Die besten Hähnchen von ganz Solingen! Haben leider zur Zeit geschlossen, ich hoffe das sie bald wieder Öffnen!!!

The staff works quickly and keeps the waiting time to a minimum. I think it's even above the King's standard. The nuggets were wonderfully crispy, but the burgers were unusually dry. Even though the paddies are the same everywhere, they seem thinner here... Overall good but unfortunately also very expensive.

I just ordered a small fries (to take away on site). The employee then grabbed the fries from the bowl into a plastic box using his hands (wearing gloves). As soon as I left the store I unpacked everything and ate the first one. This was cold. All others too. I find it an absolute disgrace. He should have noticed that they were cold and given me new ones and not old cold ones.

Fuel is much more expensive here than other stations.

Were at the drive in with colleagues. You used to get 2 x Big King XXL in the menu for €9.99. Now just a Big King XXL costs €13.50! Went to McDonalds.

10 minutes for a chicken burger, catastrophic management and catastrophic coordination. The ladies and gentlemen should be aware that they work at a central station. Endless wait times coupled with staff who seem very overwhelmed. Of course, they make customers wait 10 minutes for a chicken burger. No stars for food and service, as I returned my order receipt and the receipt, asking them to give them away because I didn't get my food in time and had to catch the train. Never again McDonald's. I understand why things are getting worse in Solingen! Perhaps instead of relying on cheap staff, they should try to find employees who aren't at the bottom of society when it comes to organization and oversight. It sounds harsh, but when you pay and leave without food, you know where you stand!
