Here we cook and serve with a lot of passion. I had a fantastic schnitzel with a fried egg. It's not the typical run-of-the-mill schnitzel that you get and know from everywhere, but it's very unique. The salad with it was also very good. The service is also very accommodating. Absolutely clear recommendation!

Here we come again. 😀 We were served in a very friendly and family-like manner by Aunt Anne. The food was delicious and very plentiful. It's nice that there is also an ice cream menu and the ice cream was also delicious. It was a very, very fun and delicious evening. We felt very welcome. Everything was perfect, from the service from Aunt Anne to the delicious schnitzel. Warm greetings from Hesse, we'll be back.

The restaurant is ideal as an excursion restaurant when the weather invites you to sit outside. The interior is quite small but cozy. The food is excellent and not typical of tourist restaurants, but of better quality. The prices are reasonable. If you want to enjoy a wonderful view over Gera with good food and drink, this is the right place for you. Parking spaces are available and you can also go for a walk in the area.

The Wartburg no longer exists. It's now an Indian restaurant. Haven't tested it yet. But there are no more grilled knuckles. R.I.P. Wartburg

Yes, highly recommended. Super delicious hearty food. Ambiance very lovingly and detailedly decorated in a retro style. Very cozy. Reservation recommended.

The best ox cheeks are available here!! I thought about it for a long time whether I should order it or not. I've had mixed experiences with ox cheeks in some other restaurants. But the high waiting rooms in the restaurant were really perfect!! Really tender and tastes great too! The best I've eaten so far. 😊 We would love to come back!

This is great here. Everything is nice and clean and bright. Food is perfect. Portion was plentiful and great. I will come here more often. I had a leg of lamb and my wife had a beef roulade. Price was great too.
