Grill Meister in Euskirchen

I ordered a doner pizza, but it had very little meat. It was all cheese and not tasty at all.

A very nice, pleasant, and family-friendly restaurant. Quality is a priority here. My family and I have made it our regular restaurant when we're in Euskirchen and the surrounding area. Friendly staff, fair prices, and very tasty 👍 Definitely deserved 5 🌟

Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I ordered a Wiener Schnitzel and was very disappointed: • The schnitzel didn't look like a real Wiener Schnitzel. I was told on the phone that it was pre-made. That doesn't seem fresh or high-quality to me. • It's supposed to weigh 180g – I have serious doubts about its appearance and size. • The fries were dry and hard. Particularly negative: When I politely asked if I could send a picture, the man on the phone became rude. His response: "I don't care what you think." – absolutely not good customer service.

The staff was actually nice, but the fries were dry and, as mentioned in other reviews, simply tasted like old oil. I wouldn't go there again.

The kebab simply doesn't taste good. It's full of fat, the meat is tough, and the bread is sloppy. The wet wipes are dry.

Grillmeister is no longer correct, as we don't grill here anymore... But it's still delicious!

The shop itself looks good but the food is just disgusting, stay away from the kebab, the bread is as thin as a key and the sauce drips. The pizza is even worse, the bread dough is also very thin and not appetizing, with each order I got angry that I paid for something like that!

I was a regular customer at Grillmeister for over three and a half years because I worked nearby at a medical practice. At first, everything was great—good food, friendly service. But in the last few weeks, things went downhill: unfriendly service, long waits, and exorbitant prices. When I was suddenly asked to pay €9.50 for a potato doner kebab with a bit of coleslaw and a few kernels of corn—whereas the restaurant only charged €6.50—that was the last straw. Despite regular tips and years of loyalty, there was no bonus, no recognition. Now I've switched to King Döner, where the service is good and the prices are fair. Unfortunately, my negative experiences mainly concerned the service provided by the lady, while the men who work there were always quite good. But since I've been served by the lady more often recently, this has unfortunately significantly tarnished my overall impression.

Simply awful. The fries were dry and tasted of old oil—it had probably been used countless times. The schnitzel was like something from the freezer, tasteless and cheap. The "salad" consisted of almost rotten vegetables. It's an absolute disgrace to charge for that. Never again.

The service here is very friendly and the food is very tasty. I had a kebab pocket with veal. The meat was spicy and the bread was crispy. The price is good. You can eat here.

Delicious döner, good flavor and not greasy! Homemade (?) Garlic sauce / tzaziki and fresh salad / vegetables. Great opportunity to quickly grab something good to eat!

Doner was good. You shouldn't leave fries with currywurst on the grill for so long. A little quick there otherwise fine.

We ate two chicken kebabs here on Shrove Monday, but they had little chicken and a lot of vegetables. That wasn't tasty. Too bad.

The food wasn't bad and the atmosphere could have been a bit quieter. Self-service was the order of the day. Drink selection also self-service. Personally, I found it a bit impersonal in the snack bar or restaurant.

The delivery person hadn't found our house, so we called again and were then told to call the delivery person, but they couldn't be reached. After a few minutes the delivery person found the house, but the food was completely sticky and the vegetables on the kebab were completely dry as if they were from yesterday. I wouldn't recommend it.

We ordered pizza and were bitterly disappointed. The pizzas underneath were completely burnt and the base fell apart when lifted. The food was inedible. You wouldn't normally send out food like this.

All in all a good performance, food was very good, large portions for the class, clean thing overall, I'll be back mfg the service tester

I didn't really like it. Shawarma came with cold cabbage. They are in no hurry to clear tables. The remains of the construction site are just in the hall. The pizza is not tasty with salami. The toilets are unfinished. The client is not the focus here. On the plus side: on the second floor there is a place for children with toys. Good view from the second floor, inexpensive.

It looks nice from the outside. Otherwise we can't report anything positive. Worst tortellini ever, schnitzel with ready-made sauce, kebab meat wasn't cooked properly. Never again

Friendly staff, special requests are implemented flawlessly. I didn't have to wait long for my pizza, even though the staff were busy. Taste 10/10.

Have food delivered. But sorry, I had a complete kebab plate and it was a complete disaster. Never in my life have I eaten kebab "meat" that was as bad as this one. Min. 90% of the "meat" consisted of cartilage, fat, smaller cuts and tendons. Unfortunately and with a heavy heart, I had to throw away the entire plate. Even the fries were fried in fat that was too cold and were therefore just floating in it. The "salad" was ridiculous, the tomatoes were mushy and the dressing was way too sour. It's a shame about the money but I'm more sorry for the "food" that I had to throw away in the trash can.

It's a top ten place, I give it 10 out of 10 points.

Ate Adana Kebab here. Two portions with a cola each and paid a little over 30 euros. The food was really great. However, the ambience does not match this price range. But would come back because of the really, really good taste.

Im not satisfied with this, we ordered food and it was something else and kebab tasted bad and carbonara came with peper inside and kebab meat. Rly bad experience with food there

I give you: *5 STARS DELUXE*! What an “awesome” grill aroma! What delicious meat. Top quality. We came especially from Cologne... We know you from catering for friends of ours. We called in advance. Everything was "ready to go" when we arrived and we were not disappointed. Definitely coming back! My recommendation: the mixed grill platter with rice and homemade, thin flatbreads and delicious sauces... a poem! PLEASE open a shop in Cologne...

Large selection, the quality of the food cannot be complained about. Orders are processed quickly and you don't have to wait long for your food. Quite okay in terms of price.

Actually, I always found the food delicious, but unfortunately I find the service impossible. The tables are unclean and the employees treat you like dirt. You almost seem like a burden. When ordering, things that you paid for are often forgotten. Unfortunately, you really lose your appetite. I always feel bad when I leave the restaurant or look in the bag I ordered. Unfortunately I will no longer visit this restaurant.

The food is good and tasty. However, the service is better than the food. The tables could be a little cleaner. I also don't like that the meat in the refrigerated counter isn't covered. The exhaust air in the shop is also not that effective. When you leave the store you smell totally fried.

We actually always enjoyed eating there but unfortunately the food has gone down a lot and it's impossible to eat there a few days ago. Good grill restaurant in the middle of the city. Delicious, inexpensive daily menus, otherwise pizza, kebab, etc. On the upper floor you have a beautiful view of the pedestrian zone while eating. I like to eat here when I'm in the city.

Just ordered food there, it tasted good but there was hardly any meat in the kebab and the order wasn't prepared correctly. In general, the prices are too high and the portions are far too small. This is disproportionate.

The bread on my Turkish pizza was dry and anything but fresh, and it didn't taste that good either, which is a shame.

Das Essen ist geschmacklich recht gut, die Preise aber deutlich zu teuer und die Portionen dafür zu klein. Das Ambiente ist ungemütlich, laut. Der Service ist nicht der freundlichste.

Dönerpizzer gekauft leider kein Geschmack und viel zu teuer für eine kleine Pizza genau so wie der Döner bin ich ehrlich war dass letzte mal dass ich dort esse

Ich gebe 4 Sterne. Essen ist super. Das Lokal ist sauber und nach dem Umbau ist das Ambiente auch ansprechend. Man kann auch vor Ort essen, wenn man die Bestellung nicht mit nach Hause nehmen will. Es gibt auch einen Lieferservice, den habe ich aber noch nicht ausprobiert. Was ich nicht gut finde: Es ist keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Das finde ich störend, zumal die Leute heutzutage immer weniger Bargeld dabei haben. Dies sollte nachgebessert werden, dann gibt es auch 5 Sterne von mir.

Geliefertes essen über lieferando war leider nicht so gut. Calzone Pizza war fast komplett abgebrannt und das schmeckte man leider arg:/ Auf eine Pizza sollten extra frische tomaten sein, natürlich extra bezahlt, waren aber keine drauf naja geschmacklich okay aber nicht nochmal.

Am liebsten keinen Stern, unfreundlich kennt seine Karte nicht nicht zu empfehlen

Mega lecker super Preise super Personal. Nach der Flut neu aufgebaut ist super gelungen. Qualität des Essens top und es lohnt sich sehr da zu essen.

Döner nicht vom Spieß, kommt aus der warmhalte Theke. Dürüm Döner mit kaltem und ungenießbar warm gehalten Döner Fleisch, ob wohl der Spieß noch gut gefüllt war. Schade, ohne Worte.
