At first glance, the McDonald's appears very modern. There were plenty of free parking spaces available. Ordering at the kiosk was also seamless. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. This wasn't exactly fast food. Furthermore, we weren't given one drink short. That's unacceptable after having to wait so long. My preferred glass (red) was already sold out. Next time, I'd rather go to the McDonald's in Mönchengladbach, to be honest.

It was missing. The sauce as well as the glass that came with it Food was cold and had a strange taste, fries were completely over salted and fart dry and hard as if they were a few hours old and had been warmed up again, staff hardly spoke German, burgers were simply slapped together so that the sauce completely ran out on one side. One star would be too much for this McDonalds! The order went smoothly. However, the cleanliness wasn't that great. But the cheekiness is still to come. From 00:00 onwards all the toilets were apparently blocked, after politely asking, there was apparently no way around to go to the toilet. It was all taped up with pieces of paper. The “restricted” toilet was accessible, but we weren’t told that. Nothing could be done at the terminals either, even though they were still open during their regular opening hours (12:38 a.m.). Sad!
