My favorite kebab in Giessen. The employees are super nice. The hot sauce is for putting in. Which is why pizza with kebab sauce is highly recommended. Since I've been living in Giessen I've been there almost every week because it tastes so good, I really recommend it.

This branch is no good at all. Basically, food that you order to take away is either mixed up or food is forgotten. It is unacceptable that you have to unpack the entire bag on site to see what is wrong or missing. Since this has already happened several times, I recommend that if someone buys something from this branch, they check carefully whether everything is correct. We will avoid this branch in the future!

Unfortunately, it's completely dirty. The staff is completely overwhelmed. Recently, there was only one woman on staff to take orders and prepare the food. How can that be done while adhering to all hygiene regulations? At the drive-thru, you wait forever, and after this eternity, but after the food has been prepared, you're told that card payments aren't accepted. I can't go there in good conscience anymore and prefer to go to the Burger King on Georg-Elsner-Straße.

The good thing was that my fries and nuggets were warm, but that was the only good thing. Our Big Tasty was ice cold and my ice cubes were already melted. The waiting time was 25 minutes.
