Very rustic rest stop, huge selection of food that is very, very tasty and inexpensive. The landlord is humorous and friendly. We will go there often.

Ate very tasty pizzas. Prices were completely reasonable and the staff was very friendly. When we are back in Bad Sulza, we will come back.

Time seems to have stood still here. Rustic nostalgic pub (with western television) Friendly service, you can always do something nonsense. Food good and sufficient. Very inexpensive. Recommended.

A bit more expensive, but very tasty. Because it was very busy, service took a while. Unfortunately, there was no ouzo when paying, and the reserved table was a bit small for four people. It was very cozy while eating. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Enjoyed dinner there twice. Simply great and very tasty. The boss arranged everything great. Dined here again in March 2025. As usual, everything was top, always recommended.

Cozy restaurant with friendly innkeepers, good conversations with information about the place and the surrounding area. Well-kept draft beer at a reasonable price.

Hungry on a Friday, 4 p.m. Where else can you breastfeed? This is definitely possible in this country inn. We were not only welcomed as guests by the very nice landlady, but also looked after deliciously: Thuringian bratwurst, homemade potato salad, potato turnovers and very fresh raw food were delicious. And all of this at moderate prices. Thank you for that.

Service and food are good so the price is right

This offer has been around for ages! The tomato/bolo sauce really needs improvement. The salad with the house dressing was delicious. Apparently the recipe has now been deviated from. The dressing is also carelessly poured next to the salad and no longer mixed together. Unfortunately, there is nothing more seasonal than asparagus or chanterelle soup. Instead, tomato soup all year round. If you stay for a few days without HP, you'll quickly get bored. PLEASE come up with something new!

I don't like to write bad reviews about anyone because at the end of the day it's about people's lives, their money and their families. But if I pay money myself and get nothing in return, then I think I have to let other people know that too. In short: very bad taste, very bad service, unfriendly staff – definitely not recommended for a second visit. That's my impression, and I have to say it like that.

We ate a la carte in the Felix restaurant and had venison ragout and chili sin carne. We really enjoyed the food and it was pretty quick. We'd love to come back.
