Actually always enjoyed being here. Today I was waiting for my order in the store and was verbally insulted and insulted by a stranger for no reason. I have emphasized several times that I don't want any trouble. I continued to be loudly insulted. Three people worked in the store and saw the whole thing. Nobody said anything, nobody intervened. I finally left. I've been a regular customer so far. Today was my last visit to this store. Edit: Happened today (01/20/25) around 6:15 p.m.

The food didn't taste at all, it just tasted like fat. Lettuce on the burger was no longer good and some places were brown and soggy. Tables were very sticky and there was an unpleasant smell. And everything is very tight

The food was cold and the cheese on the burger hadn't even melted. The tables were also dirty. Unfortunately, the taste leaves a lot to be desired, it's like everywhere else, unfortunately it has deteriorated a lot here.

It's actually your own fault if you drive through the drive-thru and don't check your order. It's happened to me 3 times in about 6 months now. Just 2 days ago. I thought with 3 burgers and 6 chili cheese nuggets you can't go wrong. Unfortunately, it was that time again and something was missing. How often!

So guys, if you want to eat a really bad cheeseburger then I recommend this branch of McDonald's. If I hadn't ordered it to go and I would have driven back on the highway. The roll is so dried out and already quite crispy 😡 It's been sitting warm for a long time and apparently they're waiting until someone comes to take it away so that they can get rid of it. Over €5 for the barrel was the cheekiest rip off of the customer.

I usually eat there more often, but today I got a moldy bun. I received a new burger, but I didn't receive an apology or compensation.
