Homemade Thuringian dumplings and a goose breast with sauce and Rotraut: a Sunday dinner just as I wanted it. The atmosphere is also, as expected, very secret, as it should be in the village. The service is very courteous and friendly. I and the others who were there (8 people) really enjoyed it and enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

You haven't been to Schlemmerkäfer for dinner with the family yet? Then you've definitely missed something! Absolute recommendation. The roulade schnitzel in particular is so tender and so delicious. And we particularly like the attention to detail. A little tip: always order in advance.

The Wartburg no longer exists. It's now an Indian restaurant. Haven't tested it yet. But there are no more grilled knuckles. R.I.P. Wartburg

The food was very small, for 20€+ I expect to be at least full. It was salted, but clearly too much, the sauces were okay but nothing special, but the meat was really only with Genies Bar sauce, I have no idea whether they're trying to push up the drinks or trying to cover up the poor quality of the meat, but I'd pay for it not again. The salad on the side was nothing special, the chef could have saved that. You can also call the almond balls croquettes, I was looking for the almond on them. The only thing worse is the waitress, rude, children are unfriendly and the criticism of the food was received very pissed off. I can't recommend it to anyone, so I'd rather go to another restaurant.

German and Polish cuisine, very tasty, portions that fill you up and a super nice landlady. A full five stars for a restaurant that is integrated into a garden. We will eat there more often next year.

Quaint little restaurant with very nice innkeepers. We had schnitzel and homemade brawn. Really exceptionally delicious. You can also leave your motorhome overnight in front of the shop upon request. A visit to the business should of course be mandatory. We didn't know that and stayed overnight at a very nice hiking rest area a few hundred meters away. 5 minutes walk. If you are nearby, definitely come by and enjoy
