I last ordered 2 years ago because there was always something wrong with the order. I've ordered from you twice now and it's always been perfect.

Today I waited over 20 minutes for two coffees and two cheeseburgers, which I ordered with table service. Even after 20 minutes no one came and I had to go to the counter to ask, it was obviously forgotten or simply ignored. The burgers were out of the counter and cold.

I got 3 cheeseburgers, one of which I got discounted with a coupon from the app. When I wanted to get my free fries, which I “earned😂😂” based on the points I collected in the app, the lady at the counter said that it wasn’t possible at this McDonald’s branch. I know that wasn't true because I used to do a mini-job at McDonald's and if you can scan the coupon, you can also scan these free fries. She gave me an ice cold and totally bold face lying. Worst customer service in the world (in my opinion) and there were 12 cheeseburgers or something in the warming box. My cheeseburgers were accordingly old (older than 10 minutes, which breaks the rule of quality). 0/10 vallah. Never McDonald’s there again
