I placed an online pre-order through UberEats. I placed the order at 5 p.m. for 10:30 p.m. (within opening hours). I then canceled the order at 11:20 p.m. because the order hadn't arrived and no one had contacted me. I can't recommend having food delivered at all. Very poor service; I wish I could give it fewer stars!

The iceberg lettuce wasn't fresh and for €8 you would expect a bit more.

We had the salami and ham pizzas. A truly delicious, crispy, yet fluffy pizza...just like the ones at Pizza Hut. The sauces provided (garlic sauce and a red hot sauce) are also great! We'd happily come back 😊

Total rip-off, no topping and extra price!

When you try a new pizzeria, you usually don't discover anything special. However, I have to say that the pizza (I had the Kentucky version) really surprised me in a positive way. It had a cheese crust and was incredibly delicious. It's not a classic "pan pizza" with a thick base, like you might find at Pizza Hut, but I was still more than satisfied. You have my recommendation – thank you!

The pan pizzas taste very good there, and I also think the idea with the sauces is great.👌🏻 What would be great if it were noted (e.g. on the menu) is the fact that the cheese crust pizzas are not pan pizzas, but flat ones. 😊

Today we ordered take away food which was absolutely terrible. I got a pizza margherita and a pizza salami was all 2 margherita. They're priced like a real pizzeria and aren't even Margherita Italian. Never again

I ordered at 5:46 p.m. and after repeated inquiries the order was still not ready by 8:15 p.m. We had visitors there and the children were hungry. The pizza may never be the best pizza in the world again! I've never experienced anything like that.

I waited more than 2 hours for a pizza and a pasta! I ordered from Lieferando and then received the order confirmation where it said delivery time was more than 2 hours. I then called and asked why it took more than 2 hours for a pizza and pasta. Then he said something about the order and the driver… I absolutely can't understand it. Poor performance!

Very good Pizza! If someone likes a thick crust, this is the perfect replacement for the thick-crust Pizza Hut, i.e. PanPizzy. Large Pepperoni pizza €12. Very nice fluffy and light cake. The sauce on the dough is slightly sweet and slightly spicy. The cheese and pepperoni are quite good. If Pizza hut in my place is 9.5/10, then Mr. Pizza in Mülheim is 9/10! Unfortunately, the garlic and spicy sauces that we get for free on pizza are a nightmare! Garlic acid is pure acid! The hot sauce, however, smells like some Mexican sauce, and the taste is nothing but spicy! Sauces 0/10! Overall great and I recommend trying it.

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, nice staff. Was there for the first time today and I was immediately impressed. Had a medium tuna sucuk pizza with a cheese crust and was completely full afterwards. The price-performance ratio is great. A garlic sauce and a hot sauce are also served with the pizza. It was exactly fitting. I would love to come back again.

They don't skimp on the cheese! Everything is incredibly delicious, especially the pizza dough at the bottom, golden brown hmmm... Were there with 2 adults and 3 children, Very quiet and pleasant atmosphere and were children friendly. And to be honest with the prices these days I have to say, finally prices that haven't increased, fair prices! We know every time we come here today it will taste good.

For a homesick American living in the area, this place really fits the bill. Great pizza. Friendly staff. Awesome sauces! A welcome change of pace from those basic floppy flat pies you have to eat with a fork that you get everywhere else, but doesn't taste cheap like the Dominos chains either. Is it junk food? Absolutely, but not in the pejorative sense. It's junk food that tastes like a warm hug and is actually worth the calories. Been here five times and it's official. Pan Pizza rocks!

The menu is varied, the pizza is particularly impressive with three size options (small, medium and large) as well as the option to choose an extra cheese crust - a recommendation for cheese lovers! Pasta dishes, salads or baguettes are also available, which provides additional variety. The pizza tasted good and it was great value for money. The service really stands out: the staff are always friendly and have a smile on their faces, which is rare these days and a big plus. You can choose to enjoy the dishes on site, take them away or have them delivered, which increases flexibility. Toilet is ok. Please be careful with the warm water as it gets very hot. All in all, a clear recommendation. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back!
