We selected “German” on the order TV. Unfortunately, almost everything was still in a foreign language and we didn't understand what was on the menu.

Mhhh, that's a rather poor McDonald's. My experience: Lots of mistakes when ordering. Happy Meal? Not a toy. My menu? The burgers were simply missing. My wife's meal? No sauces. While we were there, we observed several times how things were forgotten in the order or change was not paid back correctly. Based on these observations, I recommend avoiding the McDrive. Toilets were also dirty. Food is McDonald's as usual.
