People look when you take the food to go to see if everything is in there or the right one. I pay €3 for extras and get everything normally and with the fries you pay €1 extra for 100ml dip and that's missing. I could have saved €4 with fast food

Exquisite fast food with a wide range of menu choices and the staff is even friendly enough to accidentally put 3-5 extra sauces here and there despite the high number of visitors, the ambience and the room design are well thought out and timely according to 10/10

The order takes forever on the screen, as does the payment. And 16 minutes!!!! waited for food. It says “don’t feel like waiting”. Haha, I missed the bus. Is this supposed to be fast food? Pure disappointment.

We waited 80 minutes for our order. Admittedly, it was busy, but the orders were not prepared in order. New orders were given priority, old orders apparently disappeared. When asked, I had to hand in my invoice so that my order could be processed. Of course that doesn't work at all. As a small side note, it should be noted that the McChicken was cold and didn't taste as usual. We also received a completely wrong burger. The employees were friendly, but also extremely overwhelmed. I also work in retail, so I understand a lot of things. But that was just nothing today.

I don't understand the comments here. I've eaten here many times or taken away food for friends. Everything was freshly prepared, with crunchy vegetables, crispy, juicy meat and good seasoning and all at a price that you rarely find anywhere else. I like the charm of the place and the owner is very friendly. It's a shame that some of our regular customers give such bad feedback. Absolutely underrated. There aren't many places in Cotta for relaxed meetings, but this is exactly the kind of place that should be valued more. You meet a colorful mix of people here - as it should be. Just give a little tip when you're there.

It is never open. I live close to it and had never seen it open.
