Yesterday we were guests at Shiraz in its new location and with a new chef. The ambience of the restaurant, which is now located in the oldest inn in Wuppertal, is very nice and characterized by a homely atmosphere. We were excited to see new chef Reyad Danah's creations and we were not disappointed in any way. The young gentleman knows his craft. His creations are clearly on a star level. All dishes were extremely tasty with finely balanced components. Of course, the team around Maitre Serkan Akgün also shone with the well-known and experienced service that one could already enjoy in the previous location. We will happily continue to be regular guests at Shiraz.

HE HAS SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL - THE TRACE GARDEN AT THE OTTENBRUCH TRAIN STATION on the NORDBAHNTRASSE in WUPPERTAL. What keeps drawing us there? Like just yesterday evening, the 20 km there from Ennepetal and back again after dinner. Our top priority is the WARMTH of all SERVERS, not only from the owner Berislav himself, but you can feel HIS TEAM is behind HIM and HE is behind his TEAM. Accordingly, there is a small, exquisite, very tasty, selected range of food and drinks that taste good and bring joy. And this ROUND PACKAGE often entices us to go to the TRASSENGARTEN again and again. Everything is REAL there. THE KINDNESS THE KINDNESS THE OPERATION THE SELECTED DISHES and even the CANDLELIGHT that was placed on our table yesterday at nightfall. AND at the end we treated ourselves to some ICE CREAM, WE still had 20 km to go back, and then it was already dark in front of us.
