The Volxkantine is awesome, the food is excellent, like in a restaurant, not like in a canteen. What I particularly noticed was that the dessert wasn't chilled, which is what it usually is in most canteens - just great, keep it up! Here you can see a celery schnitzel on Leipziger Allerlei, the potatoes tossed in butter. My mouth is watering again. Come and grab it too! Prices usual, Euro 10 including "nicem" dessert in December 2024. Great ambience, below average noise level - just as great.

Unfortunately, this McDonalds has gone downhill a lot. We were there with our children to celebrate my son's birthday (2 adults + 3 children). We ordered as usual and took our seats. It was very busy (Saturday evening). After waiting half an hour and noticing that other guests had not even had to wait 10 minutes for their food, I asked at the counter. A blonde woman with glasses came up to me and asked how she could help me. I explained my problem to her and asked if we had been forgotten. She looked at her screen, said loudly again that we had been forgotten and then just walked away without communicating with me any further. Didn't say another word to me and just left me standing there. Then a younger employee came and finally talked to me. He apologized and said that they would prepare my food immediately (it didn't take 5 minutes either). It wouldn't have been bad if they had communicated with me properly and not just left me standing there. We also heard the lady take a tray from her colleague 10 minutes earlier and loudly tell him that she had to take it away herself because they were special guests. She obviously knew the guests. However, they didn't have to wait that long. It's OK to know someone. But you don't have to shout it so loudly that everyone else hears. Especially not those who have to wait half an hour and then she can't say anything about it, let alone apologize. We'll probably go to McDonald's in Sievershagen from now on. What a pity.

It was totally cold in the store and the service was subpar. It can hardly be worse. Food was also better. I probably won't eat here again.

Canned mushrooms on pizza. Inedible! Very warm bottle of cola for €3.50 Very very bad pizza. The canned mushrooms made the dough moist and flaky. 13€ for the garbage can

Well, you should also check the toilets and also look outside the door to see if everything is clean

I actually ordered food from Hot Million and what arrived was a flatbread that was so soaked in oil that you couldn't even get the paper off. Furthermore, the meat was still almost raw. I'm not used to it from Hot Million in particular, but unfortunately that alone is enough to stop me from ordering anything there.

It's a good store in itself and you should just check the required items for completeness. A highlight for my colleague and I is always the paper straw that has been stuck to the ceiling for years. Would love to know which dud that was 👍😅. It tastes pretty good for fast food
