I've eaten there a few times with a friend and it's really tasty, but the last time I was served by an intern, and I can only estimate that there was still some foil leftover from the kebab in my friend's food. Otherwise really delicious!

Ordered there for the first time and was delivered late and the wrong food. Lasagna doesn't taste good, all in all it cost us €28 which we should have saved, it's a shame.

A nicer store in itself. The food is so-so for the price but definitely okay. Nevertheless, me and my partner will not come to this restaurant again because the strong guy at the checkout was very unfriendly. Starting with the fact that he complained that we weren't sure what we wanted to order at the beginning, a generally unfriendly demeanor towards us and the fact that he pointed out to another customer in a clearly audible volume that a flag would be handed over (we were able to not find out) and that he would like to throw him out. Definitely not again

We were there for the first time today. It was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly. The food was hot and freshly prepared.

Calling me and complaining that I’m “too far away,” 14 miles according to Google Maps. On the phone it said 30 kilometers. And then boldly ask me if I want to order something up to €50.00 on top of my €25.00 because I'm no longer in the delivery area. — Then change your kilometer delivery area in the app and stop cheekily encouraging your customers to order more! There was also no free cola, even though it reached €25.00. Stop advertising something that isn't happening either way. Pure incompetence. The last time here. But the delivery person was nice and the food was good. I have to be honest like that.

I've also seen something like this in Germany. I wanted to order the MacSmart Menu, they gave me something else.. Well, ok, maybe it no longer exists on the menu, then ok... I ordered another burger. They told me 2 minutes, I stood waiting, I saw how the worker took my burger with her bare hands, how she took the salad, and all the contents without gloves, and obviously she did not wash her hands before. After that, I lost my appetite, my friend and I didn’t eat the burgers, but since I didn’t take the receipt, we brought her to change them... we only ate ice cream. I won't come here again

Food-wise, it's a Burger King like any other. But that was it. If you use the drive-thru, everything may be okay. However, if you want to eat on site, it's an 'experience'. You have to order at the counter (no self-service terminals) with employees who are clearly overwhelmed. Orders are accepted by several people before anything is processed. You don't receive a receipt and you have to hope that everything you ordered and paid for is on the tray at the end. Cleanliness in the dining room seems to be a foreign concept, the floor and tables are sticky, the tray trolleys are overflowing and we'd better not even talk about the toilets...

I waited 45 minutes for the food, yes it's Saturday and yes, there were special requests, but sorry, that's just too long... The staff seemed overwhelmed and not eager to serve the increasingly annoyed customers.
