An all-round successful visit to the restaurant! The restaurant impresses with a clean and cozy ambience, which is underlined by atmospheric candlelights. The service is extremely friendly and attentive, which makes the stay very pleasant. The menu is clearly laid out without losing any of its variety. What is particularly positive is that no pork is served. Instead, there is a nice selection of beef, lamb, poultry and fish dishes, as well as a variety of vegan and vegetarian options. The preparation time of the dishes was completely reasonable and the food was served warm. The most important thing: The food was really delicious and impressed us in every way! The prices are fair and absolutely affordable. A small suggestion for improvement from us would be to add subtle local music in the background to make the experience even more authentic. Overall, however, we were more than satisfied and can warmly recommend this restaurant. A big compliment to the entire team – thumbs up and keep it up!

Ultra tasty and incredibly friendly staff. Especially if there is a free spot in the corner, it's really cozy and beautiful. Gladly again...✌

We hadn't tried any African food so when we found this place it instantly caught our attention. The place is family run and the owner goes and greets everyone there. She also took out order. When we areived we were asked if we had reservation (we didn't ), but we were seated on condition that after one hour we are done. No problem for us! Place is quite (nice background music is playing) people are quite so it was nice. It's quite dark here but that just gives to atmosphere. We ordered traditional Eritrean dish which was called African Queen Plate - it is shared between people and is eaten with hands (optional for is provided). It includes vegetarian foods and meat, spicy and not spicy. As option extra spices are give they are HOT, even the least spicy one. I took Eritrean beer made from different grain than regular beer, it was tasty and didn't have any bitter aftertaste. I would buy it again if I had a chance. Overall really good experience. My colleague said 8.2 out of 10.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated with African elements that immediately give you the feeling of being in another world. The lady who served us was super friendly and gave us advice. We tried a few appetizers and a Kilimanjaro platter for 3 people. The mango beer is served in a coconut shell. The food is extremely tasty and beautifully prepared. 100% recommended

It tastes good and excellent, but unfortunately I came to it late today during my vacation time. I found that it was closed.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed... It was decorated all around...but the tables were careless...it was damn cold in the dining room, no heating on. The DjuDju beer came in a glass...not the traditional drinking bowl. The starter... falafel... were super dry 😔. The salad... Mama Africa...hmmm...😕 mixed salad with Knorr Krönung Dill Dressing...😔 The chicken meat was juicy...my beef...tough and dry...everything was kind of swimming in oil... No vegetables... nothing... only when it came to the excellent peppers there were three pieces... And where were the spices? It was very very disappointing. Sorry never again...if nothing changes and this is standard... You can eat better somewhere else. Just like in Africa... with really flavor and spices.
