Unfortunately, the gastronomic situation in Zwenkau has shrunk considerably. Somehow incomprehensible, with the ambitions of the city, with the harbor and all the new residents and tourists. Of the long-established restaurants, the Schützenhaus is now probably the last one that still offers warm food. But I can only recommend this one! The food is delicious and plentiful, special requests are also taken into account, the staff - from the boss, Mr. Valtin, to the waitress - is extremely friendly and the price-performance ratio is very good!! I hope and wish that this restaurant will continue to exist with this line-up for a long time! For me, who comes to Zwenkau for a short visit once or twice a year, the Schützenhaus is my first choice for a good meal.

The dining room is very nice and the food wasn't entirely bad. There were no vegetarian dishes on offer and nothing with boiled potatoes, a lot with fries. The fried potatoes were very fatty. A change of side dish costs €1.90. I wasn't able to get to the menu online. The service was friendly.

Mitten in der Hohen Mark bei Haltern, zwischen Lippramsdorf und Lembeck liegt ein nettes Restaurant, bei dem man sehr gut Chinesisch Essen kann. Entengerichte sind besonders gut. Aber auch die Peking Gulaschsuppe ist super. Im Sommer kann man sehr gut draußen sitzen und in das Münsterland schauen. Beliebter Ort für Radfahrer.

Quaint Odenwald inn, delicious regional dishes and very moderate prices. At first glance the portions look a bit small, but you will actually feel very full.

The service was quick and very friendly. I personally thought the food was bad for the price. Portion size was sufficient, but the food itself was poor. For the price I expect wow and that's what was missing.

Location is fine, the service gentleman was attentive. Unfortunately the food was very bland, there was no salt and pepper on the outside tables. In my opinion, the prices are significantly excessive for the quality and quantity of the food (4 narrow strips of duck breast and 4 croquettes with some cherry sauce - €25.90). Unfortunately, the way we deal with criticism of the food is also ridiculed and made with sentences. Maybe you're not in good health or you're the first to criticize something. Too bad

Wonderful restaurant in an unusual location (on the roof of the subway entrance). Very friendly staff with a sense of humor and irony. The food was also very tasty. I'd love to come back! :-)

The restaurant is beautifully located right on the promenade and if you're lucky you can sit in the shade. This formulation goes back to the extremely unfriendly and unwilling waiter who told us on Sunday that all the shadow tables were reserved, it's just a shame that none of the 4 tables were occupied at the supposed times. So we decided to test the kitchen, so no comment on that. But I can really imagine it with friendly staff, hence the 3 stars.

Wir waren 2 mal als Hotelgäste essen. Der Service war freundlich und korrekt. Leider passte der Rest nicht zu den Preisen. Die kleinen Tische standen viel zu eng zusammen. Das Essen war ok aber deutlich überteuert. Eine Flasche australischer Rotwein mit Schraubverschluss für 42 Euro. Der Einkaufspreis liegt bei ca. 8 Euro. Ein Nullachtfünfzehn Steak für ca 40 Euro und dann ziemlich durch statt medium, obwohl ich ausdrücklich darauf hinwies, medium bis rare zu bevorzugen. Die Beilagen schmeckten fade und aufgewärmt. 2 Vorspeisen, 2 Hauptgerichte, 1 Dessert, 1 Wasser, 1 Flasche Wein, 1 Schluck Sekt für fast 190 Euro. Das war der Abend bei weitem nicht wert. Ich bin auch nicht mehr bereit, eine solche solche Preispolitik weiter mitzumachen. Ich bezahle gerne Gourmetpreise, möchte dann aber auch Gourmet speisen.
