Ich komme auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!

Selten einen so guten Service gesehen! Sehr aufmerksam und schnell. Der Kellner hat eindeutig eine Gehaltserhöhung verdient😉 Getränke waren geil. Essen war liebevoll angerichtet. Geschmacklich waren die Gnocchis aber nicht so meins. Am Ende haben wir noch eine Runde Shots aufs Haus bekommen. Danke für alles.☺️

Flotter Service. Sehr gute Karte und tolles Lokal. Vielleicht ein wenig laut, wenn voll ist. Essen ist zu empfehlen. Die Größe und Qualität der Burger sinkt leider über die letzten Monate betrachtet und war leider schon einmal deutlich besser.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Charlie's. Es wirkt insgesamt eher gehoben, auch die Preise sind eher im oberen Bereich angesiedelt. Der Service war freundlich und schnell, auch unser bestelltes Frühstück war ruckzuck auf dem Tisch. Unser Tisch war nicht ganz so optimal, da es ein sehr düsteres Eck war. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung/Deko auch sehr dunkel gehalten. Wir hatten einen 2 für 1 Gutschein aus dem Gutscheinbuch, der problemlos akzeptiert wurde. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichlich, trotzdem waren wir uns einig, dass wir zum regulären Preis wohl kaum hier frühstücken werden, da wir dann für ein Frühstück mit Kaffee pro Person über 20€ bezahlt hätten.

Charli’s Bar ist einfach mein Lieblingsort! Die besten Cocktails der Stadt, eine unglaublich tolle Atmosphäre und ein Service, der besonders freundlich und herzlich ist. Das Essen ist köstlich und alles zusammen macht das Erlebnis perfekt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen: Ich gehe mindestens einmal im Monat hin und bin jedes Mal begeistert. Definitiv die beste Bar in Regensburg! 🍹✨

Bei veganem Lebensstil oder auch Allergien/ Unverträglichkeiten meiner Meinung nach nicht zu empfehlen. Ein laut Karte mehrfach als vegan deklarierter Burger ist laut Aussage der Bedienung, welche auf Bitten auch nochmal in der Küche nachgefragt habe, lediglich vegetarisch. Warum der Burger denn dann als vegan deklariert wird ist mir nicht klar. Und dem Lokal - so hatte ich zumindest den Eindruck - völlig egal. Hätte ich bei der Bestellung nicht den „Veggie Burger“ in den „veganen Burger“ (der einzige auf der Karte) umgetauft, hätte ich wohl unwissentlich tierische Produkte konsumiert, was bei einer Allergie oder einer Unverträglichkeit auch ganz schon in die Hose gehen kann. Anstelle dessen habe ich mehr als eine Belehrung erhalten, dass „Veggie“ für vegetarisch stünde und nicht für vegan. Vielen Dank dafür, aber der Hinweis, dass die Art der Deklarierung eindeutig irreführend und täuschend ist, wurde nur mit einem unfreundlichen „Ich bin hier nur angestellt“ abgewunken. Ab da bestand dann auch kein Vertrauen mehr in das Restaurant, dass andere als vegan gekennzeichnete Gerichte tatsächlich vegan sind. Entsprechende Zweifel und Nachfragen wurden nur unfreundlich und genervt entgegengenommen. In einem anderen Rahmen hätte ich wohl kein Essen mehr bestellt und wäre lieber in eins der zahlreichen anderen Restaurants mit veganfreundlicher Küche und freundlichem Service in der Umgebung gegangen. Die erhaltene (und hoffentlich vegane) Teriyaki Bowl war geschmacklich okay. Alles in allem aber keine Empfehlung.

Tolles Essen mit guter Auswahl, leckere Drinks, schönes Ambiente. Perfekt für After Work Abende. Und freundlicher Service.

Super leckere Frühstücks Teller. Die Kellner waren äußerst nett und haben uns einen besseren Platz geheben als eigentlich reserviert, damit unser Kinderwagen neben uns stehen konnte.

Wir waren am eiskalten Sonntag zum aufwärmen da. Kaffee, heiße Schokolade, Essen war alles lecker 😋 Und ein toller Service! Lena (glaube ich war der Name?) war super nett und gut gelaunt. 😊 Ich war zum ersten mal da und komme sicher wieder!

Wir waren hier zum frühstücken und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Qualität der Speisen war richtig gut und was uns besonders beeindruckt hat, war dieser zuvorkommende und freundliche Service. Wir hatten das Glück heute von Lea bedient worden zu sein, die uns immer mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen und tollen Empfehlungen begegnet ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super netter Service, wenig Wartezeit. Essen super schön angerichtet, frisch und lecker, allerdings war die Qualität des Schinkens beim Frühstück sehr durchschnittlich, Müsli dafür echt gut.

Ich war heute mit Freunden in diesem Restaurant und sind leider sehr enttäuscht. Bei der Online-Reservierung wurde vom Restaurant selbst eine Aufenthaltsdauer von 3 Stunden angegeben, worauf wir uns natürlich eingestellt haben. Zu Beginn lief alles gut: Essen und Getränke kamen schnell, was positiv hervorzuheben ist. Allerdings wurden wir nach dem Essen sehr häufig gefragt, ob wir noch etwas bestellen möchten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wollten wir gerade noch nichts, hätten aber später definitiv noch etwas bestellt. Nach etwa 2 Stunden (also eine ganze Stunde früher als angegeben) kam dann die Kellnerin und teilte uns mit, dass wir jetzt zahlen müssten, da die nächste Reservierung ansteht. Das empfanden wir als sehr unhöflich und respektlos – vor allem, da noch andere Tische frei waren. So fühlt man sich einfach hinausgeworfen. Zusätzlich war mein Essen (Pasta mit Scampi) leider geschmacklich enttäuschend und nahezu ohne Geschmack. Das Essen meiner Freunde war ebenfalls vom Geschmack nicht überzeugend. Generell finde ich es problematisch, dass hier überhaupt eine feste Aufenthaltsdauer vorgegeben wird – besonders, wenn das Lokal bis 0 Uhr geöffnet ist und eher Bar-Charakter hat. Wenn diese Zeit dann nicht einmal eingehalten wird, ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Entweder muss das bei der Reservierung klar und transparent kommuniziert werden oder die Organisation entsprechend angepasst werden. Ein Hinweis im Online-Reservierungssystem wäre das Mindeste gewesen. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschender Abend. So ein Umgang mit Gästen geht für mich gar nicht – dieses Lokal werde ich definitiv nicht wieder besuchen.

Das Verhalten der Kellnerin war inakzeptabel. Wir betraten das Lokal und machten am Eingang einen Schritt nach vorn, als sie uns auf schreckliche Weise anging. Es tut mir sehr leid, und sie muss lernen, sich zu benehmen. Absolut inakzeptabel.

Essen war gut. Wäre die Servicekraft nicht. Genervt, unaufmerksam und unfreundlich. Wechselt das Personal…!

For breakfast, I had a delicious bowl with berries and fruit, along with a cappuccino made with oat milk. The total cost was just under €20, not exactly cheap, but it was tasty, beautifully presented, and the service was very attentive and friendly.

A few times I've thought to myself as I walked by: it looks good from the outside, I have to go in. Now the time has come. It looks good inside too, a pleasant atmosphere, relaxed, pretty much to my taste. There were several things on the menu that appealed to me. As a fan of classic carpaccio, I wasn't a fan of Charlie's interpretation with pickled peppers and olives. It could have been marinated instead. Next time I'll order the bruschetta; my friend said it was very good. The salad with goat cheese was good, and the baked apple rings (daily special) for dessert were also delicious. I'm already looking forward to my next visit – there are still plenty of good things on the menu.

Charlie's is the perfect place to be any time of day! Whether it's breakfast, lunch, a coffee, or a cozy get-together in the evening, there's something for everyone. We especially recommend the "Charlie in Love" breakfast for two – it's sure to satisfy! Charlie's also caters to vegetarians and vegans and offers a diverse selection of drinks, including delicious homemade iced teas and lemonades. 😍 The location is perfect. A parking garage is just a few meters away, and the city center is only a short walk away. 🛍️ The staff is also very friendly, and you'll feel right at home! ☺️

Dear Charlie's Team, I'm writing to you because I've been a regular customer for years and really appreciate your café. Unfortunately, I have to complain about a recurring situation that has happened to me and my companions several times now. In the past few weeks, a black male employee asked us to leave the outside seating – after we had already been seated by a female colleague and had placed our orders. His justification was always that he had "promised" the seating to guests inside as soon as a space became available outside. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I myself have worked in the restaurant industry for years, and something like this would never happen at our place. If guests are already seated and have ordered, the team takes responsibility for any misunderstandings internally – the guests don't have to get up for this. Today, I tried to speak to the shift supervisor or management. A colleague was present and said, verbatim: "With us, no customer is king, because we don't take any nonsense." I want to emphasize: I'm not talking about anyone "taking any nonsense," but about us as guests being treated fairly. If the team makes a mistake, it shouldn't be at the expense of the guests. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and discuss internally how such situations can be avoided in the future. I actually really enjoy coming to your restaurant and would like to be able to sit down with you in a relaxed and respectful manner again – without arguments after ordering.

Thanks to today's service staff – we received such a warm welcome with two babies, something you rarely experience. The baby chairs were spotlessly clean, and even the man at the bar was thoughtful enough to turn the music down a bit. We'll be back!

We've been there several times for lunch and were always satisfied. Unfortunately, this time we were a bit disappointed. With the schnitzel, you really had to search for the meat in the breading. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio wasn't right today...

Absolutely recommend! I go to Charlie's regularly and always enjoy coming back. Whether for a hearty breakfast, a quick business lunch during my lunch break, or dinner. There's a diverse selection of food and drinks for everyone, so you can try your way through the menu. The atmosphere, both inside and outside, is super pleasant and invites you to stay for another drink. The service is also super friendly and polite; you feel truly welcome here. So, all in all, a clear recommendation!

Serving four tiny slices of white baguette and one small slice of whole-wheat baguette for a breakfast that costs €16.50—okay. The young, dark-haired waitress today, however, was beyond unfriendly. "Thank you" and "goodbye" should be basic service. Thank you, not again.

We've become regulars here and are completely satisfied every time. The burgers are always delicious, and the fries offer a great variety. We're especially enthusiastic about the mocktails! Super tasty, creatively mixed, and simply refreshing. The ambiance invites you to stay longer and enjoy the evening. The service is always friendly, attentive, and never intrusive. A highlight for us every time!

We've been there several times, and this time for lunch – it was once again a dream! The location invites you to a cozy get-together. The service is very attentive and friendly. Our burgers and sides tasted fantastic and the quality was top-notch – especially the truffle fries! The salads are also very fresh. On our last visit, we were there for breakfast, and we can confirm that the quality is consistent. We'll be back very soon :)

Very friendly atmosphere, great breakfast selection, and friendly service. However, the service was less attentive after the meal was served, so we couldn't order any more drinks. You get a good service, but you also have to pay accordingly. Update: Dinner is similar; you get a good service, but you also pay for it. What we found a bit outrageous is the charge for ketchup and mayo with your burger/fries.

I had the vegan burger, which tasted really awful (four friends thought so too). I wanted to return it. After all, I expected it to taste good for €15 just for the burger, and then I was charged for it anyway. So, 70% of the burger was returned... Yeah, it was even more unpleasant when I got the bill.

It looks awful in the photos, but inside, it quickly became clear that the staff was completely uninterested in your experience. I had the rib-eye steak, which was too raw and tasteless. I politely pointed it out, but nothing was done about it, and I blame them for that.

A cool cafe for outdoor seating, especially in nice weather like today, sunny and with fresh air. The lemonade is really good and the staff is friendly.

The breakfast was very good. I had one with salmon and a fried egg. Otherwise, I thought it was a shame that Emmental cheese was everywhere. The service was very friendly.

The burgers were truly outstanding – the taste was absolutely top-notch! You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality and preparation here; I was really impressed with the food. The burgers are quite expensive, and sides are only available for a fee. (Burger + fries with sauce €23-25 per person) Unfortunately, the service somewhat dampened the positive impression. The waitress was unfriendly, rude, and generally seemed very annoyed – as a guest, you unfortunately don't feel welcome there. That's a shame ☹️, because good food alone isn't enough if the surroundings aren't up to scratch. The combination of great cuisine and disappointing service isn't much fun – so we're considering whether to return again.

A taste experience you shouldn't miss every time. But Charlie's isn't just about the food. The ambiance is truly chic and modern, making a visit particularly pleasant. It's the ideal place to meet up with friends or spend a relaxing evening. And for those hot summer days, there's another plus: you can sit outside and enjoy a cocktail. That's unbeatable, especially in the warmer months. Speaking of cocktails: I really like that they offer Monkey 47 Gin! It shows that they value quality, and the Monkey 47 makes every gin and tonic a truly delicious experience. Whether for a burger treat, a relaxed cocktail evening, or simply to enjoy the stylish ambience – Charlie's Restaurant Café Bar is a clear recommendation!

We stopped by Charlie's just for a drink and received very friendly service. The selection of drinks was very large, and you could sit comfortably outside.

I go to your restaurant regularly because I really enjoy your burgers. My visit yesterday at lunchtime (between 12 and 1 p.m.) was all the more disappointing, as I experienced a very unpleasant situation with a waitress with blond hair. First, she took our order – I ordered two portions of mayonnaise, and a friend ordered another. When the food arrived, only one portion was served. When I politely pointed out that two were missing, the waitress became visibly annoyed and replied rudely that she would bring them. Then she returned with only one more portion. I calmly said again that it was still not the entire order, but she walked away without saying a word, again visibly annoyed. When she later returned with the bill, she suddenly switched to English, even though we had been speaking German the whole time. I continued to answer in German – I speak German well and feel confident in the language. After paying, I said "Thank you," whereupon she simply walked away wordlessly and angrily, without saying goodbye. I don't know what her problem was—but such unfriendly treatment of guests is completely uncalled for. Especially since I've always enjoyed visiting your restaurant, this experience has genuinely upset me. I sincerely hope you train your staff accordingly. Friendliness and respect aren't extras, but the foundation of good service.

We were there with a large group, and the waitresses were visibly annoyed with us, or just generally. The service was unfriendly, the clearing was unfriendly, and when we asked once where two drinks were (after the food was almost finished and the two drinks were still missing), we were met with an incredibly rude and aggressive response. This simply ruins the entire nice ambiance, etc., and makes you feel uncomfortable interacting with the waitresses.

Pleasant surroundings, friendly service. The bowls and salads were very good, and the homemade lemonade and iced tea were fresh and tasty. We'll try the burgers next time.

Unfortunately, the interior design doesn't reflect the dissatisfaction with the service. The music is very loud, even after we asked for it to be turned down a bit. The waitress is particularly unfriendly. They left after a quick drink instead of eating their planned breakfast. We hope that more emphasis will be placed on guest satisfaction in the future, as it is an essential part of a pleasant dining experience.

We first discovered Charlie's through Neotaste. We've been going there regularly for a few months now. We've tried all the burgers, the truffle fries, the pesto pasta with chicken, and the breakfast bagels, and we've been blown away by the flavor every time. The price/performance ratio is completely justified, and the staff are all very friendly and attentive. The ambiance is simply perfect.

We've been there for dinner many times. The food and drinks have been perfect every time. The ambiance is perfectly balanced both inside and out. The atmosphere is always friendly. For a few months now, Charlie's has been our favorite location in Regensburg 🫶🏻

Although it says breakfast is available in front of the door until 14:00 PM, they said there was none when I asked. The service is very inexperienced, but the atmosphere and the food are great.

We ordered so many different things, and every single one was incredibly delicious! We haven't had such good food and drinks in a long time. The service was unobtrusive, fast, and everything arrived at the same time. Truly fantastic 😍😋 We'd go back anytime!

I would happily recommend the burgers. One star deduction for the spring rolls as a starter. I found 6.50 for two mini rolls to be way over the top. Otherwise, great atmosphere and extremely nice, young staff (as well as the guests).

We had breakfast at Charlie’s. The breakfast for 2 is really great. Great selection and also very pleasing to the eye. The only thing that can be improved is the sausage selection. The ham, salami and turkey breast are not of very high quality. The rest including the truffle spread was a dream! The service is also excellent.

The food is consistently delicious, I especially like the burgers! Breakfast is also a real treat. What really makes Charlie’s special is not just the great food, but also the outstanding service: always friendly, attentive and, above all, child-friendly – ​​which is very important to me personally. We have also been there several times for special occasions: we celebrated birthdays, a wedding and even our own civil wedding at Charlie's - everything went absolutely smoothly and perfectly. The organization, the ambience and the price-performance ratio have convinced us every time. I am completely thrilled and always enjoy coming back – a real favorite place!

Nice and calm atmosphere with seating inside and outside. The service could be more attentive, it made us wait far too long to take our order. The food, however, was very tasty. We had the veggie burger and the baked potato.

Charlie’s is simply my absolute favorite restaurant in Regensburg! I really come here often - and there are good reasons for that: the food is always delicious, the drinks are fantastic and the service is unbeatably warm. You feel welcome and in good hands from the first moment. I've been a mom since September, and I can absolutely recommend Charlie's even with a child. It is a place where you feel comfortable - whether alone, with friends or family. I rarely write Google reviews, but for such a great restaurant I just had to make an exception. Clear recommendation! ❤️

I have to admit, I somehow didn't even have the place on my radar. Was there once at the opening and spontaneously went for lunch today. We were amazed at how diverse the menu is. There was something for everyone here. From schnitzel to burgers, pasta and salad. The breakfast menu has also been well upgraded. The prices are reasonable. Very fast, nice service and the ambience invites you to linger. And what's more, it's a dog-friendly restaurant 🐾 water was offered for the dog immediately upon entry. Schnitzel was very tasty and a large portion. The potatoes weren't salted enough for my taste, but you can quickly remedy this yourself 😉 Salt was added immediately. The Kaiserschmarrn as a dessert is perfect for sharing and perfectly fluffy 👌 We'd love to come back and test our way through the menu further.

The selection of food, the quality and the ambience are great, BUT: the behavior of the (female) service staff is a no go! At the reception she took the menus without saying a word or a greeting, slammed them on our reserved table and simply continued on her way. When I asked where the cloakroom was, she wordlessly pointed in an undefined direction in the room. Order taking: listless, taciturn, lazy, there were several guests at the table and at least one was unerringly ignored when the lady deigned to ask us if we would like to order something else... we didn't want to, we didn't want a tip either, sorry, that's just not possible and thank you very much! Uninterested body language and facial expressions, annoyed answers - maybe the young lady should think about changing industries - something WITHOUT people. It was really impossible - I've never experienced anything like that and it ruined our evening. The shop was half empty, so the lady couldn't have been stressed. The male colleague who partly served at our table, on the other hand, was friendly, polite, attentive - normal for the service area. Would have given 5 stars without the service experience, but like that... There are other cool locations in Regensburg, Charlie's will probably no longer be our first to tenth choice.

Highly recommended, delicious food, nice staff, clean restaurant

Wir waren schon öfters dort, normalerweise immer zufrieden. Essen ist preislich in Ordnung, „normal“, schmeckt dafür leider nicht sonderlich. Die schlechteste Pasta die ich leider je gegessen habe. Trotzdem waren wir noch positiv gestimmt. Nach längerer Wartezeit der Nachbestellung der Drinks bekamen wir dazu eine Info, wir müssen doch in 10 min weg sein. Und dass, obwohl wir soeben erst die Getränke bekommen haben. Da das bei alkoholischen Getränken für uns unmöglich war und wir diese auch sicherlich nicht exen wollten, vor allem nicht wegen eines Fehlers des Personals, beeilten wir uns zwar, konnten diese 10 Minuten aber natürlich nicht mehr einhalten. Darauf hin haben wir böse Blicke einer gewissen blonden Bedienung bekommen, die anschließend sogar bei uns auf den Tisch gehauen hat - für eine Bedienung ein absolutes NO GO - wir waren abgrundtief sauer über diesen Restaurantbesuch !!!

There were nine of us in the restaurant with a reservation. We ordered drinks, food and desserts, but were told we only had 2 hours. It was very unpleasant because the staff kept doing a kind of countdown, e.g. B. someone came to us and said: “You still have 10 minutes.” A friend of ours just wanted to order fries, but she wasn't allowed to pay for them separately. They said you couldn't separate the fries from the hamburger menu, even though she only ordered fries. Overall it wasn't a good experience unfortunately. I cannot recommend the restaurant because of this behavior.

Came here for birthday celebration but stuff were kinda mean to us. Like the food but the treatment was not that good.
