A good place for a break on the road with dogs, next to it there is a large orchard and a forest where you can go for a walk.

RIP-OFF!!! I used to love stopping here. Now this place is absolutely terrible!!! They're supposed to pay for the restrooms here. It's better to just take the two exits further or get out earlier; there's a Rewe supermarket and two cheaper gas stations next to McDonald's. Of course, all with free restrooms. So there's no reason to leave Alsfeld-West anymore, especially not for restrooms.
