A wonderful gem of a restaurant! Very friendly staff, excellent cuisine, a pleasant atmosphere - an absolute recommendation. Plus absolutely fair prices for what you get. The menu is not overly full and the dishes on offer are perfectly prepared. And an African gray parrot lives here :o) There is also a large hall for celebrations. In the dark season the parking lot is not well lit, which may not be ideal for older people. However, this is complaining at a very high level. Definitely go there once!

After a visit to the Zollern mine, a trip to the horse stables is a must. The restaurant has a modern, rustic interior and was not very busy at lunchtime. The service was excellent. For starters, there was bread with herb quark. For the main course, I had STEIGER'S FAVORITE DISH, tender pork medallions in a bacon coating with a very creamy Choron sauce, Mediterranean oven-baked vegetables and rosemary potatoes. The food that arrived was so deliciously prepared that I completely forgot to take a photo of it! 😉 All in all, a delicious visit!

The food was okay, but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. The cleanliness was not convincing, and the fact that there will be no card payments in 2024 is difficult to understand. Especially when you consider that we paid over 20 euros for two currywursts with fries and drinks. For this price you simply expect more - both in terms of service and basic standards. Unfortunately disappointing.

Constantly changing staff is not a good idea for a restaurant. The same owner is now called Markt 13, even if he has changed his restaurant name. Closed forever.
