Pizza overpriced, cheese dough surcharge of €8 and the pizza tastes like nothing. The two of us paid €45 together. Pizzablitz has suddenly become a restaurant, you don't even pay that much there. Once and never again

We ordered two pizzas from Lieferando. The pizzas were a disaster. It didn't taste good. The dough was soggy. The ingredients tasted almost like nothing. We cannot recommend it.

It's a shame, we were happy to forgive the mistake on the first order because a replacement was delivered straight away. But this time we decide not to order anymore. All requested additional pizza toppings were left out despite the extra charge, again. The pasta dish was warmed up and didn't taste fresh. Very unfortunate... The driver does a great job 👍, unfortunately the kitchen doesn't 😔

I can only agree with the negative reviews. I had the same problem, ordered at 8:30 p.m. via Lieferando. Nothing happens 10:00 p.m. I call the BK Karlsruhe Kaiserstr on the recommendation of Lieferando. The result of 3 calls: a totally annoyed lady answers the phone with an Indian accent. I explain my situation to her, she rudely interrupts me and says no order here, no order received, problems from Lieferando, it would be completely normal at this time that there would be no drivers available. I explain to her again that I ordered at 8:30 p.m. not just 10 minutes ago... I can't get to the end again, she interrupts me again and asks if I don't understand you and she doesn't have time for it, it's Lieferando's problem and insults/curses me in a language I don't know. I told her clearly that I understood you better than she probably did and that I would like to speak to management or a superior. The answer is again a stupid answer and the lady hangs up on me coldly. Now everyone can explain to themselves what else is available at this time: nothing! I will never donate just one cent to this club again! This lady needs a supervisor to retrain her in dealing with customers very urgently, what a shame!

I've eaten at burgerme several times, in the restaurant, for pickup or for delivery. The burgers are super tasty, as are the vegan options. A big plus is that the burgers are actually as big as the packaging. The place is small and cute and pleasant to eat there. Pick-up has always worked without any problems and there were no problems with delivery, except that the delivery people never found the back building (the food arrived, the delivery person was usually in the front building and waited/called). Employees and delivery people are always friendly!

I ordered from you for the first time via Lieferando. The food came to me quickly. For the price, the portion was large, it was really hot and tasted really delicious. The salad was also fresh, the tomatoes and cucumber were also crunchy. The delivery person was very friendly. I can't say anything about the ambience because I ate at home.

Very good pizza! The hamburgers were also very good, big and juicy. Recommended!
