The service quality is zero, they don't look at people's faces while talking, we express a complaint, they say we are like this, then if you are going to be like this, say it first, say we can't do it, let's act accordingly, it is definitely bad as a service.
Ordered three desserts yesterday and waited over 1 1/2 hours. We then called twice to ask where the food was, only to end up with a dry, ready-made waffle from the supermarket, without fruit and Bueno as on the menu but with an artificial chocolate rose and a piece of ready-made bee sting cake, which we never ordered. The chocolate pizza was the same. Just dough with Nutella, not a bit of fruit. And everything cost around €15 individually, which is absolutely not worth it, plus delivery costs... big disappointment to get finished products for over €60 that took so long. For what?!
The food itself was delicious, but I have to deduct two stars. I deducted one star because the menu says "...with fries, mustard, and your choice of dip." When I asked what dip they had available, the only answer was "mustard," which makes me wonder why it says "...AND your choice of dip." The second star was deducted because I got the fries without sauce: no mayo, no ketchup, just dry fries. Regarding the service, I can say that the waitress doesn't know how to handle dogs or people. I had my dog with me, and the waitress was obviously very afraid of him (which is okay; I specifically put my dog in a corner where she wouldn't have to walk far). Nevertheless, even from a personal perspective, you felt totally unwelcome. She was obviously in a bad mood, and there was no smile. You got the feeling she didn't want to work there or serve people. There wasn't even a single question about whether the food was tasty. We also received the main course before the cutlery. At times, drinks were missing. I'll be honest, that was the first and last time I ate there.
Picture book inn. My mom once worked there in the 1950s. Visited again for a long time after changing tenants several times. Great ambience inside. Rustic and modern. Garden a bit noisy due to the nearby A73, but you quickly get used to the level. Very good cuisine. Just Franconian. No gourmet frills. Vegetarian rather clear. Augustinian Hell. And attentive and friendly service. We will definitely support you with repeat visits.
I was excited four years ago. Visited again today because I'm back in Fürth. And I have to say, everything has been redesigned, friendly and still worth a visit. Great food, great owner. I know... it hasn't been the last time I've been here, as I'm in Fürth from time to time for work.
Food was good and leaves little room for bad criticism. Unfortunately, the operation was very lackluster and was also quite inflexible and difficult to understand. The ambience is more reminiscent of an insurance canteen than a Japanese restaurant.
The food was so-so... After this test, I definitely prefer the nachos with cheese sauce instead of baked. Unfortunately, the food wasn't even lukewarm. When we mentioned it to the waitress, we were offered a scoop of ice cream as compensation. Well, that didn't improve the overall impression, unfortunately... It had no flavor at all and there were endless ice crystals. The waitresses were very nice and attentive.
