Good kebab always packed full and for €6 you won't find it anywhere else except here

Where should I start? Was the atmosphere bad? Yes, the branch was catastrophically full of rubbish and the display looked unappetizing. The salad was probably from before Corona. Did that make the kebab bad? Even worse than half a kebab you find under the bridge. The telephone order could not be canceled, which is fine so far. The fact that more was then simply charged for card payments without notice is not okay. When we were told, we were asked to buy more or leave. Think carefully about starving rather than eating there. Worst Sunday I've ever had, and even worse, more disgusting kebab. 0/5 stars would still be too much.

Meat was clearly old. It tasted very disgusting and it was cold and rubbery. Expected a lot more for the price. Landed straight in trash after one bite. The staff apparently barely speaks German and didn't understand what I wanted at all.

Unfortunately, delivery services are given priority. Restaurant patrons are asked to wait as there are many Lieferando orders. Half of the chicken was burnt. The fries were unfortunately left in the fryer too long. The only good thing was the Pepsi-Cola.

Good experience with small defects I was here for lunch on March 31st at 12:00pm and overall it was a good visit. The food was fresh and tasty, and the wait was minimal - a big plus, especially at lunchtime. The staff were mostly friendly and attentive, which made the stay pleasant. Some employees seemed less committed, but overall the service was fine. The offers were clearly visible and clearly signposted, which made the selection easier. The children's play area is a nice addition and is in acceptable condition. A negative point, however, is the cleanliness of the toilets and the lobby. The floor was dirty and the toilets definitely needed more attention - a known McDonald's problem. Overall a good fast food experience with little room for improvement in hygiene. I'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, our experience today was not a good one. The staff were extremely unfriendly and hardly spoke to us, even though we simply asked if we could order from the ladies and pay in cash. They just pointed to the ordering terminals while the ladies continued to hang around at the counter and pulled a face. The food (especially the fries) had been sitting in the warming chute for quite some time and tasted accordingly. We haven't had fries this bad in a long time. When we asked about it, we just got a shrug...the rest was unfortunately very uncaring and quite cold. It's a shame, we're not used to that.

Been there 3 times. 3 times something was missing. Two times the fries and the last time the burger in the Happy Meal. But hey, you can easily overlook a burger like that. And no, I take take away and definitely won't drive back 30 minutes to complain immediately. If I had the time at that moment I wouldn't abuse myself with FAST food.

I would like to give 0 stars! Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience at Burger King today, we were there as a family with three children and had an e order for over €60. When our order was at the table, we noticed that the whooper was missing on the receipt but it was there, so my husband went to the lady at the checkout and pointed it out to her, then she said what we did with the burger... I then said what should we do with it, we didn't get one, she looked at us in complete disbelief and then gave me the whooper We didn't get a fork for the salad either, so I asked my husband to go back to the checkout and said sorry, can I please have a fork, then she said, quite impudently, what did they do with the other fork... Then my husband's collar exploded and he told the lady what he thought, just because she was incapable of putting the order together correctly and didn't want to look stupid next to her colleagues. She assumed that we should have gotten the burger and the fork even though that wasn't the case!!! She was super unfriendly then my husband also became unfriendly and wanted to talk to the boss, she then patted herself on the chest and said I'm the boss here even though that's not true, we know the boss! That was definitely the last visit there
