Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's was disappointing. The wait was extremely long even though there wasn't much going on. The staff seemed overwhelmed and my order was only processed after repeated requests. In addition, the ice cream machine was broken – again – which is really getting annoying. The tables were not clean and the entire store seemed unkempt. Overall not a pleasant experience.

There are no ordering terminals, the ice cream/shake machine was out of order, the McCafe was already empty and in general the team in the kitchen didn't really seem well-coordinated. To be fair, however, it has to be said that the order was processed quite quickly, for an order without a terminal.

This store is really the worst, dingy, dirty, disorganized. Ordered two menus and a Jr. Meal to take away, luckily I took a look. How can you be so incompetent about packing a bag, forgetting toys, forgetting the juice, completely forgetting the fries on the menu. Dirty tables at the vending machine, dirty drink residue stuck everywhere. I wonder how much the health department is paid for the store to still be open.?!?
